Skype to Go tab not available for me. (I have a su...

I am not sure what is going on. I've used Skype in the past. I had canceled my subscription a while back but renewed the subscription today. After getting a plan I went to my "dashboard" and the usual "Skype to Go" icon is not there. I am not able to follow any link from the FAQ into the skype to go page in order to set it up. I have a subscription and I have credit on the account. Anybody know what could be going on. I have already logged out and back in to my account through the web interface with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm having the same problem lately.  I have a mid 2010 21.5" iMac with an internal SuperDrive running Yosemite.  I tried putting in "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "The Giver" rented from RedBox.  Both spin sputter for a bit and then eject the disk back out.  So, it never mounts and no software (Finder, Disk Utility, DVD Player) ever gets a chance to see it.  Both play fine in a 15 year old DVD player, and my purchased copy of "The Dark Knight" mounts just fine in the iMac.  So, I have to assume that something is being done to the DVD's that rental companies are given to prevent them from mounting or something.
    Not having any luck on Google trying to confirm that.
    I guess I need to amend this.  Both DVD's play fine in a early 2011 13" Macbook Pro with the internal SuperDrive.  It's running Mavericks still and has a "MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-8A8".  The iMac has a "OPTIARC DVD RW AD-5680H".  Not sure if it's the drive, the OS, or what (although I will say I'm fairly certain I was having this problem on the iMac before Yosemite, so it's probably not the OS).

    I am implementing BI IP and i am experiencing a strange problem which i never encountered before. When i am creating an input ready query I am unable to view the extend tab where we select the access type for each characteristics for any info object. But i can see the planning tab for the Query as whole and i am able to save data in the cube from this sample query. I am also unable to view the options Transfer values and Save Values in the context menu when i execute the query.
    Please help me asap.

    Hi all
    I have solved the problem for calendar months but not for calday.
    For months, I have modified 0calmonth infoobject and flag "With texts" in the "Master data/texts" tab. I dind't have to load any texts for months and I could use the "Display as text" option in the queries and texts were displayed correctly in the reports.
    For calendar day, I couldn't use this solution nor for 0DATE infoobject.

    Skype has not published a native version of its messaging application for Nokia Series 40 devices. Therefore, it is not possible as of this moment.

    Yet more shoddy treatment of those who bought in to win phone 7. Makes me feel foolish for recommending windows phone to friends and colleagues. "We want everyone to experience the best Skype has to offer" and your way of doing this is to take it away!
    My next phone is unlikely to be a win phone 8, and I'll look at alternatives to skype.

    It appears Best Buy is up to their old tricks of palming off returned units as new. Take it back for a complete refund of your money. If they give you any static escalate your problem to management immediately.

    That error message can be misleading. It means, that iPhoto on your Mac is not associated with your Apple ID.
    Either you did not set up  your Mac using the same Apple ID - did someone help with your setup and use a different ID? Perhaps a family member? Or did you let someone borrow your installer disks?
    Or did you not yet "Accept" iPhoto and other iLife apps to your Apple ID? Check the "Purchased" tab of the App Store, if any applications are waiting to be accepted. If you see "Accept" buttons, press them.
    You may  be unable to "Accept" now, if you missed the update to iphoto 9.5.1 on Mavericks. You could try to buy iPhoto, however. If you are lucky, it may show for free.
    Backup your iPhoto library, if you do not have a current backup.
    Uninstall iPhoto by deleting it from the Applications folder, but do not empty the Trash, so you can put it back,if need be.
    Launch the App Store, click the "Store" menu, and sign in with your current AppleID.
    Open the main page "Featured" of the App Store and search for iPhoto.

    With Yosemite you need to update to iPhoto 9.6.
    The error message means, that iPhoto has not been associated with your AppleID. You do not say, which iPhoto version you are trying to update from.
    Associating iPhoto with your AppleID should have happened, when you bought the computer with iPhoto preinstalled with MacOS X Lion or later or with the Mavericks upgrade, if your Mac came with SnowLeopard. Try, if you can "accept" iPhoto now:
    Sign into the AppStore with your AppleID
    Open the "Purchased" tab. Do you see iPhoto with an "Accept" button?
    Accepting associates your Apple ID with the preinstalled iPhoto. It should move iPhoto from the "Accept" portion of the App Store to the "Purchased" tab. After that, you should be able to update iPhoto from the Updates tab of the AppStore. If you do you not see the update there, try to buy iPhoto. iPhoto may show for free, so you do not have to pay again.
    Backup your iPhoto library, if you do not have a current backup.

    I have resolved this issue with the apple chat support by going to the "purchases" tab in the app store - where there was a message that I had to accept updates for the apps that wouldn't update.  Once I did this, signing in for each of them, they all updated just fine.

  • "Update not available for this id" after Yosemite upgrade

    Hello,
    I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) 2,53 GHz Intel Core i5.
    I upgraded O/S from Maverick to Yosemite. Now I try to perform latest update, and iMovie, Numbers, Keynote, Pages are listed in the Update list.
    However each time I try to update them, AppStore refused with the error "Update is not available for this id..."
    I did not change Apple Id since a long time, and performed latest update on Maverick before doing the upgrade.  I checked the "Purchases" tab, these applications are not listed, not sure they were listed before the upgrade. I tried to sign out / sign in with my apple id, still same issue.
    Anyone encountered same trouble ? What is the solution to fix this ?
