SLCM STANDART REPORTS

Hi,
is any standart report available in SAP-SLcM like, registered students, re-registered students, new students, faculty-student based, student-payment etc?
Is any tcode available in SLcM to reach all SLcM reports like MB00 for MM reports?
or to prepare queries for these kind of reports, which table(s) shoulld I use?
any help would be appreciated.

Within SAP SLcM you have several standard reports (transactional and via Query builder) available (some examples: PIQWAITLMOVE - Waitlist Administration, PIQCOURSEDETAIL - Course Demand Report , PIQGRADING_FILE - Calculate Performance Indexes , PIQ_ISR_MONITOR - Application Overview, SQ01 (look for cm), etc.).
What SAP SLcM also provides are standard BW extractors which are very interesting if you have BW in place.

Enregistrer un Standart Report

Bonjour, je souhaiterai enregistrer un Standart Report.
Pour l'instant j'utilise le report HTML qui m'ouvre une page HTML, puis me permet d'enregistrer mon repport sur un fichier word ( sans avoir le toolkit office).
Mais je souhaite commander une version de Labview de base, qui ne permet pas d'utiliser le report HTML. Il y aurait le format XML, mais je ne le connais pas du tout. Alors si le format standart me permet de faire d'enregistrer mon repport sur word, ce serait super si une personne pouvait m'aider.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas vous indiquer comment contourner l'utilisation de l'un de nos produits. Néanmoins, je peux vous donner deux pistes :
- vous ne pourrez pas enregistrer votre document en Standard Report à moins d'avoir une imprimante sur fichier telle que PDFCreator. Je vous renvoie ici pour créer vous-même votre imrpimante sur fichier. La sauvegarde vers un fichier word peut par contre vous être impossible par cette méthode.
- vous pouvez écrire un certain nombre de chose dans un fichier Word en utilisant les contrôleurs ActiveX de Word. Cela requiert de la patience ou de l'expérience en matière d'architecture du logiciel Word. Vous pouvez jeter un oeil dans la Developper Zone en réalisant une recherche de mots-clés tels
que "ActiveX Word". Il est possible de faire la même chose avec Excel.

Retired asset - cannot run standart report for closed fical year

Hi there,
I was just wondering how to run standart asset report (Y_T11_68000004, AR02) for closed fiscal year in case of the asset was retired during this year.
As I know report can be run only with last date of closed fiscal year (12/31/200x) otherwise got message AU116. But when I have asset retired i.e. in 30/10/200x the report for this year is empty and cant see the movements data.
Any ideas? Maybe some settings for asset history report, or is there another report for movements for previous years.... ?

start the asset history sheet, there you can see all information.
Alternative is to create an own query on logical database in SQ01.

Standart report sorting with HTML expression in it

got a query with report links like +'<_a href="f?p=&APP_ID.:26:&APP_SESSION.:::26:P26_YEAR,P26_MONTH,P26_BACK,P26_STATUS,P26_PROJECT:&P22_YEAR.,&P22_MONTH.,22,0,'||id||'">'||saved||'</_a>'+
with 'saved' being a numeric value, report column sorting does not work. any suggestions?

Hi Simon,
As you are outputting the entire HTML using SQL, you need include something at the beginning of the HTML that allows sorting to work on the correct values. I tend to use the "title" (tooltip) attribute and ensure that numbers are of equal length by padding them with zeros:

in standard you are confirming only through order with combination of operation or confirmation number ,i think it is not possible to get in standard.
you can create the query but whether the output you required will display iam not sure, while creating the Query try creating using logical database and check

This code works fine when the report invoke to print is developed in crystal reports version for .net 2008 or .net 2005
when trying to print a report standart getting from SAP BO 8.8.1 using this code I getting the following error:

How I can get these dll´s version for Crystal Report 2008 for SAP Business one or How I can solve this problem

AFS sale order - arun report

Hi!
I need report similar to /AFS/MD04 AFS stock req list but for all material of one sale order on onew screen.
User want to see statuses for allpositions of order at one time to make decision about delivery.
any standart report?

Hi Andrey,
I don't see a benefit from seeing statuses in a sales order.
/AFS/MD04 is a stock/requirements list for the MRP conroller.
It does a complete different calculation than ARUN or ATP.
It will not help you to determine what can delivered.
You can have orders in B status and still be able to allocate and deliver it.
So explain your business requirements. What do you want to see?

Purchase Order History as a Report?

Hi,
I would like to follow the amounts of purchase orders, relevant goods receipt amounts and so on as shown in purchase order history on PO. But I need it as a report which could be seen as ALV type, and easily exported to excel.
Is there such a standart report that I could follow purchase order-goods receipt quantities?

Problem to display multiple images in report!

I have 3 tables, in each table i have a column with an image "blob"!
I have creat a view with this 3 tables and a report of this view.
My problem is that when i try to show one image column in report, "there is no problem", but when i try to show two or tree column´s with images, it display's only the last image that i call in report!

What are i making wrong, in this case he does only make the last dbms_lob.getlength and shows only dbms_lob.getlength(IMAGESTATE) IMAGESTATE;
If i change the order of the report and put in the end of the code:
dbms_lob.getlength(IMAGETYPE) IMAGETYPE, the he shows this last image!
I have try to make a demonstration of my problem on this forum, so i have creat an example on apex.oracle.com and there it works just fine, showing all the images of report.
i am using apex 3.1.0.00.32
Why doesn't the same example work in my aplication.

Is the first report on the page working correctly? I think so. So I don't see an example of what you described.
I do see that there are no images in the second report, but that's not the same as the first problem you described, is it?

Changing classifications of material master data and reporting

Hello experts,
I have to update long list of material's classifications, I know about the transaction CL24N but in this
one, I have to assign a material to the class and then for each material update the value of the wanted
parameter.
My questions are :
1. Is there any better way to do this massive update ?
2. Is there any standart report on classifications values for all materials ?

Hi Amit,
You can look for the Report RCCLBI03 (this Report loads the File). This is the fastest way to load classifications.
You can also use BAPI 'BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE' or write a batch input program, but my advice would be go to for Standard Report if this does not solve your problem then use BAPI and the third option would be to use Batch Input program.

1. While Creating vendor In the partner function screen, go to header>extras you can see region of supply
2. click there it will take to another screen. there you give country and region. this region you define in the transportation field in customisation. here you specify the regions and and ask the user to maintain this while creating the vendor master.
3. from this eassily you can develop the report whatever way you need

You can use F.31 Reprt.
Similarly F.34 report also you can use.
S_ALR_87009994,S_ALR_87012216,S_ALR_87009995,S_ALR_87012217 T.Codes.
Among all these any one you can use.
For all standard reports,Just goto Easy access sceen,enter the T.Code as SAP1.You will all list of standard reports.
But the problem here is nothing contains the payment terms.You have to copy this code and Maintain the logic for this payment terms for your report.Take help from your ABAPer.Develop a Z report with that enhancement.
