Skype sms cannot be received by "Digi" network?

I use the Skype to send SMS to my friends in Malaysia.
Unfortunately, all my friends using one of the carriers ( "Digi" network ) do not seem to receive my SMS.
However, other friends using carrier ( "Celcom" network ) can receive my SMS successfully.
May i know if it is "Digi" operator that has blocked Skype SMS?
Is Skype looking at this to resolve this issue?

Hi, I am nokia N79 user. I encountered problem to send out/ receive sms after an update is performed to change "Download!" to "Ovi store". Before the update, I was able to send receive sms like normal. Once the update is done, sms is banned from sending out or receiving. I checked all the settings, they are fine. To confirm that this is phone software problem, another sim card is inserted into the phone, yet the problem is still there. I have tried to restart my phone by taking out the battery and do restore factory setting. But the sms is still no way to send out / receive.
My phone is using the latest software.
Can anybody help me?
If "Ovi store" is the culprit, is there any way I can revert the update?

To be honest not being able to send or recieve messages and data is a carrier issue, not a phone issue since u said that your calls are working, if i were you my first course of action would be to get a new sim card from virgin mobile, or to restore the device as new one more time, if you restore the device as new AND get a new sim card from your carrier and those features still dont work, i would take the device to an apple store

-One funny thing I want to add too: when I put the iPhone in the Apple dock and connect it with my PC, I open iTunes and select my phone. There you can see the build, software version,.. But after telephonenumber it says N/A: not applicable.. Something I only just noticed. I'm pretty sure my number was displayed back in Nov. when I first got my iPhone 4S.
And the very last thing: Most of the time I have a very good signal, 4 out of 5 bars. It is only rarely that I have only 1 or 0 bars.

Sending and receiving messages has absolutely no relation at all to sending and receiving email.
Your iPad is not a cellular telephone. It cannot send or receive SMS text messages. It can only send or receive iMessages, which are messages to/from other Apple devices (only) on a WiFi or a cellular network that supports iMessage.

The Airplay Device "Airport Express Y" cannot be found on your network

I keep getting this iTunes error. I have a couple of sets of speakers each connected to a seperate Airport Express N (1G) which I will refer to as Airport X and Airport Y. The error always specifies the problem is with my Airport Y. When this error occurs iTunes switches from my AirPlay multiple speaker setup to the default single Computer speaker connection. The only way to resolve this is to go into iTunes and switch the AirPlay speakers 'back on'.
Both of my Airport Express have the latest firmware 7.6.3. They are connected wirelessly to an Airport Extreme Base Station which is also 7.6.3. AirPlay is enabled on all devices. The Airport Express are connected to my network as "extend this network".
The configuration all looks ok. The only thing that differs about the Airport Express is that I bought the Y device on eBay, but other than this issue everything about it seems to be fine.

I keep receiving the following error message on just one unit "The AirPlay device “XXXXX” cannot be found on your network. Cannot join time capsule airport network from iPad 2 or iPhone 4

I have recently setup a new time capsule airport base station network with my new iMac (27-inch, late 2012) running OSX 10.8.2. Wi-Fe network works fine for internet access and printing from the iMac but I cannot join the wi-fi network from our iPad 2 or iphones. The network is seen in the wi-fi setup when wi-fi is turned on with the ipad and phone but does not establish a connection. An IP address and subnet mask show under the DHCP settings but the connection is not established. (Continuous revolving wheel).
Any help would be appreciated.

The airport utility in Mountain Lion is a toyland version.. see bottom of post for installing v5.6 which improves the ability to actually make the TC do what you want.
For whatever reason the iphone/ipad seem sensitive to wireless channels.. which Apple auto rotate.. I think it is bluetooth connection stuff.
Anyhow jump in and set the following.
Wireless should have strictly SMB names.. short no spaces, pure alphanumeric.
Use WPA2 Personal security.
Lock the wireless channel for 2.4ghz.. try in the following order.. 11, 6, 1 (those are the only non-overlapping channels) you can try in turn for which is best but if 11 works well stick to it.. Outside USA you can also use 13.
How to load 5.6 into ML.
1. Download 5.6 for Lion.

Click to open the dmg but do not attempt to install the pkg.. it won't work anyway.
2. Download and install unpkg.

Run unpkg on the desktop.. it is very simple.. drag the AirPortUtility56.pkg file over to unpkg.. and it will create a new directory of the same name on the desktop.. drill down.. applications utilities .. there lo and behold is Airport utility 5.6 .. drag it to your main utilities directory or just run it from current location.
You cannot uninstall 6.1 so don't try.. and you cannot or should not run them both at the same time.. so just ignore the toyland version.. the plastic hammer.. and start using 5.6.. a real tool.

The short and direct answer to your question about catalogs on a network drive is that you can't do that. The catalog must reside on a local drive.

I installed Mountain Lion on my iMac. Now I cannot access the Internet. All the other computers and tablets have no problem. I did PRAM and MC reset, modem reset, etc., all the usual ju-ju. I also cannot connect on my local network to any other computer.

I am considering going back to 10.7!

Cannot connect to printer over network from Linux

When I run hp-setup, I can get the printer listed but it appears to refuse to communicate with the device. Same problem for wired ethernet as well as wireless.
Please help, I think I have tried everything by now...
Firewall disabled on the workstation does not help. Talking to the printers web interface (:8080) works perfectly. The printer works perfectly via USB. Also works fine from another windows PC (networked)

Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network

My wireless printing chooses when it wants to work, and right now it's really acting up. It is connected wirelessly, it is the default printer, but after troubleshooting it is telling me "Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network." What can I do to get printing again?

Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having an issue with the printer not connecting with a wireless connection.
Please click on the following link that deals with when the 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Does Not Print: Windows 7.
Please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
