Since you posted a question that refers to Skype To Go in the Online Number part of the forum, let's make sure I understand what you are asking.....
When you are calling the telephone that shows your calls as "Unknown number", are you logged into your Skype account when you made the calls?  Or are you calling your Skype To Go number from a telephone, and then placing the call to that number that shows you as "Unknown Number"?
If you are doing this while logged into Skype, you can set your Caller ID settings to display an Online Number (previously called SkypeIn, not a Skype To Go number), or a mobile number that you have verified as being your number.  Log into your Skype account using the "Account" link at the top of this web page, and you will see your current Caller ID settings.  From there, you can change that to an Online Number if your number is from a country where it can be used this way (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US).  To use a mobile number as your Caller ID number, you have to go through the two-step process where Skype sends SMS messages to your mobile number (this requires Skype Credit to cover the cost of the SMS messages).  Mobile numbers from most countries can be used this way, but not mobile numbers from Japan and Mexico.
If you are calling a Skype To Go number before you make the call to that person who is seeing "Unknown number", Skype may be able to see the number you are calling from.  If so, and if Skype is able to send that number to the phone you are calling, Skype will do that.  Otherwise the person you call may see the "Unknown number" on their Caller ID display.  They may also see a phone number that is not tied to you, or a series of digits that do not represent a phone number (for example, 10000123456).  If you have an Online Number and that has been set up as your Caller ID number, there are some occasions where that number will be passed on to the phone you call through Skype To Go.  Unfortunately, Skype has no control over what is sent through the telephone network to the phones you call.
