Skype payment failed? skype auto charged 3 days la...

So for whatever weird reason I got a message on August 18th that my skype subscription payment had failed. It's a $2.99 payment and my bank balance on my visa check card was way more than $2.99 at the time. I did nothing at the time and then on August 22nd skype auto charged my same bank account again and my bank shows that I was charged $2.99. BUT when I log into skype today it says my account is ending in 9 days?? Why is it ending if you got my $2.99 on August 22nd??? 
ALSO the number I had with skype no longer works??? It is still listed on my desktop skype interface but when I call it I get an error message... AND when I call from it to my cell phone it is a totally different number that I have never seen before and is a totally different area code etc. ??? 
I wish Skype had real customer service and didn't make me have to post on a forum about this.

1. You may have received the message in error. Your account shows that the $2.99 payment on August 18th 2014 successfully purchased a further one month"s Unlimited USA/Canada Subscription.
2. Your last order for this was for 3 months coverage on December 17th 2011. The Number has since been returned to the "pool".

    Am getting fed up. I just made a payment using Paypal. Paypal shows it as having succeeded. Skype's home page shows it succeeded. Yet I got the damned failed email. My subsription expires in 2 days and I need to have perpetual contact with the USA. Why can't they sort this out, and even more, why don't they answer their damned TEXT CHAT. Have just wasted almost half an hour waiting for them even though they claim they will be on in 1 minute. Not good. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

  • Skype account yearly telephone number charge

    Hi,
    On Dec 19, 2014 Skype charged me $30.00 for the yearly telephone number, on Dec 22, 2014 Skype charged me $30.05 stating it was for the yearly telephone number.  I had PayPal reverse the charge of $30.00 for the Skype number and received an email from Skype stating that my number will expire in Dec 30, 2014.  I go to my Skype account and it says that my telephone number has expired, so Skype what is up???  Are you trying to say that you’re yearly charge for a Skype telephone number is $60.05?  It was my understanding from Skype that a Skype yearly telephone number was $30.00 per year, yet when I ask PayPal to return one of your charges of $30.00 your email to me and my account says it will be expiring soon, so what is going on????

    Try removing Skype program entries with Program_Install_and_Uninstall troubleshooter
    Download and Run the Program_Install_and_Uninstall troubleshooter >> Click Accept
    Detect problems and apply the fixes for me (Recommeneded)

    Click Yes, try Uninstall
    You’ll see Fixed (Green Tick) >> Next
    Yes the problem has been fixed >> Next
    Click Close.
    Make sure you have full permission in the Skype folder under %ProgramData%(C:\ProgramData\Skype) directory.
    go to C:\ProgramData\ and Right click Skype folder >> then click Properties.
    On the security tab, click permissions or Edit. Select the "Everyone" group >> click "Full Control" in the Type of Access List.

  • Repeated emails claiming failed payment? Yet been charged twice this month!

    How on earth can I contact spotify??? I have had premium for months yet each month I get an email saying my payment method has failed?? Nothing has changed and yes I do have funds. No other direct debits or payments fail, just Spotify. This month they have taken two payments out my account!! Getting frustrated to say the least......! Help!

    Nothing have changed with my VISA-card the last 5 months. There's funds on it and I use it on a daily basis. My bank says everything is working just fine. But I'm getting these "payment/subscription failed" email and messages in Spotify every month. If I re-enter the card-information it works just fine, but I'm not doing that this month after I noticed that Spotify had alreay pulled payment of my card last month while it said "subscription failed". Been going on for 3 months now and I might just try out that 3 month trail on Apple Music while you guys sort this out. Hoping there is a solution to this.

  • Intermittent forwarding / auto charge

    I have a skype landline number and I'm having intermittent issues with it when forwarding to my mobile phone.
    Its hard to know when there is an issue because I only know when a clients contacted me via other means like email and told me the phones not working. Very screy to think how many bookings I might of missed out on.
    After looking into it on a few occasions its been because the auto-charge feature has simply not gone through properlly even though theres obviosuly enough funds available. I can understand occasional bugs at skype's end like this but the fact it DOESN'T email me telling me theres a problem and I should manualy login and make a transfer manually, totallly leaves me in the dark if theres a problem!
    To add to this I've also been told that call has not been forwarded even when there is credit in the account albeit this hasn't happened as often as the above.
    I'm not sure if this is related but I've also had issues with my iphone (5S) app. Sometimes it does ring(over wifi) and sometimes it doesnt. My iPad works all the time over WIFI
    Just getting frustrated with it all now and want a solution.

