Skype message not receiving

I'm using iPhone 4s,iOS 8.4 latest Skype update....My problem is that I'm getting the messages on my notification bar but when I sign in to Skype the message does not appear on the chat window. I reinstall the app twice but still I got this problem. My Skype shows online but still not receiving the massages. Pls find me a solution quickly as possible becuz I got so many important messages. Thank you

Okay, so this is a glaring issue that I've been experiencing ever since push notifications for Skype iOS are active even when the app is closed. So I'm using iPhone 5, iOS 7.1, latest Skype update. I have this one problem where many times, a new message would show on the notification bar. Now we're talking about that little pop up banner you get at the top of the screen. It shows me part of the message a contact sends to me. Now the problem starts when I open Skype and go to the conversation window. The problem is, is that the message doesn't even appear in the chat window. I pull down notification center and the message my contact sent is literally right there, but when I swipe up the notification center, back to the conversation window, the message is nowhere to be found. The only fix I was able to find was to send a message myself. In my cases, I would usually send a simple "." in the conversation to apparently force-refresh the conversation and after a few seconds, the messages sent to me that showed up on notification center instantly pop up above the "." I sent. This problem is extremely annoying because Skype notifies me of a new message, yet when I open the app, the message never shows up. I would have to do what I did above to get it to be visible. Another issue is that my PC and my iPhone aren't in sync with each other anymore. When I have the app open on my phone and the program open on my PC. My PC would always receive the messages first, but when I turn over to look on my iPhone, no messages pop up. I would have to resort to sending that "." or any message in general to get the messages to be visible. Before, they both would receive the messages simultaniously . The message delays are a huge issue and it can cause massive confusion amongst my contacts because I wouldn't know what else they typed because the messages don't show up until I type something to them. Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the next release of Skype iOS. I've loved the app for years but this glitch has really been pushing me.

Hi all, I have a very similar problem (or probably the same).Skype on iPhone never receives any messages while on 3G. Sending works fine.Notifications get through fine, too, but nothing shows up in Skype itself.Sending a message doesn't help at all and it doesn't trigger a sync. At the same time it doesn't syncronize with the PC either for any messages I've sent from the iPhone. Once I then connect my phone to the Wifi and open Skype, suddenly all messages are synced both ways. iPhone messages suddenly show up on the PC and received messages show up on the iPhone. The odd thing is that 3G is normally enabled for skype, so there is no apparent reason why it wouldn't sync while on 3G only. Dear Skype development team, can you please fix this? Thanks

Skype messages not showing up equally on phone and...

I have Skype on my iPhone and Mac computer. Lately though, not all of the Skype messages I receive have not been showing up on my computer or phone--I know because usually I'll be able to read a message on one device if I'm chatting with someone on it, but then the message won't show up on the other device ever. This also makes me wonder if I'm missing any messages entirely when I'm not using either device.
Has anyone else had this problem of disconnect/missing messages?

I am having the same problem, only now it's extended to my messages on my Mac saying "pending" for extended periods of time, even with a perfectly stable internet connection.

this is the explanation why this occours:
If there is a t3 Client connects to the server, every ( weblogic.system.configTimeoutCheckVal
) time, ConfigTimeoutChecker will run to check the t3 client is disconnected or
not. The problem is, if the client has already disconnected, the ConfigTimeoutChecker
still runs every time to check the disconnected t3Client again and again.
This should be solved with SP11.

Some text messages not received or are empty

Some text messages not received or are empty, I have been using the Verizon app because I like it but I have also seen issues with Textra. Basically some messages have been empty but last night I sent a text to someone and it sent and delivered and the person never got it. I have wifi enabled at home which was where it happened and I do use a network extender due to the weak coverage but I have a great signal with it and voice was clear last night since I received a call, is anyone else having issues?
I am using Nova Launcher which shouldn't matter. Everything else works great and I love the phone.

I, too, have been having many problems with not receiving text messages. I have been dealing with this crap for 6 weeks now!! I don't receive texts from various people, and it is very sporadic. It shows in their sent box, but NEVER shows up in my inbox. I have talked to about 8 different reps from VW and they keep coming up with excuses. We have tried EVERYTHING! They have even sent me a different phone and I am still having this problem. I just got off the phone (again!) with them and they are sending me ANOTHER phone. I have asked to get out of my contract with no ETF, but, of course, they won't allow that to happen. They keep telling me that I "have to work with them"!! Like I haven't given them several chances already! My job is in jeopardy because my boss texted me something; I never received it; and he was NOT happy!! He told me to "get the problem fixed"...I don't feel VW is living up to their end of the contract and I feel like I am paying a lot of money every month for an unreliable service. I am pursuing reporting this to the FCC. Needless to say, I got very angry with the last 2 people I have spoken with at VW and used some colorful language! Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do next (before I lose my job!!)!!

