Skype Version 7.2.0.103 just keep crashing

I have upgraded Skype which is bacially an automatice upgrade to a version Skype Version 7.2.0.103.
Since I have upgraded my Skype Application just simply crashing. I am using WIndows 8.1 Verson.
I can open the application.
Then it stays up for about 2 min then I get the follwoing Error message:
Skype Version 7.2.0.103
First WIndows popped up and says:
Windows is checking for Solutions. >>>
Then Pops up another windwo and says the fgollowing thing >>
" Skype has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working vorrectly.
windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Debug Close program "
I have only choice to close the program.
Does any one have any solutions?

Please, run the DirectX diagnostics tool.
Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.
Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

As stated, completely exit pst (don't just leave the app) and then activate airplane mode. Then open PST and change your cloud sync option to "off". Once you deactivate airplane mode, you should be able to open PST again without the crash. Iirc, I had to work at opening PST and accessing my settings very quickly or it would still crash before opening the settings page. Unfortunately, we have to completely forget about cloud sync until the bug is fixed. Save any image files back to the ios camera roll to share with other apps or upload elsewhere.

Locate and move the com.apple.iMovie.plist and com.apple.iMovieApp.plist.lockfile files to the Desktop, launch iMovie and try again. If that corrects the problem you can delete them from the Desktop.
They will be in your Home/User/Library/Preference folder.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

I signed up for adobe digital editions to open the product and it just keeps crashing !!!
Please help, as this is super frustrating !!!

I have just done the update to CC from the cloud and it's like….worse than before…. i can hardly have my indesign open without it crashing with this same " network connection lost…fatal error" message.
I'm working directly off my iMac hard drive there is no network!
Little things trigger it quite quickly after opening any document………. zooming in……scrolling through multiple pages……..not god damn manually saving every 30sec…!!! Grrrrrrrrr!!!!

Cannot even open FF6 it just keeps crashing, and crashing HELP!!!

I was asked last night to upgrade my FF. I downloaded the new and installed. Once it gets to actually open FF6 it crashes, it won't even open, just keeps on crashing. I want to continue to use FF, but if it keeps happening, I'm going to switch to Chrome for good !

You can do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.

It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

I have installed the newest version listed below and the application keeps crashing. I have tried 2.0 and 3.0. Any suggestions? This is so frustrating.

I have installed the newest 4.0 version posted to the board yesterday. It still keeps crashing. I tried to download older versions and they don't work either.

I recently updated my computer to windows 8.1. After about 2 days, nearly all of my applications keep crashing when I open them; chrome would just be unresponsive, mail would open and close while loading. same thing happens for nearly all my applications.
i have no idea what is happening and frankly this is quite frustrating. could anyone help me with this?

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem. The
work around is to edit the registry. If you are not comfortable doing this DONT. If you are, backup the key before you do
Press Win+"R" and input regedit

I'm having the same hang-time crashes with Indesign CS5 version 7.0.4.553. I just installed OSX Lion to get rid of the CS problems I was having previously. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Indesign, I spoke for 40 minutes with tech support, and when my use of extensis suitcase was mentioned, she got off the call before I could double check that turning it off had ended my problems.
I can launch indesign, and I can open very simple files, but most existing files hangs indesign up. so I forcequit and then indesign hangs altogether at launch.

I tried RedHotJoe's suggestion but didn't see the folder he mentioned. I do have older versions of the Creative Suite still installed on my system as they are sometimes helpful to have, would that create issues?

CS5 Indesign crashing on launch - photoshop and illustrator hanging and unexpectely quitting after sleep. Extensis the problem?
I’m having massive CS5 issues with hanging on sleep and crashing on launch especially with Indesign. I’m so frustrated. I keep reinstalling suitcase Fusion 3 as eventually it just seems to die out and not launch itself but right now it’s staying on. i have reinstalled CS5 as well but eventually it stops working too.

I did see try deleting the extensis plugin from Indesign app folder but I know it’s only a matter of time before it breaks again.
Extensis points to MacKeeper and wants you to shut off ' 'logs cleaner' and 'binaries cutter' in the 'fast cleanup' section. no place to turn them off though!

I am surprised this is the first time I've seen this since the new Muse 2014 version has come out ... are others not getting this error (or similar)? ... I have noticed this more when using older v7 files inside of Muse 2014 ... I also get this error when I use the Fill tool to insert an image, or when I have used the Fill Colour picker tool to save a Colour Swatch ... then I always get the popup error 'only' when I exit either of those two ... in other words when I click outside of the Fill Tool to get back to the stage area the error pops up ... but general colour picking is fine if you don't 'save' the colour ...
So it looks like there's a problem with the FILL tool (top left of menu bar) ... and as the Error suggests: Pallette Controller? ...
I did quickly create a new site in Muse 2014 and got the same error when using the Fill tool (using an image) on a rectangle box on a completely blank stage ...

CS6 Indesign wont open, it just keeps crashing

Hi, I've just downloaded CS6. All the programmes other than Indesign are working. Every time I try and open Indesign, it just crashes. I've uninstalled 3 times, switched the machine off etc and still it wont open. Below is a screenshot of the error message if anyone understand this! Thanks!

try resetting your preferences by holding down shift-ctrl-command while starting id cs6. if done correctly you'll see a confirmation dialog.

Trial version of Ills. CS5 (Mac) keeps crashing!

I don't have any illegal Adobe applications or products, though I do have some files which were created on an illegal version. There doesn't seem to be any pattern as to what actions cause the crashing - these files are simple line drawings of clothing; no brushes or anything. Why would I buy this if it crashes no matter what?

I have seen those kinds of files - they can be pretty complex. How complex exactly are yours - how many layers, paths, anchors?
Also it's possible that your files (or parts of them) got bugs. Even simple things such as strokes attributes can cause this. I remember a file that had really strange dashes settings (stroke lengths of 1000 mm). You could only find it when you inspected the objects rather close.
