Slide gets a dull look at the end?

Hello,
I am wondering what causes a slide to look dull, at the end...Everything is set to stay on the slide to the end, and I have click boxes that show arrows to get to the next or previous slide, but the slide dulls like the last second or two before it stops to wait for a user interaction?
How can I prevent this.

Have you checked the project settings? There is an option at the bottom of the "Project: Start and End" settings to fade out on the last slide that you might need to uncheck:

I'm not certain thats the problem. I stopped antivirus, I set screensaver to NOT trigger and yet it took me FOUR DAYS to completely sync my ipod touch. Stupid me decided to try it with the iPad and guess what...it's been three days and STILL timing out.
I don't think Steve Jobs died; I think they upgraded him to iOS5, he crashed and they could not restore him.
THIS UPGRADE *****. They rushed it out the door to get the fancy-dancy voice command thing on the iphones and yet that feature does not help ipod or ipad users.

MS Word - words get cut in half at the end of line

I am doing English editing of a Word document written in Korean and then translated by someone. I am using MS Word 2011 for Mac. I have to edit about 60 of these documents, each is about four pages.
I edited about eight of them without any problems of formatting.
Then with the last four of them, I noticed that the words at the end of the line would get cut in half with one half of the word appearing at the end of one line, and the second half of the word appearing at the beginning of the next line.
I don't know how to fix this.
The documents have macro with them. Could that be the problem? Before, I was asked whether I wanted to turn on macros or not, and I chose "No" initially, and then I switched to "Yes". Now even though I went into preferences and chose "Warn me before opening macros", the documents open without this opening message.
I don't know what to do. I know Hangeul (Korean) is written so that it doesn't matter whether words get chopped in half and the original document was written on MS Word for Koreans (and has Korean fonts and things like that).
But the person who sent me the original document is not available and besides can't speak English so I can't ask her about this.
It might not have anything to do with macros. I remember vaguely a while ago I had the same problem and I fixed it using some simple measure but I can't remember what I did.
I browsed the web looking for solutions but have not found any.

I am making these lists using the list function in Word as well as the indenting function. I don't have a choice as the document already came with these lists.
So I think this is a bug in MS Word because the words don't get chopped in half when the lists are a certain way but they do get chopped when the lists are in another way.

How do I get buttons to show at the end of a menu

I have a menu that should be played every time (contains disclaimers, etc) and then there should be a choice of which track to play. How do I either get buttons that ONLY show up at the end--or have the menu automatically go to a next item which only contains a background and the buttons. I thought I had done this a long time ago but cannot remember what I did.

The buttons kept showing throughout the entire menu, no matter what I tried. I ended up doing a wierd setup, where I had the menu jump to a submenu at the end. The submenu then contained the buttons. Also, the tracks will jump back to that same submenu at their ends. Not as clean as I would like it, but it seems to work. I had tried doing a SetLoopPoint chapter marker in FCP, but the DVDSP menu just plain ended at the loop point and would not go into a looping setup.
If anyone has any other ideas, I would love to hear them - I am not pleased with this setup.

Spry Sliding Panels--how to get it to repeat at the end?

Voiceovers get delayed or shmushed toward the end after upload to youtube

I'm putting little bars of commentary all over my videos and it looks and sounds great. when I upload to youtube, the video stays great, but then when I try to view it again in the iMovie software, all the audio is delayed or pushed back into one clump after the end of the video. I have to manually sort it out again to make the video the way it was before I uploaded. What is this all about??? Please help!

My advice is to uninstall that extension. IMO, you have too many extensions installed, and are asking for problems with Firefox. DetectFlashVer not defined this is the error I get when I look at the error consol. i am trying to open a link and that's the error I get. It won't open the link. All I get is a blank screen.

Can I get audio to play til the end, even if I turn the page?

I know how to add a quicktime audio file, but once you turn to the next page, the audio file stops. Is there a way to set the audio to play til the end regardless of how many pages you turn? Or would I have to split up the audio and have the user play it on each page they turn to?
Are there any options for the audio player interface? Or would I have to resort to using a widget?

I've just bought the enhanced edition of The Story of Naxos, and was intrigued to see that the embedded audio files do continue playing after the page has been turned. So it's clearly something that iBooks itself is capable of handling, even if iBooks Author doesn't cater for it - and I've also submitted a feature request pointing this out.
And with regard to the "superfluous" comment, it depends entirely on the nature of the project. The one I've postponed until this feature is introduced involves recordings of Schubert songs that are supposed to be playable over the original German lyrics, an English translation, a musicological analysis and a facsimile of the score - the idea being that you can listen to the complete song while exploring various aspects of it. But it's impossible to fit all this material onto one page, and even reading it in portrait mode doesn't work, as the music stops playing as soon as the embedded images from the score appear.

Which model of mini is it? You are running 10.4.4, so it is an older machine - is it an a powerPC G4 or an early intel model?
How much RAM do you have? The early mini's I think only shipped with 512Mb RAM, although the 2006 first gen. intel could take up to 2Gb. If you look at your memory use you can get a sense of how much disc swapping is going on (look at page outs). If your machine is disk thrashing a lot because of limited memory, then adding more memory can improve performance (otherwise it is pointless adding RAM to a system that is not limited by available RAM).
Other than that you are pretty limited in what you can do - the cpu is what it is, as is the disk, motherboard and firmware. If your machine is old enough that it shipped with 10.4, then it is upwards of 7 years old, so really, the only way to gain substantial performance imporvements when using up-to-date software is to get a newer machine.

My touch screen isn't working and stopped working after I went running with it. I have restarted it multiple times and restored it on my MacBook. It will still not let me slide it to even look at the phone. Please help ASAP.