Skype invites not received by Skype for Business users

I'm a system Administrator who manages an Office 365 Tenancy. We are currently testing Skype for Business (formerly Lync Online).During initial testing we are finding that invite requests sent from a Skype account using Skype windows client version 7.5.0.10 is not being received by our Skype for Business windows client (15.0.4711.1002)I have raised this issue with an Engineer that works with the Lync Online Support team and he has duplicated the issue.The strange thing is that invites sent from the Skype for Business (formerly Lync Online) windows client are received successfully by Skype. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?thanks,

I have the exact opposite problem. Using Skype for Business (on Windows), I searched for my personal Skype account and sent an invite (at least SfB told me the invite was sent). But after logging on to Skype with my personal account on my Mac, I did not receive the invite. Furthermore, when using Skype to search for my work SfB account, no results were found, even when the "Allow anyone to contact me" setting on that account is selected.

Greetings all,
Just had an odd experience.
I was in the same room as a colleague. Both of us had iPhones.
She texted me: the text never arrived.
We checked that she had my number right: she did.
I then texted her and — bing! — my text arrived on her iPhone.
Texted her again — bing! — no problem.
She texted me from the same "account" beneath the two texts that I'd sent her.
Nothing.
Any thoughts how we might re-establish two-way communications?

Pics sent in Messages not received by recipient.

Before iOS 6, I was able to send pictures attached to a message to my friends without iPhones. Since updating my iPhone 4S to iOS 6, my friends may or may not receive the picture within the Messages app. All SMS and MMS settings are turned on and no other settings have been changed unless the iOS update changed them.
Can anyone suggest a possible reason and maybe a way to get Messages to work with pictures like it did before the iOS 6 update?

Tour 9630 - text messages not received/sent

I have a BlackBerry Tour 9630 and just today started having problems with text messages.
There is one contact who does not receive my texts, and I have not received the 5 texts sent by them to me today.
I have sent/received texts today from other people with not problem at all.
I have restarted the phone and have done the *228, Option 2 update and it still does not work.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have no fear, help is here! I can help with receiving text from iPhone users. I'm glad to see that you have turned off iMessage. The next step is to delete the entire text conversation from your phone and the mobile numbers that you are having issues with and start a new conversation. If the old conversation was originated with iMessage then the issue will not be resolved until the entire thread is deleted on both devices. While this can be tedious, depending on how many iPhone users you know, this is a major step in getting this resolved. Once you have done so then please keep us posted.

Push messages not received after payload installed using MDM

I have successfully installed profile using MDM protocol in iPhone device. But after that when I tried to send push notification using pushmagic and APNSToken, nothing received on iphone. During payload installation, I am getting warnings like this, not sure, if that is what causing issue?

EDI message not received

We have an issue with EDI not received at the recepient side even though it has been sucessfully sent from SAP. The final status in SAP is '06-Transaltion ok'. Is it possible to find from SAP where the issue is.

Whenever customer sends an inbound EDI 830 IDOC it will update the Scheduling agreement with relevant details.
"*** Qty Received" by customer will be sent in Segment: E1EDP10 and Field: AKUEM
"Last Dely" details will be sent in Segment: E1EDP10 and Field: BELNR
Coming to point 1: "*** Qty Received" is always sent by the customer. If they dont send this info then system will show up huge quantities piled up in the "Qty in Transit" field. This again will block your Open Qty.
Point no 2: Last Dely always refers to the delivery no that is received by the customer. This need not necessarily be the one in SAP. It can be customer's own last delivery no. This field is not mandatory. Being optional, system will even then calculate the Open Qty without any issues.

Skype messages sending/receiving, but not showing ...

After updating my skype client I can't see the chat messages anymore. Calls still work, but version 7.5.3.738 doesnt show any messages for me! I tried restarting, updating, reinstalling... well the typical.
It looks like microsoft took over a working product and turned it into a buggy and weird chat application.
The solution im looking for is an alternative client app, that can connect to the skype network (I still need Skype for work) - any help is apreciated!

Recently upgraded to the new version of Skype and now I cannot see any of my messages. Can't see anything I type, and can't view incoming messages either. Anyone know why this would be, and how to solve it? I reinstalled skype, restarted my computer...nothing changes. :/

Messages not receiving/sending?

After some googling and unable to find the answer, I feel this is my last option.
I have a iphon 4s(running on ios7.1.2) with skype installed. which version, im not sure. One of the older versions at least, as I refuse t updat to this new **bleep**ty system in which photos are uploaded to a website.
Over the past 2-3 days I have been unable to send any messages off of my phone(Unless i send somehtign off of the pc, it seems to trigger them into sending) and for some odd reaosn, I am not getting the last 10 messages or so that Ive sent or I have recieved in chats.
I did this mornign update the newest version and it made it work correctly, however once reading about the photo privacy problem I quickly went back to the old verion.
My ipod touch(4th gen) seems to run skype better than my phone at this point, and as I rely on skype to talk to people, this is a huge issue that i need to resolve for when Im out.
Is it i need to update to ios8? I have not done so yet due to hearing about lag issues on the iphone 4s's. I no, not only have lost a majority of my old chats which i like to read through, but still not resolved the issue.
Any solutions would be great, Id honestly like to try and avoid updating skype because i disagree wiht how theyre handling the sending photos.
