Skype says subscription has renewed, cant use mont...

I have the 400 minute landline subscription. I use to make international calls to my family. Skype says my subscription has renewed on March 14h, it is the 17th now and I still cant place calls, it keeps saying that I need to wait for my subscription to be renewed even though I havent used any of my minutes for this period. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Minutes are always restored based on time and date of first order.
And as I see you have received your minutes, so please try to make a call again

  • Skype says my webcam is in use

    Hi, It started occuring like a week ago. Skype (for desktop) is trying to load the video feed from my webcam (logitech C930e), but says after a while "Can't start video. Try closing other programs that might be using your webcam.".No other program is using my webcam, and my webcam works fine if I try it with Chrome and dovisio.com for example. Things I have tried:Restart the computerUninstall logitech webcam softwareClose all the programs in the systrayReinstall SkypeUninstall the webcam driver and reinstall itDelete the Skype folders in AppData and TempThis was working perfectly fine a week ago, and I don't remember installing something specific.     Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool. Go to Windows Start  and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post. Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

  • My macbook says it has 108.3GB used for backups.  Why is that?  I'm running out of GB and would like to free some space up. Thanks. BTW this is my first mac.

    My Macbook pro keep running out of space.  I have my iPhoto library's on an external hard drive and I backup my mac to a separate hard drive.  But I noticed today that in my "about my mac" it says I am using over 108GB for backups!  What is that?  How do I fix it?  This is my first mac.

    If you have Time Machine enabled, then those are Time Machine snapshots. They will be deleted automatically if the space is needed. You can also do this:
    About Time Machine local snapshots
    Time Machine Snapshots
    Open the Terminal in the Utilities folder and enter or paste the appropriate command line. Press RETURN and enter your admin password when prompted. It will not be echoed. Press RETURN again.
         To turn them ON: sudo tmutil enablelocal
         To turn them OFF: sudo tmutil disablelocal
    Note that turning them OFF will also delete all existing snapshots.

    I purchased CS6 last year and installed it fine. Now when trying to open Photoshop it says I need to license my software or continue my trial. The problem is first off it wasn't a trial and second, I can not get my serial code again. How can I get my serial code with my product code? I have spoken to someone in chat and they said to send an e-mail to identit-e which I have done, but have not got a response yet.

    If you registered your software when you first installed it then your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online.  If you have not otherwise retained it somewhere then your only recourse is to contact Adobe support thru chat.

    If you are having issues redeeming your gift card, the following article will help:
    iTunes Store: Invalid, inactive, or illegible codes
    If you're still unable to redeem your code after verifying the characters in the code, you'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide a digital image of the front and back of the gift card as well as the sales receipt for the purchase of the gift card.
    Contacting iTunes Store Support
    Go to the iTunes support page and select your iTunes country.
    From the iTunes support page, choose Contact Support on the lower-left side of the page.
    Follow the instructions to get iTunes Store support assistance.

  • MailBox Says it has 953MB used space even though its EMPTY!!

    I have an iPhone 5 and recently I have checked my Usage to see what is taking up the most space and my Mail says it has 953MB of used space. My mailbox is competely empty. I emptied the Trash folder, I emptied the Drafts folder, I emptied the Sent folder yet my mail still says it has 953MB of used space. I do not have any email in my Could service either. To add to the confusion every time I go to my MailBox to check for mail 1MB will add to my total used space in my MailBox... i.e. if I go to my Mail right now then go to my Usage it will show 954MB being used not 953MB like it says right now. Does anyone else have this issue? How the heck do I completely empty my mailbox and how do I stop 1MB from being added to my mailbox usage space every time I open my MailBox? What is going on here????

    moving stuff to trash doesn't remove it from a drive. It puts it in a hidden .Trash folder on that drive. you have to empty trash to reclaim space. even easier would be to reformat the drive if you have a lot of stuff to erase.

  • Cannot download purchase - enter code has already been used

    I purchased a six book set of audiobooks which I cannot download. When I proceed to the link emailed to me by Apple, the enter code page has my code entered in the box with a red message beneath that says, "Code has already been used once." I can proceed no further. Nothing has been downloaded and I have written iTunes support three times. Eleven days have passed since I made my purchase and I have received no confirmation of the resolution of this problem from iTunes. The books appear in my Apple account order history but do not appear in my iTunes account purchase history. HELP! I am so frustrated! I feel like I have thrown $300 out the window.

    Just to confirm, what "iTunes Support" are you referring to? Did you use the form at the bottom of this web page (or one like it elsewhere on the iTMS Customer Support pages)?

  • Browser Install Fails, it says "Firefox has stopped working" and it does not install. I cant use your browser.

    I had few issues with Mozzilla browser so i uninstalled it completely and tried to re install it again. But when i try to reinstall it , it does not install fully , it breaks half way and says, Firefox has stopped working. I cant install Firefox now. Can you help.

    Make sure that your security software isn't causing problems.
    Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

  • I cant get Firefox to download any files including updates. I get an error saying "Windows has closed the filepicker unexpectedly" and Firefox freezes. I use Windows 7 64 bit and I have the error in Firefox 7. Any help much appreciated.

    At any attempt to download even update I get an error that says "Windows has unexpectedly closed the file picker".

    Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

    I have a monthly subscription (order number 522130019).
    My new minutes have not arrived despite Skype saying that it should renew on October 26th. 
    I am VERY disappointed,  as it is now 27th, and I paid almost £100 for this service.

    Take a look at BBB site. We are not the only clients with support issues. They have cancelled my on-going subscription siting a variety of reasons, over dozens of emails.... from "you cancelled it yourself" to a problem with Pay Pals (which I don't use), to something I entered incorrectly (when I enter nothing: it is a Skype-generated billing request directly to my card that worked successfully for months), to a problem with the relationship with my card carrier (card carrier has given excellent support - nothing changed with them,they just did not receive the request for payment from Skype for last month). Skype wants me to apply for a new subscription (at higher rate). All well and good except how would a new subscription work when whatever went wrong with the old one was not fixed. I get no indication anyone is actually reading my emails for content. I get no idea anyone is actually trying to determine what has gone wrong. The only clear response I have received is to buy another subscription.
