SLED error in LQUA table after batch to batch transfer posting -
Hi All,
I have done a batch to batch transfer posting in 309(same material - batch to batch).
At IM level the receiving batch charecteristics have been copied.
When i create a TO from the posting change number using LT05 and check the bin stock status or check LQUA table, the SLED of the receiving batch has the SLED of the issuing batch.
Problem is not with IM stock/WM stock but, only the batch characteristics are not getting copied at WM level.
Please suggest a solution to this issue.
Regards
Deepak
Hi All,
Stock of the material in IM and WM are as follows
IM sloc - - batch A - 50EA - SLED - 15/5/2010 WM - bin A01 - 50EA
IM sloc - - batch B - 50EA - SLED - 15/10/2010 - WM - bin A02 - 50EA
Scenario is I have done a batch to batch transfer posting of the same material for 20 EA from batch A to batch B in MB1B.
batch charecteristics of the both batches is
After I create a TO from the posting change number.
After the TO creation and confirmation IM stock is
IM sloc - - batch A - 30 EA - SLED - 15/5/2010
IM sloc - - batch B - 70 EA - SLED - 15/10/2010
WM - batch A - bin A01 - 30 EA - SLED - 15/5/2010
WM - batch B - bin A01 - 20 EA - SLED - 15/5/2010 (wrong SLED)
WM - batch B - bin A02 - 50EA - SLED - 15/10/2010
Can someone suggest if there is any configuration settings or this is s standard system behaviour.
Regards
Deepak

Automatic batch determination during transfer posting. Issue.
Hi All,
Please could anyone advise to solve the following problem with automatic batch determination:
1. When delivery is created for sales order, SAP automatically assigns batch number.(SLOC 1)
2. From time to time there is a need to transfer the same material number, which is on delivery to another sloc2.
3. Using Mb1b tcode i do transfer posting from SLOC1 to SLOC 2. In batch field i put * or (**) for automatic generation. (movement 311).
The problem appears here, when SAP automatically assigns the same batch to transfer posting which was assigned to delivery (p.1).
So that after transfer posting done, there is no required quantity left in batch needed to do a goods issue for delivery. So goods issue is not possible because of that kind of transfer posting.
Do you have any idea, how to manage this, and to restrict SAP choosing the same batch which was assigned to delivery.
Thank you,

Order Entry Interface table error handling through Form after Orderimport
Hi Gurus,
We are on Oracle Apps 11.0.3.
I'm just curious to know that is there any form available to correct error records in SO_HEADERS_INTERFACE, SO_LINES_INTERFACE, SO_LINE_DETAILS_INTERFACE, SO_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS_INTERFACE, SO_SALES_CREDITS_INTERFACE, SO_SERVICE_DETAILS_INTERFACE, SO_LINE_ATTRIBUTES_INTERFACE, SO_HEADER_ATTRIBUTES_INTERFACE tables after running orderimport.
Most thread says that set REQUEST_ID, ERROR_FLAG and INTERFACE_STATUS columns to NULL in each interface tables. Is there any oracle standard form available to accomplish this in Oracle Apps 11.0.3 or 11i?
Thanks
-ManishHi Srinu,
it looks like you got the error message Schedule line &1 &2 is missing in table YVBEP while deleting the sales order.
It seems, that there are no SAP notes regarding this issue. Do you have this issue with all orders or with a single order?
If only a single order causes this issue, maybe something was wrong during an update.
If you get this error for many orders, then custom code (modification, enhancement, user exit in MV45AFZZ, ...) may be the reason for it.
If you have no custom code in module pool SAPMV45A, then contact SAP for this issue.

QM UD Error Message: Check table XEKBN: entry 45039875220001003 does not exist.
Hello QM expert,
I encounter a error when I make a UD. (Please refer to below screenshot. )
Case 1: I did quantity post to unrestricted use, to scrap, to blocked stock, to new material, to reserves, return delivery. When I save this UD, there is a error message 'Check table XEKBN: entry 4503987522000100310100 does not exist.' (PS. 4503987522 is PO number, but I don't know what it is about 10031010.)
Case 2: I fill the same field like Case 1, but exclude to new material. It can be passed, no error message.
Case 3: I only fill one field [to new material. It can be passed, no error message.
Could you please give me some guidance? Thank you so much.
Best Regards,
Fanchao BuHi Fanchao,
Form the inspection lot number range, I believe you are using GR form Purchase Order, right? Please confirm the below points -
1. Is this a normal PO or Sub-contractor's PO? Please confirm if this issue is happening for every stock posting like Unrestricted, Scrap, Blocked...? or just for one? Can you try one by one for example, move stock form QI => Unrestricted stock only (and do not combine all types together like the attached screenshot) and suggest if that is working.
2. If this is a non-valuated material you have used (NLAG) for testing? Are you trying to post materials for previous period? Storage Location SM10 is valid?
If still this issue exist, then potentially, there is some issue with valuation variant linked to valuation area, which is normally maintained in Configuration OPK9. Paralelly, you can request your ABAP team to check FM MB_UPDATE_VALUE_ENQUEUE_TABLE, Include LMBGBU04, as suggested by the below link -

