Skype Store Purchase - Took Money, No Receipt, No ...

Hi,
I purchased a Snowball microphone from the Skype store last week using Paypal. The transaction went through (the money was taken from my account) but I received no receipt or contact in regards to the order.
After numerous emails / tickets to Chatandvision I have received no response - only six automated "Are you happy with our service?" emails. I have tried calling them but the number provided on their website is going to a line where the operators say "this line is no longer being used".
I have filed the dispute with Paypal but actually want the product - please advise. I hope you understand my concern, it feels like a genuine theft of my money.
The only piece of information I have about my transaction is invoice ID SO317846..

I had a similar problem. Took me ages to fix the problem. Persistance and email after email after email after email finally got them to send the item.

Skype customer service was very disapointing. Eventually Jennifer Hart from Chat and Vision responded in the thread and said to contact her.
You could try a personal mesage to them. Make sure you link your thread so they are aware of their 'good name' being posted on the net.

Chat and Vision certainly ranks as the worst online customer service I have ever seen (by a country mile). I have no idea why Skype uses them, and I have no idea why they are still in business.

    I bought something on the app store today and realized the email that Apple has for me is not valid anymore (hotmail from years ago that I don't use).  Any way to get my receipt for the app store purchase for a reimbursement without relying on email?

    Yes, app store is available - but not with systems updates on MacOS 10.7.4
    I tried on a MacBook with 10.7.2 and it was able to connect. After now updating, the connection to app store is impossible,
    And it's only one installation - the installation of MacOS 10.7.4 Combo Update and it killed
    For some, it seems to help to reset manually the certificate settings... for others, it seems to work with the ocspd preferences... next seems to solve it by doing both in combination and for others nothing helps.
    So I think, we need a fix - because I think, it's a problem in the latest OS update.

    From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
    And check your Applications folder for the app.

    Have you ever faced such situation like mine.
    I have subscription for 400 minutes a month, paid by Skype Credit. Skype takes money every month though dates when it is activated always shifting further and further. For example this month they took money 10 Euros on December 2nd but said it will be activated on December 5th.
    OK then, I thought today is 5th and made a call, and was charged for this call. I went to my account to see subscription is not activated, it still shows 0 minutes from last month.
    After a big search on skype site I sent a letter to support only to receive outrageous lie that I already have used all my 400 minutes in the month of December. When in fact skype even didn;t activate December subscription yet,
    What should I do?

    Skypes indeed takes payment for subscription renewals 3 days in advance, prior to the actual date when the subscription will renew.  afaik, your minutes will reset at 1:00 GMT.

    you can go to expresslane.apple.com and select itunes>store>purchices, billing and redemption> select apple id account billing. it will ask you to tell more about the issue, type there what u typed here, if you can include song names you have tried, select your counrty and click continue, itll give you a few options, select email to contact itunes store department directly; the more info you can give them the faster itll be, like the media titles (or if available the order numbers in the recipt u get in ur email) if you choose call in option they should be able to contact itunes for you but its really just a middle man between you and itunes (no phone number for them) and they wont always contact them for you if you havent tried expresslane.apple.com yet; good luck!
