Skype Voucher Accepted, But NOT credited to my acc...

This will be the 2nd time I have attempted to contact an offical person to resolve my problems.
1. I am located within the US
2. Calling a cell in the solomon islands.
3. Calls are $1.79 a min, cheapest I have found and have good quality.
4. Subscriptions are NOT available for solomon islands!
5. Your $25 monthly credit cap is crap! At $1.79 a min that goes in no time!
6. Have to buy gift card to add credits. It worked once.
7. Purchased "voucher" you accepted it, but NO credit applied!
8. Retried and says already used.
9. Now I am stuck at $.09 credit, made no calls and you pocketed my $50.00!
10. Tis sad that you have NO support channels. You really should be ashamed of yourself.
11. I will await an email but I am sure there will be no reasponse. Rest assured FCC and BBB will be notified of your shady actions.

No I completed the transaction, hence the order number. And a bit of ignorance in not having the ability to read and comprehend what I have already said many times. Lie number 2.

Live chat is unable to resolve credit problems. Plus there is NO email support. Lie number 3.
And did you note that there was NO resolve whatsoever!

  • Restful API add role not working - receve 202 accepted but not VM was created

    I am using the Windows azure restful api to add a new role to my vm deployment.
    I have already added a cloud service and a deployment, I can list the deployments fine with the  https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/ee460804.aspx and is all OK , but when I want to add a new VM to this deployment and I call the api using https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/jj157186.aspx
    I get a 202 Accepted, but nothing happens, no VM was created , I dont know what I am missing .

    For called the REST API, I suggest you can use
    Fiddler to catch and monitor your error message. If you got 404 error, it is possible that your authentication has something wrong. I suggest you can try to use fiddler to troubleshooting.

  • Iphone dropping wifi then reconnects while on skype or viber but not netflix

    while on call in skype or viber at home, my iphone 4 would drop the VOIP call, wifi icon immediately switches back to 3G then after 2 seconds switches back to wifi again(I never have to go connect again manually, it always comes back by itself).  All happens without any intervention, and once the wifi icon comes back i can dial skype call again.  This could happen 3 or 4 times on a 30 mins skype/viber call. 
    I have a 1st gen 3G iPad as well and I use it to watch movies on netflix, it has never dropped the wifi like that even after watching movies for more than an hour.  Its just very strange. I've search around the internet and people who have iphone wifi drop problems always have to go reconnect to wifi manually or restart the phone to connect, which is not my case.  I've also tried resetting the network settings on the iphone, didn't help.
    I have 2 PCs, a Macbook pro, and a PS3, all using the same wifi connection, and like the ipad none of them have any problems with the wifi at all (not all connected a the same time, i usually have the MBP and the 2 iOS devices connected at all times). And for the iPhone, the wifi drop seems to isolate to Skype and Viber calls only.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this? by the way, i have never tried VOIP call on other wifi networks other than my house, so I don't know if this is because something is wrong with my equipment at home.  VOIP call on 3G network when wifi is not available doesn't have any problem.
    I have a AT&T iphone4 on 4.3.2, wifi is through a Linksys router (g i think), I'm also using an AT&T microcell that 70% of the time doesn't even show up on my iphone.  Thanks!

    I have the same issue with my Iphone4, never had this with my Iphone 3gs.  I have tried a different router (I have a d-link and a netgear) and no difference.  I read on another forum that bluetooth might interfere.  Yesterday I ran a test and after I turn bluetooth off I did not have any dropped Skype calls.  before this my Skype call would drop or I would have a really bad connection about 8min or so into the call.  I think this is because the iphone will start up bluetooth and it interferes with wifi.  I am not 100% sure this cures the problem but it might.

  • Updating RE: License Agreement needs to be accepted, but not an admin

    Hi all,
    I deploy the Java RE to a number of Windows XP clients via wpkg (http://wpkg.org/Java#JRE_without_Java_Quick_Starter_on_32-bit_hosts) because an Java Web Start application named EGVP [1] should be used on the clients. The author of this application says that it has to be installed (i. e. started once) with administrative privileges, what I've done (manually) and all works fine.
    A problem occurs when wpkg updates the Java RE (e. g. from 1.6.19 to 1.6.20 this week): If the "normal" user without admin privileges starts its EGVP application after the update is performed, he/she is asked to accept the license agreement from Sun/Oracle for the Java RE. If you click on "Yes" there, an error message says that it needs administrative rights to save the changes?!
    As a quick&dirty workaround, I changed the folder security permissions for \Program Files\Java\jre6 so that the user group has full access to it, this solves the problem temporarily, but is not a real solution, I guess ;-) Furthermore, the next Java RE update via wpkg removes and re-creates the folder by uninstalling the old and installing the new Java version, so that my permissions are lost then (thankfully, it should not be a permanent condition).
    So my question is: Has any of you a similar problem or any idea how to solve this? I could try to set the folder permissions after an update via wpkg, too, but I don't think that's a good idea.
    I hope that any of you has an idea how to deal with this!

  • Once connected, Skype's working but not Safari and Mail

    Hi !
    I got internet connexion through airport and my skype is working well. But I cannot open a web page with Safari or Firefox, or get/send email with Mail application. All three applications tell "you're not connected" !
    Any idea what to do ? I'm using MacBook Pro, snow leopard.

    It sounds as if your DNS server is either misconfigured or is not working properly.
    Skype has the numerical IP addresses of servers it uses hard-coded into the program, so it doesn't need DNS to work properly, just an Internet connection.

  • Skype needs repairing but not available to repair

    Whilst in a video chat earlier this evening, I encountered a problem with Skype, the video call itself crashed but made a funny interference noise. I then clicked off the app and couldn't return to the app because I had a notice saying this app needed to
    be re-installed and repaired, I have tried doing this every way possible and have had no luck at all.
    I am wondering what to do as this is the only way me and my boyfriend properly talk in the week as we both have busy and distant jobs.

  • Apple ID reset accepted but not working

    My administrator password for my iMac has stopped working. I am locked out. During log in a pop up appeared saying I can reset the password
    via my Apple ID.
    I tried but my Apple ID didnt work either.
    Using my PC laptop I managed to reset Apple ID and have received confirmation from Apple Customer |Support that this has been done.
    Back to my iMac which I have restarted and have the log in screen.
    Unfortunately my new Apple ID still will not work and therefore I am unable to use to help in resetting my password to get into my iMac.
    I have used my sign in password since I bought the iMac a couple of years ago. All OK until today. Bit of a mystery-hope someone can help.

    This is a big issue. I have also been receiving these reset emails today (3). Since it is not coming from my regular email address or my alternate email address it means that somebody had already access to my account and is trying to reset my password because he/she doesn't have the answers to my security questions and thus can send a reset email to a third (!!!) email address that he/she would not see at any other place.
    DO SOMETHING APPLE.

    I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
    I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

  • How can I set Firefox 8.0 to accept 3rd party cookies ONLY from selected sites but NOT from any other sites?

    I do not like to accumulate 3rd party cookies and would simply not check the Accept 3rd Party Cookies box in Preferences. BUT in order to use my bank's web page I have to accept 3rd party cookies from a separate site that manages some of their transactions (like paying bills). This means I have to accept 3rd party cookies and then delete them by hand OR I have to check the accept box each time I use the bank's website and then uncheck it when I am done.
