Slideshow Image Order of Go AND Problem with Sizing an Accordion Panel

SLIDESHOW Is there a way to set the start, middle, and end in a slideshow? I have tried arranging the position of the triggers (nothing happened); and moving the targets in the layers panel (again, nothing happened). I would like the slideshow to begin and end with specific slides.
ACCORDION PANEL Will not allow me to size it smaller than 962 pixels. The content area of the accordion panel is filled with one slide show per panel or tab, and I've checked all of the elements within the slideshow to make sure nothing exceeds 960 pixels. Nothing I can find exceeds 960 pixels, but when I remove all the elements from the content area, BOOM, I can make the panel any width I want.

No, Mylenium, you are definitly wrong, You can choose any image order you want within slideshows:
1. Make thumbnail temporarily visible and drag the thumnail to the position you want.
or
2. Identify the slides in layers panel and drag their panel entries to the position you want.
Accordion panel:
You can choose whatever size you want – even with a slideshow within:
You have to make sure, that all element of the slideshow (caption, prev, next, counter) fit within the accordion panel. And – since the single accordeon panels don’t allow individual sizes – you have to make sure, that the content of every(!) accordeon panel does not exceed the size you want.

Here is a workaround, although it requires access to image editing software, i.e. Photoshop or equivalent...
For anyone fluent with Phiotoshop it's easy. First use an image with pixel dimensions appropriate to fill the entire iPad screen. For the iPad Air this is 2048 (tall) x 1536 (wide). With this image open add extra black canvas to the borders. For those unfamilar with adding canvas, in the menu bar IMAGE > CANVAS SIZE. For simplicity, check the "Relative" box. Then add, say 4 inches to width and 4 inches to height. I added black canvas. This provides excess girth to the image dimensions so that when iOS 7 squeezes it for whatever reason it does, the result is the normal sized image you can't currently display by scaling, since this seems to be "broken".
A bit of a nuisance but an effective workaround.

) Heya, I just bought a SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio and I've encountered a problem with Creative Audio Control Panel. My OS is Win7 x64; I have installed the newest drivers for SB. The problem is that I can't set my setup for headphones. I mean I can do that and it's working untill I turn off the PC or restart the system. After that it always sets for 2/2. Speakers. Any ideas how to make this thing to remember my settings the way I want it's Thanks!

IMessage order on MacBook Pro and problems with iPhone iMessage

Hi,
I use my iMessage on my MacBook Pro and on my iPhone. In iMessages on my Mac I have it set to use two addresses, my phone number and my icloud email. I have the same on my phone.
When I receive a message it is ordered correctly on my phone with the most recent being shown last and the oldest I need to scroll to the top. But, on my MacBook when I open messages they seem to be ordered all over the place and I need to scroll up sometimes and I find that the most recent is sandwiched between two others in no real time order. Can anyone help me understand and correct this problem.
Also the other day, my iPhone imessage started playing up and randomly ordered the messages ut it has now reverted to the correct format. Please can someone help?

Based on information in another answer I tried the following ...
After doing what blueno suggested I did have to reboot. I then had to provide my password lots of times when I logged in. That still didn't work so I logged out of my iCloud account in Message and logged back in, repaired, and it worked!
This is what I did:
1) Open Key Chain Access ( go to Applications>Utilities)
2) Select Login at the top left side under Keychains
3) Select All Items on the lower left side under Category
4) Search for entries of IDS.
5) Highlight and delete all entries that has IDS.
6) Search for entries of FaceTime
7) Highlight and delete all entries of FaceTime
8) Search for entries of Messages (I also found entries containing Message (singular, not plural), but didn't delete these.)
9) Highlight and delete all entries of Messages
10) Reboot!
11) Log back in and when requested log back into iCloud account (I got asked for the password multiple times)
12) Log out of iCloud account in iMessage (Not sure if this is needed)
13) Log back into iCloud account in iMessage.
14) On iPhone in Settings/Messages/Text Message Forwarding turn off forwarding to my iMac.
15) Turn Text Message Forwarding back on for my iMac (re-pairs and I entered the new number)
16) Could send text messages from my iMac!!!!!
But it was short lived. One message was sent using SMS (that should have gone through using iMessage and then back to the same error message. So I am back to square one.