    Yep, I woke up the other day to an email that said my account had been auto recharged because it had dropped below a certain level. I turned it off and I got another email saying that I had been auto charged. I logged into my account and saw that someone had been making calls to Bahrain. I would never call anyone ever in Bahrain. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
    The thing that I can't understand is that Skype, a company that specializes in global communications has no TELEPHONE SUPPORT. That is unbelievable.

    Why has my credit/debit card been charged by Skype when I haven't made a Skype purchase?

    auto-charge has to do with keeping your Skype Credit above a pre-determined minimum, and nothing to do with renewing any services that you are subscribed to
    if not cancelled, a subscription will automatically renew when necessary, using the same payment method as used previously

    You need to disable auto-recharge or any subscriptions you don't want.  You also need to put in a request for refund.

  • Fix payment term as auto default in Sales Order

    How we may fix payment term as default value in Sales Order. We identified that payment terms as Z002 - within 30 days Due net. So we would like to set this payment terms as auto default the momemnt we open the sales order screen. Appreciate if you could advice me the settings or configuration in SAP.

    Goto VD02 and open the customer master record. In the Billing tab - payment terms field, give the payment terms value and save the changes. Now if you create a sales order for this customer, the payment terms will be defaulted automatically.

    I have authorize.net they gave me (Gateway Customer ID: and the Transaction Key) that's all I have done in the site. but when I go to (CRM and Orders) the order is there and the credit card was charge to the client. So I hope when you purchase something you get a thank you message.

    As I understand Skype for business is just name what contain two free software, like Skype manager and Skype connect. Also those are free, without charge ?
    Also I read that there are two different accounts, like Premium and regular one. Premium contains some benefit. So, If I use that Skype for business manager system to I may or can add some premium accounts for some my staff and leave others with regular account ? I don’t have that manager systems installed jet, but what I read, I understand that I maybe just split credit - or is there way how I may also share regular and premium conots ?
    Also, Right now my customers have 25 workers, but what - if soon my another customer also want to use Skype Service, and he have 50 - 100 workers ? Will be there special price for different amount of users on one firm ?
    And at last, firm who I represent right now are using Elion VoiP (Elion, is Estonian ISP) service, trough to xLite program. 
    Sadly that one wont work properly, it will hack, or you cant hear other people and so on. With, Skype everything works fine. So, if he will starting to use Skype manger and will make account for every workers (sips) can he bound those sips with same VoiP numbers what he will use right now with Elion ? Or if not, is there some way how to redirect those numbers (to lose those numbers, is sadly out of question) ?

    indeed we don't have the solutions team offer any longer. Let me try to answer some of your questions here.
    Skype Manager and Skype Connect itself are free of charge. But obviously you can purchase and distribute paid products via Skype Manager.
    Yes, you can freely distribute Premium subscription to Manager group members and leave others without. You can do the same with all kind of Skype products, e.g. Skype numbers, calling subscriptions etc.
    There are no discounts with Skype Manager purchases. It's a tool to simplify administration.

    I have the same question. My credit card is charged every few days for varying amounts and I did not purchase anything from iTunes. My credit card bill says Apple ITunes but no other detail is provided to inform me what the charge is for.

  • If my monthly payment fails, do my apps stop at once?

    With the security breach, we may have to change our credit cards.  If for that reason or any other, a monthly payment fails, do our CC apps stop working at once, or do we get any period of grace to correct the payment?  Does anyone know this?

    The question is: if a monthly payment doesn't go through, what happens?
    Suppose my credit card payment doesn't work.  For example, my card might have been stopped by the bank for suspected fraud reasons, or the card number changed following a re-issue of the card, or there may have just been a payment error.  Does my Photoshop CC subscription stop immediately?  I might not even know that the payment has failed for a few days, and it might take me a bit longer to find out what has gone wrong, and reset the credit card on my Adobe ID. 
    In the mean time, can I still use my Adobe CC applications, even though a monthly payment has not gone through on the due date (for reasons outside my control, perhaps, and maybe even without my knowledge)?

    Hey everyone, my CC membership payment failed as I forgot to ensure a positive balance over xmas, it was due xmas day. Lol. I need to resubmit the payment with the same details, I urgently need my CC running to finalize a severely overdue assignment. I cant get anyone online to help, does anyone know how to do this?
