Skype Number Payment Pending

Hi, I recently purchased a Western Australian Skype number and the order is pending for almost a week. Is there a way to find out if there is a problem with payment? How do i cancel order and purchase again? Thanks.

Please check first with the issuer of whatever payment method you used to ensure there are no issues on their side.  If you used a third party payment method such as PayPal, check with them, as well.
Then, please contact Skype Customer Service to enquire if there are error messages or any other payment processing problems.
"Pending" payments do not usually resolve.  Please see here for more information:

    Additional notes since posting the above information: Skype is aware of continued and sporadic problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

  • Skype number payment FAILED Due to change in debit...

    1.) My 3-month reoccuring billing cycle for Skype number: xxx xxx xxxx failed due to the debit card number changed.
    2.) I have deleted ALL other payment methods and inserted the current active card (ending in xxx xxxx but the xxxxxxxx  Swedish Krona owing has yet to be retreived and paid.
    3.) It appears my Skype number may be cancelled? I do NOT want to lose the use of this number!
    4.) Am quite upset that I can't speak or chat LIVE with a Skype representative!
    5.) How I use my Skype number: xxx xxx xxxx This is an L.A. Area Code, from which I receive incomming calls. I have a GOOGLE VOICE account, which I use for making ALL outgoing calls, I do NOT use Skype for this purpose (only incomming).
    6.) I appears my Skype number: xxx xxx xxxx is no longer working, as I attempted to call and test, but it just rang and didn't even get my voice mail?

    I've paid for my monthly $2.99 for phone services which says it also comes with a skype number, but my number is telling me that I need to pay $18 and when I make calls it is some random number and I cannot recieve calls. Do I have to pay both seperately?

  • Unable to renew Skype Number

    When I log into Skype, it tells me my number is about to expire. When I click on "Settings" to renew it, it simply tells me I have insufficient Skype funds (I don't). All it will allow me to do is "Update" my payment settings, even though it actually won't (when I press "billing" nothing happens). When I go to the section of the site to download a number, it only aks me to purchase a new one. HALP.

    On the day your Skype Number subscription expires, it will be automatically renewed for the same period of time for which you initially purchased it.
    To change your Skype Number payment method:
    Sign in to your account.
    In the Manage features section, click Skype Number. You’ll see the next payment due date under your Skype Number.
    Click Settings. 
    Here you can change your existing payment method.
    You can change your payment method as long as the new method supports recurring payments, such as a credit card, PayPal or Skype Credit. This is not possible in countries where the payment cannot be made from your Skype Credit balance.
    When you cancel your subscription and your Skype Number expires, you can reactivate it from your account within 90 days.

    I inadvertently submitted a duplicate payment in the amount of $60 for a 12 subscription for one Skype number. Payment #1 was marked accepted, Payment #2 was marked as "pending." I would like to cancel the second payment because it was made in error; my intention is to purchase only one Skype number for one 12-month period. No more, no less.     I tried to renew my Skype number back in November and it still shows "pending". My skype number is not working and I need to keep that number. Suggestions?

  • New Skype Number 'Pending' for days

    Hi all, 
    I'm based in the UK but have recently purchased a USA Skype Number.
    Despite having already been charged for the new (USA) Skype Number, it's been sat in 'pending' status for about 5 days.
    Any suggestions? Skype customers support is non-existent hence the post here.

  • Duplicate Payment for Skype Number?

    I subscribed for skype online number on 10/31/2014 . You charged my account on 11/03/2014 in the amount of $30.48. On the 12/31/2014 you charged my account again for $30.00 for the same number again. I called my bank that you are charging me twice for the same number. I disputed the second charged that was made in the amount of $30.00. Can you please explain why you charged me $30.48 0n 11/03/2014.

    To clarify: the $30.48 charge on October 31st 2014 was for renewal of your Unlimited US & Canada 12 months subscription.  The $30.00 charge on December 31st 2014 was for renewal of your Skype Number for a 12 month term.
    As you reported one of these charges as fraudulent,  you will need to contact Skype customer service to restore access to your account.  Any time a charge is reported as fraudulent and a credit card charge-back is processed, the Skype account will be suspended as an effort to eliminate future fraudulent charges.

  • Skype number duplicated invoice

    Hi,
    I just placed an order 7 minutes a gofor a SKYPE number, I chose Paypal as a method for payment. Unfortuenatly the payement did not go through so, I attempted to try again twice using different methods but the problem now is I have 4 pending invoices.
    I would like to ask support team to please cancel the duplicated invoices or all 4 invoices so I can use a credit card payment instead for the last order which is for one month trial.
    I need to sort this today so I can start use the number and add credit.

  • Payment pending status

    Hi there,
    I wanted to order a skype number but I have problem while processing to pay. Then I tried again and again by choosing new number but I didn't noticed that that it reserved the number and each time I failed, the payment status changed to pending. I only know that when I check my payment history. Now I can fix my problems and want to process to pay for only one number.  And my question is if it will process to pay for 3 number for my account and will it charge me for 3 number? I don't need 3, I only need one. Can anyone show me how to delete my pending status.?

    I am have been subscribing to a Skype number, but when I call it an automated female voice answers the number despite that I have been trying to reset it by switching Skype privacy settings. When I call from Skype to my phone a caller id number that I don't know shows on my phone.
