Skype wont let me join specific group msg/call

I am able to login fine and talk to other people alright, but when i try to talk/ call one of my group messages, Skype just crashes. This happens every time.

the group has 150 people in it, the participents in the call is normally under 10.
the issue is the when i hang up, it just keeps ringing on my end and everyone elses, if i pick up im hossting again, if i ignore it and they pick up i get a bunch of voice messages and then it rings again and it just keeps going and going till i leave the group

Okay so my friends invited me to join their call and when I join it just takes me straight out of it. I tried to join a single call with my friend but it just takes me straight out of it too. I unistalled and reinstalled so it will be up to date but that still doesnt work. Any help? I'm on windows 10 too.

Skype won't let me join a group call

So I'm trying to join a group call and scype joins it to the point where i can see the prictures, but i can't hear anything, and then it just ckicks me out. I have tried deleting and ree-innstaling, running some scetchy cmd prompt **bleep** and allot of other things. Some forums say that i need to be friends with the hoster of the chat, and i am a friend with the original hoster, but i have no ide who has called up the chat this time. i have had this bug FOR MONTHS but just spam-joining has usually gotten me in the call.i have also seen other people complain about this problem and apparently it has been around for a long time. So apparently a problem that makes it so that you CAN'T USE THE PROGRAM HAS EXISTED FOR MONTHS AND NO REAL FIX HAS BEEN RELEASED; FOR **bleep**S SAKE SKYPE. Several of my friends also have had this problem, but as fgar as i know noone of them have reaced the stage where the program is unusable. BTW, i can still talk with other people on skype, but not the big grou chats. I have also tried downgrading, but apparently skype has removed all liks with downlaods to prevous versions so that if there is a bug that makes you UNABLE TO USE THE **bleep** PROGRAM you can't downgrade.
I might seem a bit angry, but it is summer, and i have been working for the past weeks, and i finally have a day off to chat with my friends and play games with them before i go back to work tommorom, but then i have to spen HOURS TRYING TO FIX A **bleep** BUG THAT THE SKYPE TEAM SHOULD HAVE FIXED MONTHS AGO.

Ugh, I'm having the same issue. It's been going on for awhile. The group has about 13 members in it but 3 or 4 people usually join the group calls. When I try to join I see pictures as if I'm joining, but then I'm kicked out. Sometimes it takes someone from inside of the group to call me and add me in, but even then that doesn't work sometimes. It's incredibly irritating that this bug is still a thing. I hope you get your answer soon. As of now I have none. Still trying to find a solution.

Can't join XBone Group Video calls

My only choice when joining a group call is "join call without video". I'm unsure how to activate my Camera but i know its on. It works for other apps. When i'm in the call there is no video button like there is supposed to be. Everybody in call can see eachother except me and I can't see anybody. I can only hear them. I've messed around with the app and xbox settings but still no solution. Help?

The number of participants in likely why you can't start a video call. Skype for Xbox One supports 4 video call participants max. If it is 4+, you can only participate with voice on your Xbox One.

Skype wont let me call anyone

Whenever I try to call anyone, it gives me the "connecting" message, then it just quits the call entirely, though I can still message people just fine. This problem appeared a few days ago when I was in a call withmy friend, until my internet suddenly stopped working (It does this every once and a while), but instead rejoining the call when my internet came back on, It now quits the call immediately. Is there any way to fix this? I've reinstalled skype twice already, but that didn't work as skype still quits the call.
Note: My friend cannot call me either, but he still can call others. I am also on windows 8

TS1398 I have BThomehub2 - 2xf9 wireless broadband. I have switched wi-fi on my ipod touch but when i enter the password to join this network it stays locked and wont let me join. all other devices working ok. what do i do?

- Does the iPod successfully connect to other networks?
- Use the communities search box in the upper right and search for:bthome
Other users have has similar problems with tBThome routers.

Skype wont let me enter my password

I logged out of skype by mistake and when i went to log back in the skype window refused to register that i was clicking on the password space, i cant type in it at all, no matter which account i tried to log in from. i have the latest version any nothing else is wrong but this.