Workflow and problems with labels

I've been testing out some things in Edge and I've noticed a few things that I've been trying to find some documentation and information about, I would greatly appreciate any enlightenment on the following observations:
Frame labels do not work for me - both with files created from scratch in Edge and ones made of existing HTML + CSS files. I tried the in app lesson on looping the counter and the 'Play from (loop)' doesn't work, I thought it might have been because of an error in the instructions telling users to play from a frame label that exists at the same point in the timeline where there is a 'stop' trigger but even offsetting the 'loop' label would not work. The final sample file works as intended when previewed.
I tried a few tests with new files consisting of really basic stuff - one symbol with an 'on-click' > play from (go/start/in/one/etc) and another symbol simply animated on the x and y axis with an animation to the opacity with a stop trigger placed on the timeline and tested with the play from label placed both at the same time as the stop trigger and offset after the trigger - neither works it has no effect when clicked. (I know about what scripts to do on completion to get it to play from the start) Interestingly play from (milliseconds*) *0.125/1001/2000000 etc does work for me but this is not ideal as it is far more useful to be able to play from labels.
Animating existing HTML - I've got a simple html page set up consisting of a container div with a number of other divs inside which I have been animating in Edge. The Edge file is set up so the container CSS overflow is hidden. Now can someone please clarify if the following method of workflow is a mistake on my part, limitation in HTML+DOM, bugs in edge or combination/none of those things?
Workflow - bring in the html file to edge do simple animated opacity etc on the various elements start adding keyframes and labels etc - the label problems as above. Now my intent is to have each of the div's in the container be clicked on and bring in the next one - in the same place in the viewport. I've noticed that when changing various elements visibility after tweaking animation to look good and then subsiquently setting on-off keyframes for visibility it would suddenly cause all elements lower in the DOM to move position and suddenly have what looked like keyframes for y axis position/transform? Is this bad practice to use the on-off visibility for elements? It meant that what should be a really simple and quick 10 second animation took about 3 hours to make, should we be not using the on-off keyframes for showing/hiding buttons that are in divs that sit on top of each other? Should i set up z-index values for all elements in the CSS files? (I saw a reference to you can assign z-index values in the 'elements' panel but I can only see 'arrange' - is this a different term for z-index?)
I'm a long time user of flash, maya, after effects, digital fusion, combustion, and many other timeline based software tools - it is fairly intuitive to me picking up new systems but the issues with on-off visibility and keyframes below in the timeline really was a very frustrating workflow. I'm used to changing and editing the whole animation on the timeline seeing what works and doesn't - deleting layers, changing timings etc, i found this way of working really slow due to changes to elements position when ones above in the flow were turned on or off. Please do suggest what I should change in my approach to using edge as compared to other animation tools as it looked great on preview but I'm a bit frustrated in using the release. Is this a bug in my release?
Where is the help and reference files for Edge? - is this screen shot it? -
I can't find any info on basic definitions of the tools and options anywhere, and can't find much on anything to do with using edge in production with existing HTML documents, please send me some links if you have them. I've seen the edge javascript API thing but is there anything else?

Here is the approximate code of the page for reference - I actually got the file working in the end but using 'play from (miliseconds)' instead of play from (label) and much frustration slowly editing the timeline and elements visible/hidden status and redoing animation on elements below in the timeline to get them placed correctly.

I wonder if it's related to the multilingual capability of BPM Object presentations.
Could you:
1. right mouse click the project in the Project Navigator tab.
2. click "Project Preferences"
3. click "Languages"
Do you see multiple languages? Is English (or whatever language you're using inside Studio) the default?
When you log into the WorkSpace, could you double check the language you are using (log in -> click "Settings" in the upper right corner) -> with the "Display" tab selected, is the language you chose as the default in Studio selected?
I suspect the reason you see some but not all of the labels is because you have defined some of those labels in the language selected in the Workspace. You can add the addtional labels for the various languages you want to support if you:
1. Open a presentation
2. Click one of the labels
3. In the properties tab on the right, click the field beside the "Display" property
4. Click the button with the "..." on the right side of this field

E72 and problems with FM radio

My E72 freezes and kind of restarts (no pin needed) several times during the week. It seems to be related to FM radio.
Anyone else?