Stale Data Error only Resolved by selecting "Use Update Batching"
Hello,
I'm having an issue after creating an update page in OAF. The page only works when I select update batching within my EO. The problem with this is my page is using a column type of BLOB which greys out the option to use update batching. I have tried everything I can think of as well as search on every possible topic over the internet to resolve this issue. Can't seem to figure it out. It has become very frustrating as to why I can only update the table by selecting update batching. Does anyone know how to overcome this issue?
Thanks,
JeffI resolved this issue. The reason I was receiving the stale data error was due to a custom table I created getting corrupted when adding the primary key through SQL Developer instead of doing coding it. After I recreated the table the stale data error stopped displaying. Hope this helps people in the future. Just remember to code the table creation instead of creating it through SQL Developer.

Hi everybody,
I have two Distinct Databases on two distinct servers. (Oracle Ent. Release 10.2.0.3.0 on AIX 5.3). After I install the latest patch last week, One of the APEX installation has some problems on Home>Application Builder Page. The error message is very random and
report error:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value.
When i change the view (details to icons), everything goes to normal. This error message is reflected some of the pages (report region) of some of my applications randomly. When it appears in a report region, i deselect the order method of the region, the result is normal.
But the other APEX application on the other instance has no problem. It is a bug? or Should i re-install the APEX instance?
Thank you for your interest?
Gökhan ÇATALKAYANo, but we have a reproducible test case now so we're working on it. See ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value

Updation of table after Print and Print-Preview in smartform
Hi,
I am having a requirement where i need to print multiple deliveries with the sales order data each delivery on a new page using smartform.
Now , i am using SSF_OPEN, SSF_CLOSE Fm's for the same. I need to update a Z table after the user clicks on PRINT from the pop-up or print from the print preview screen.
I tried using the output_info parameter in the smartform where i read from a post that the OUTPUTDONE parameter becomes "X" in the job_output_info when the user clicks print wither in the two ways said before.
This does not work out in case if the FM'S SSF_OPEN and SSF_CLOSE are used.
Kindly help me on the same.
Thanks in advanceyes i tried that..using the AT new event for a Delivery and then a command to go to the NEW PAGE, but somehow when i execuet the form, i could not see the layout..so in the debug i saw the subrc after the FM is run..it says SUBRC = 2 i.e. internal error. I am not able to figure that out.
So i had to use these open and close, nowi just want to update a z table if the user clicks on the print button (print preview screen) after using the print preview .
Kindly suggest.
Thanks. -
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry for Transfer Structures
Hi Guyz...
I've been facing a few issues regarding activation of transfer structures.
I'll explain the whole process...so it makes sense to you guys.
I've initially activated the Transfer Structures in BI Content for Master Data. Later on we faced some issues in the DEV server. So we had to transport all the objects and store them locally on a temporary location. When the BI DEV sever, was up and running, we transported all the objects back to the server.
Now while moving the objects back to the sever. We had an errors in the Master Data Request (Log- Method Execution). After going into the log...this is what I found.
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIIA0DIVISION_TEXT'
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIIA0DISTR_CHAN_TEXT'
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIIA0MATL_TYPE_TEXT'
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIIA0SALESORG_TEXT'
Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIIA0SALES_GRP_TEXT'
I hope, I am clear here.
Any suggestions, guys...
Thanks,

Thanks,
SanjeevHallo Sanjeev,
How do you exactly "download the table entries from Web Dynpro to Excel?"
I wrote a new <b>Wiki Code Tutorial </b>which demonstrates how to download an Excel file from a Web Dynpro <i>Table </i>UI element <b>on-demand</b>. In this scenario the resource gets re-created on every request. The solution is based on re-initializing the context with a new 0-byte resource object within the calculated context attribute getter method.
See <a href="https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/Snippets/ExportingTableDatainWebDynproJava-SAPNetWeaver04s">Exporting Table Data in Web Dynpro Java - SAP NetWeaver 04s</a>

Hi,
I agree with u...I am not sure of the environment the user has so i put forth all the 3 option that crossed my mind that time....thats why i said he has to choose what best suits him/her...
Also if the database is huge and we create physical temp tables (option 2 and ur idea) its like having redundant data in the database which is also a problem....So ist upto the user to actually evaluate the situation and come up with what best suits him/her...
Regards
BharathHi,
I understand your opinion. But I am not sure that the user have enough experience to choose the best option by his one. And about the redundant data: because of this I wrote that he should truncate the tables after the last mapping which loads all data into the real target table.