Wont let me join Network

Ok so im not super computer savy but heres it goes.Im not at home so i dont have all the specs of my gear but give me what advice for now. I just have a pc up stiars with Lynxs wireless router. I created a wireless network. My mac mini sees the network but when im promoted for the password the "join " button is greyed out, But when i click on assiant and then see's the network i click join ,im type in the password and get a message that says something like ..you werent able to join becuase either you entered an incorrect password or wrong security setttings or out of range of the base station.im lost even the customer service at Cisco couldnt help and ideas at all

Can you take your Mac Mini closer to the wireless router to just make sure that it is not a range issue?
Otherwise, try switching your wifi encryption method from WEP to WPA.

Skype wont let me hear game sounds through my headphones when im in a call with someone

im a gamer and i use skype to communicate with my friends while we play games and I often want to use headphones but when im in a call with someone the game sounds go through my laptops speakers instead of my headphones and its hard to hear the games sounds because i have my headphones in

k it is still does it if im in a call and i open a game like binding of isaac all my sounds get disabled but the skype call sound comes back and so does my itunes but the binding of isaac sounds gets muted.

This is a problem that has a solution, (link) by deleting DbTemp Folder, but the fact that i must do this every time I want to call this is annoying. Please fix this bug in a future update or explain to me how to fix this without deleting the DbTemp folder every time.

I'm not connected to the internet on my iPod but my brother is in the same room with his and he has internet. It wont let me join. Is this because my iPod memory is nearly full ? What can I do ? and b.t.w. the internet is working.

My brother is connected to my house's wifi on his ipod but i cant connect. We both have 4th generation iPods and are sitting in the room with the router. Its saying there is no internet connectuon available when , there clearly is. Please help me figure out why this is happening and what i can do to have internet again!

Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

I agree. I did not see any SKYPE email notice that the premium was being discontinued. I now Skype primarily from my iPad and over the past year I couldn't use the premium service. So this has been a waste. There is no way to contact SKYPE, so I will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Group Video Calls

We recently purchased a Samsung TV model H7150 and discovered that the Skype application is not compatible with Group Video calls. Is there a solution? Will Skype be upgrading the application on the Samsung TV to allow for group calls? Thank you

All Skype TVs can join a group audio call (ie your TV can be a participant on a group audio call). However, most TVs won't allow you to be the person who starts that group audio call. This is because hosting the call requires more processing power.
All Skype TVs can also participate in group video calls, but on the TV you will only be able to send and receive audio (you will not send or receive video).
The only TVs currently capable of group video calling are Samsung TVs, and specifically these models:

Ive authorized my music to my new mac but it wont let me play 2 specific songs out of the 40 i have? and it says its authorized!!

i just got a new macbook pro and i authorized my itunes with my apple id and was able to copy all the music i purchased on my phone to my itunes. i them sync my phone to my itunes and all my music copied over and did not delete which is great! the problem is that it wont let me play these 2 specific songs on my iphone or on my itunes on mac! they were both purchased with my apple id and i have no idea why it wong let me play these 2 specific songs even after i authorized my apple id. please help

iTunes repeatedly prompts to authorize computer to play iTunes Store purchases.
If this doesn't work then delete the two tracks and re-download them if this is permitted in your country of residence.

Not letting me join group calls?

I cannot seem to join the group call. There is no option to join the call, and this is shared among all devices (ipad, laptop, and android phone). All applications are all up to date and have been redownloaded. The chat log registers that the "call as started" and had yet to have "ended" but there is no "join call option". The option sometimes appears after a long time if at all. The call leader must re-add me to the call for it to appear. There is then the problem of the calls randomly being dropped when the internet is fine. HELP!

One of the theories we had is that there might be someone in the call who is not your friend, so the privacy settings were kicking in and the call was dropping.
Could you check this please? Before the call, please make sure that all participants are in your contact list and have added you as a contact on their side also.