I have a brand new unlocked E72-2 (US version) upgraded to the latest firmware (031.023, dated 31-March-2010). The radio application crashes just as several others have described and usually also causes the phone to reboot. It seems to take anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes -- with an average of about 4 or 5 minutes.
It has nothing to do with headphones, as I only get crashes on one station and have not seen crashes on any other station so far using the same headphones. I've tried this with Sony, Logitech and Nokia wired headphones, and there is no difference in the observed crash behavior using any of these headphones. It also has nothing to do with whether you are listening in the foreground (the FM Radio app is on the screen) versus listening in the background (so that the radio keeps playing while you go to the home screen and/or run other apps).
So far for me it only happens on 88.5 MHz (KQED public radio in San Francisco). I have not run exhaustive experiments yet, but based on what I've read online and observed so far on my phone, the problem is either tied to certain numeric frequencies ... or, what I suspect is far more likely: it's a bug in how the app processes (or fails to process correctly) the RDS data that the station is broadcasting along with the audio.
There is probably something in the RDS data stream which the app is not handling well and sooner or later results in a crash. Perhaps a buffer overflow or a bad pointer reference or something of this nature.
My guess is that Nokia hasn't fixed the problem yet because they do not yet understand it, or have not invested enough time in researching/reproducing it in order to diagnose and locate the source(s) of the bug.
If the problem is related to something in the RDS data of particular stations, then this makes reproducing the problem even more difficult for Nokia's engineers.
Anyway, a well-designed application should be robust and coded "defensively" so that it cannot be crashed no matter how unexpectedly long or strange (non-compliant, out-of-spec, out-of-order, etc.) the RDS data a station happens to broadcast along with their audio.
It would be very interesting to see if everyone who sees the problem would list for each station(s) that crash the FM Radio app:
frequency
station name
location
RDS yes/no (as indicated by the RDS icon that lights when tuned to that station)
approximate time until crash occurs after tuning
If my suspicion is correct, there will only be crash reports for stations that broadcast RDS data (as indicated by the "RDS" sign that lights up on the radio app when tuned to a frequency that is broadcasting RDS).
So I'll start: with my crash report:

Hi everyonei have problem with updating my y510p lenovo laptop nvidia driver ,my current nvidia driver version is 327.62 which i download from lenovo website,Now for better performance in new games like gta v and witcher3 ,i decide to updating nvidia driver,first remove my nvidia graphic driver from add or remove then download nvidia ver 350 from nvidia official web site , which nvidia website confirm it support my graphic card which is Gt755m , then i install new ver and during install i check clean install , after successful install , restart laptop , then there was problem . when i try to open nvidia control panel it wont running and an error showed up and said "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU" .i try to open a game , game running in really low fps and i find out game run on hd graphic of my laptop and my nvidia graphic wont run .The only way to repair was i install my last nvidia driver 327.62 and run a system restore .guys what is your suggestion and how i can update my y510p nvidia driver ?Thanks

Hi Y510Man,
     The video graphics installation order is important. You need to install the Intel Graphics first, and then do the Nvidia. IIRC you should un-install the Nvidia driver, then re-install (or upgrade) the Intel HD Graphics driver. Reboot, and install the new Nvidia driver.
     I don't know why, but every time I upgraded my Y470 Nvidia driver, I had to use this procedure. First install, or re-install, the Intel driver, then install the Nvidia. You can't just upgrade the Nvidia driver without a re-install of the Intel. I think it has to do with the Optimus setting, and the automatic switching.
    Let us know how it goes.

Do I need to adjust my set-up to run this? The PC operates on a 32-bit system/Windows 6.

You need to provide much more info: What files are you trying to place into what document? What are the document sizes, resolution, color mode etc.? Anything else we should know about? This could be a million things from color profile issues to color space mismatches to the files to be placed being damaged or badly structured or a importer module being broken. Measurement data and problem with path selection

Hello,
I have a problem with the measurement data function; My instrument is the "Hyoki 3532-50 LCR meter".
I´m tring to save the data in a text file using the "write to measurement file VI" . From the instrument i receive an array containing the data of the measure and then i use a for loop to obtain the single data obtainig the dynamic data necessary like input in the VI function.
The problem is that i receive ( for example) the Rp data and the Cp data in two separate moment and the result using the VI is something like

(this is a stupid example to explain my situation)
What i would like to obtain is

The fact that i can+t receive all the three dynamic data in the same moment present also the problem that i don´t have the possibility to save in a different file every time i start the measure but to do it i have to reset the labview program ( this is due to the fact that in the property i select "ask only once" because otherwise if i select " ask at each iteration" the second data flow overwrite the file) .

Satellite L650-1M6 and problem with video card

Good evening!
I have new Satellite L650-1M6 with no OS. When i made a fresh Windows 7 32bit installation i got several device problems. Most of them i manage to resolve my self (like wlan drivers) but now i need your professional help.
At this moment i had left this Problem Devices (from System information):
Not Available ACPI\TOS6205\4&4A257CF&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
I think it could be video card (need to be ATI HD5470) but SysInfo say:
Adapter Type Not Available, (Standard display types) compatible
Adapter Description Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
Would appreciate any help on this.

Slow loading blog and problems with comments

I've had a number of visitors e-mail to say that my blog takes too long to load, that the page is "jumpy" when scrolling down the page, and that it may not allow the person to comment or when commenting the site unexpectedly closes.
I've tried viewing the site using a PC and I see these problems with Firefox. IE users can leave comments and the site loads a bit better but not ideal.
Are other users experiencing these problems?

Kathryn ~ You could try downsizing your images manually using, for example, the Preview app and choosing File > Save As... then reducing the Quality slider.

