Skype Subscription Cancelled - How can I renew to ...

I received the below email from Skype.
Action required - your subscription is expiring in 1 days as your recurring payment has failed Your subscription will expire in 1 days on May 14, 2013. Unfortunately, your payment failed or could not be processed using your current payment method VISA-SKYPE XXXX-3257.
You can reactivate your subscription up to 90 days after it has expired by updating your payment details in your account.
Follow these steps:
1. Sign into your Skype account.
2. Click "Subscription settings" on the Call phones tab.
3. Choose an existing stored payment method or add a new one.
You can use another credit or debit card, PayPal or Skype Credit if available as the payment method for your subscriptions.
I have solved the issue with the credit card, so now it is working. The email is telling me that I can renew it within 90 days of expiry, however I can not find the option of getting the subscription I have signed up for earlier.
My subscription was Unlimited Canada & US calling for 12 months at the rate of $30.48 CAD. How can I renew it again at this rate? Is it possible? I don't know what to do as now even the option of Canada & US subscription is not available on the site. 

I think that 180 days is far too short a time for MS to feel they can take money out of users accounts when they have already prepaid. It just looks like bare faced money grab by Microsoft, and to blatantly skim off money from unsuspecting users who only wanted to make sure they had enough money to make calls in emergency. Shame on you MS. How can we trust you Skype? How can we trust you MS? If someone stole £15 from me in the street, I'd punch them in the face. Why does it make it OK if you are a company doing the same? The answer is, it doesn't. I have my £15 back now, but I'm disgusted. Shame on you MS

    Why are SO many people asking this question, and no one is answering? Why does no one at Apple ever answer these "support" discussions? It's just millions of people upset for various reasons (such as broken off buttons on the iPhone 4S that my poor mother has experienced, among thousands and thousands of others with ZERO help from Apple). And the only people who do find help here, get it from others who find workarounds without Apple's help.
    I also have the same question as above, (and the thousands of others do as well - do a quick Google search or just look at all the similar posts to the right).  I've tried to call Apple, and I keep getting re-directed to their website. I search their website, and no answer is provided. PLEASE RESPOND Apple. Geez louise. For such a profitable company, they sure don't help their customers very well. I have so many Apple products, I can't even count.

    I've done it already. Just re-generated the csr file from my old keystore and get a new cert from verisign.Then import into my keystore. No need to delete old keystore or create new keystore with new alias.

    Yesterday was my annual renewal date for my subscription to call phones in the USA and Canada.  Skype automatically charged me and sent me an email saying they did so.
    Today I got an email saying my subscription expired.
    My account appears to be working.
    Is this email I received also related to that World account email problem other people were having in the last few days?
    What concerns me is I have 2 subscriptions, one for unlimited calling and another for a phone number.  I don't know when the phone number one reneews, but I was not charged for it yesterday.

    I accidentally purchased a $20 icloud storage upgrade for my iphone.  Unable to find any way to cancel this order on my phone or online, I was left with no option but to call Apple.  The first 20 minutes of the conversation with Ayesha in retail has required my phone serial number, my apple id, my apple security questions, my Visa expiry date, my visa number.... with multiple request that I stay on hold.  I asked for an incident number for my call so I would have a record of the call in case the return did not go through.  No incident number was provided by Ayesha. I was then put on hold and transferred to Andrew who then transferred me to Monica. Monica in icloud dept asked me to give all the same information over again because she said there was no record of my security verification. Forty minutes in total for a $20 refund! It would be easier to drive to a store and return a shirt!  The inefficiency cost is enormous to both Apple and myself. Profit margin must be HUGE for Apple to offer such poor service and still stay in business.

  • How can I renew my security questions?  I can't get apple to send me a rescue email.

    I wanted to buy something from iTunes, but it wanted me to answer security questions which I had forgotten.   Next I went to my apple id manage page, and told apple to send me a rescue email.  However I haven't recieved any email.  Perhaps the rescue email is incorrect?  How do I renew the questions or change the rescue email?  Thanks for your help.
