Skype number does not work

I own a skype number. It does not work and I am paying for a service I do not receive with no way of contacting anyone to resolve this. I am also paying for a service to be able to online chat and this is also disabled. I should be credited the time I have lost posing this problem and receiving no response and I want it fixed.

none of these posts you have recommended relate to my problem. I am getting the message, You've cancelled your Unlimited World subscription. You can continue to make calls until it expires on January 19, 2013.
Yet, i cannot receive or make calls. What am I supposed to do? this has been going on for over a month and I can not find help.

We here in the Community do not have the tools to diagnose and resolve what has failed with your Skype Number. However, Skype Customer Service does. Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
A few extra notes on contacting Customer Service...
You will need to proceed through each step, one at a time. Sign on to the Skype website as requested. Choose the subject and topic which most closely matches the item you need assistance with. Then, continue past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the blue "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip through Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started. When you complete the webform and click Submit, your information is relayed to Skype and you will receive a reply via e-mail.
If you are a Skype Premium or other eligible customer, you will be routed to start an instant message chat session with a Customer Service agent.

Skype number unreliable / not working?

I am using Skype on a Galaxy S3.
Ever since I signed up for a Skype number I have had people emailing me saying that they were unable to contact me on the Skype number that I gave them. This has become more frequent just recently and I have missed some important calls.
When I call my Skype number from a landline it's a bit hit and miss if a connection is made.... sometimes I get "number not recognised" response from the landline. People who have attempted to call me report similar isssue or sometimes that the number is continually busy and does not go to voicemail.
I called skype support yesterday via Live Chat and was talking to the support guy for 1h 20min and achieved nothing.... he blamed it on everything from my phone provider, internet provider, that my email account was overloaded etc etc ... I think the guy must have bored and was having a joke with me..... that or he was a complete and total utter ####### idiot.
I have attached a screen shot showing settings on my Skype account page.
Currently (23 Jan) my Skype number is not working at all... when I attempt to call from landline I
get the message "the numebr that you have dialled has not been recognised"
Anyone else having reliability issues with a Skype number? Unless I get the issue resolved I will be cancelling account as it is worthless to me in it's current working state.
One more question.... I managed it yesterday, but cannot find it tooday, but how **bleep** do you get to the link for Live Chat.... all i do is get directed to send email???

Skype is aware of lingering problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community (or offered only the Community as a contact method), please try again using a different web browser and - important - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.
Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in the browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.

Adobe Illustrator CS6 serial number does not work on my new MAC. It does work on my old MAC.

I have Adobe Illustrator CS6 installed on my new Mac but the serial number does not work.
Do I need to remove the program on the old Mac first?

You can install it on two computers simultaneously, so uninstalling is not needed if it's the only other installation.

I purchase adobe acrobat x I put it on two computers in my office I need to put it on one more but the serial number does not work anymore is there a way to put it one the third computer?

Also, you can only use it on two computers if they belong to the same person, are used only by that one person, and are not used at the same time. To install on two computers for two people needs two licenses. Adobe sell volume licenses, but do not sell an "all the computers in the office" license.

The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

I've added a second in-design to my second laptop but the serial number does not work. What do I do?

Please confirm if the Indesign that you have is a perpetual license or a part of CC.
If it is a part of CC then serial number is not required. Then you can follow http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html
If it is a perpetual license then let us know the exact error that you are recurring.

This can happen when the video player (Flash plugin) has the focus.
In that case the plugin consumes all the key presses.
You will have to click with the mouse elsewhere on the page or in the user interface to make keyboard shortcuts work.

Aperture serial number does not work

I just got a Mac Book Air, my Aperture Serial number does not work. it tells me it is not correct. How can I use my software now?

First how did you purchase Aperture and how did you install it on the Air? As the Air does not have a DVD drive it would help to know how you got the app onto it.
Start with Troubleshooting Professional Application Serial Numbers and see if that helps.
There is also Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers if you're not able to get your serial number working.

There was a issue with school computers being used to spy on kids in their bedrooms, Mac's were involved.
So Apple most likely tightened the API's to only select, trustworthy companies as not to abuse the web cam access priviledge.
If you want to use a web cam with these other programs and services, you'll likely have to buy a third party USB one, so you can manually disconnect it.
There isn't a way to physcially disconnect the built in web cam on Mac's without busting open the machine.

Adobe has decommissioned the CS2 activation servers, so your old serial number is no longer usable.
If you download the special non-activating version of CS2 that Adobe has made available to licensed CS2 users, you MUST also use the new serial number provided by Adobe on that download page:

Is it possible you had a previous install or demo on your disk?
In that case, try deleting these files:
/Library/Receipts/Shake4.1.pkg
/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Shake System ID
Then repair disk permissions using this:
/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility
and try again.

The Serial Number mentioned for the product (1424-4002-6183-5974-1150-0356) does not work : keep seeing the "The serial Number you entered is invalid" error message.
Is there an updated serial number, or is the Beta program no longer working?