Before I start I would just like to say sorry for posting
another help request so soon after I have posted one before but I

not know why) anyway I seem to get a random questionmark at the top
of my webpage which is rather annoying. I believe it may have been
the result of me trying to use the google search bar code and
perhaps I left some old code in but I have searched and just cannot
figure this out. Is it possible anyone could inform me of how to
remove it aslong as it is not much trouble. I would also like to
know how I can get the main section of my site to touch the top of
the browser screen instead of leaving a gap for the background to
show (and aswell if I can do the same for the bottom of the page)

Messages Beta and problems with Bonjour Chat

Let me start with that I totally understand Messages is in beta but I'm hoping someone will have a suggestion.
In our office we use Bonjour chat extensively for inner-office chat and file sharing. Most of our workstations are still on Snow Leopard few on Leopard and one is on Lion running iChat 6 and 2 MacBooks Pros have the Messages Beta on Lion. The ones with Messages are having sporadic issues with receiving new chat messages. When it does not work, the sender gets the error "The instant messaging connection failed. The other person's computer may be unreachable." This is from iChat to Messages, or Messages to Messages. (Please note, things like iMessage and Google Talk are working fine for these Lion/Messages Beta systems, the issue is isolated to Bonjour chat.)
Now if the person with Messages starts the Bonjour chat to person with iChat it will work fine and then a back and forth chat session will work fine. Message to Message is pretty much broke.
Occasionally I get a firewall access dialogue for "imagent" wanting Firewall access and I always click Allow, but seems to do little help. If I disable the OSX Firewall completely (through the GUI) on any system with Messages and the problem will resolve itself.
As another troubleshoot I tried leaving the Firewall on, Messages on but logged off of Bonjour and have Adium on and logged in into Bonjour and everything works great.
So I can narrow down the issue to Messages, with Bonjour chat and the Firewall. It seems to me Message isn't telling Bonjour to open the right ports.
Any suggestions anyone can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Messages is in fact iChat+ and Messages is identified as version 6.1
The drop downs for iChat version and OS version have been out of step most of the time since iChat 4 was the main version. Just type the info on Versions in the free text area.
The fact that this Bonjour file Sharing seems to not be on an expected port is a bit concerning.
The original set of Ports are listed here or rather the set for iChat 3 and upwards
At note 2 at the bottom it lists the "Local" ports
Port 5353 is the everyday Bonjour port used by the Finder to find other Bonjour computers or devices.
This leaves port 5197 and 5298 for Texting and File transfers
If it follows the AIM model, the UDP 5298 would seem to be the most likely port File transfers are supposed to be on.
(It is known that A/V chats use the same port whichever Buddy List starts them - 5678 for invites then 16402 for everything else in iChat 4 and above)
Is IMAgent listed in the Firewall ?
(Messages should also be allowed.)
The other thing about the error message is that the port also seems to want to change as part of the process.

P35Neo2 FIR and problem with booting

So I have problem with booting my compie. Compie try to boot to the part of start windows, after that in case of switch into graphicis mobo going down and restarting (WinXP SP3). I think, that problem is not in PSU, cos i have 800W XILENCE (+3,3V 28A, +5V 32A, 4x+12V 20A, -12V 0,5A, 5VSB 3A), Board P35 Neo2 FIR, E7200 proc, bios 1.9 (updated). I have 5 disk and use raid function in bios. Graphic Radeon HD3650, Memory Zeppelin 4x1GB KIT 800Mhz.
I start with change of PSU from 550W to 800W but it didnt work, previus PSU had (+3,3V 30A, +5V 32A, 2x+12V 18A, -12V 0,8A, 5VSB 3A),
i try change memory, but no efect.
After update bios there was standard warning about bad cheksum, after resave Bios settings it was gone, and compie boot after that.
Any idea?

So my problem is solved...but my feeling of this is not good...
I updated BIOS from 1.9 to 1.10, reset Bios settings, after restart i pressed F2 for load standart settings and i changed in Bios only that i am using RAID and disable disket and it works...i boot my compie into windows without any problem...
So i try change another things in Bios and my compie hangs in continous resets without booting into windows...no BSOD only restart and restart...
After reseting Bios settings and again Load to Default it works...and run windows...
There was only one new thing ... screen flick for the second with new screen about checking NVRAM ....this screen was not visible before (and maybe this is the problem), cos if i change something in BIOS about clocking and power management and other ones, this screen is by booting missing...and compie not run in Windows...
Next thing what i see, that in CPU multiplication dont work multiplication 9,5 and proc used frequency 2400 (9x) (it is E7200 on 2533)
i hope that this bios 1.10 fixed my problems...and my opinion is that P35 Neo 2 FIR is not ideal board for E7200 proc...so i m looking for another proc...and maybe another board...
