Slideshow Titles don't display; Music not controlled.

The Apple TV does not show titles on slideshows that I created in Macbook and synced to Apple TV. The music I chose for the slideshows is not the same as I selected on my Macbook - kind of random selection from the Apple TV Playlist. How can I get Apple TV to display picture titles and play the correct music?

it created an identical file (in Movies tab of iTunes), then gave me a message ""MovieName" was not copied to the Apple TV "Apple TV" because it cannot be played on this Apple TV." However, it actually did transfer to Apple TV, and would play, and it showed the titles.
I suspect that the reference to not being able to be played on the tv is as a result of the original file, which wouldn't be playable and why you created a new version, you can safely delete the original.
The drawback is that the "movie" slides are grainy, nowhere near the quality of using the iPhoto slideshow. Plus the movie does not fit my TV monitor where the slideshow fills the screen. I don't know if there is a solution to this problem.
Yes unfortunately the older imovie wasn't the best at creating movies. imovie 09 is much better, I've linked a couple of examples for you to try on your tv if you wish to see how the newer imovie does things a little better.

Do you think I should upgrade to iTunes 9? I believe it is a free download. MIght not solve the grainy problem, but I might be more current. Any final thoughts on any of this? Thank you for all your continued help.

I use Adobe Flex Builder 3 to create charts for use in a
larger web application. Since moving from Flex Builder 2 to Flex
Builder 3, the axis titles are no longer being displayed.
In my mx:Application, I declare an mx:CartesianChart. I
dynamically add ColumnSeries to a ColumnSet based on the contents
of an XML file loaded using a URLRequest. I then add the ColumnSet
as the only element of the chart.series Array. The rest of the
chart (including the legend) displays correctly.

The only difference is the left definition for
mx:CartesianChart. When it's defined in terms of the width of the
legend, the axis titles disappear. Is there another way that I
should be displaying my chart using the full span of the

Why does a slideshow in Elements 13 display photos not in the selected album? How do I prevent this.

Using a Mac 10.9.5 os and Elements 13. I have a catalog of photos from a trip, divided into albums by day. When I select one for a slideshow, at least one photo from a different album appears. It is not in the group of photos selected. Sometimes it is shown 2-4 times in the show. Other photos appear once. When I show titles, the correct title will show, but the errant photo appears. Example: Title is Monumental Rock, but photo of of Palouse Falls. I can't figure a way to remove these incorrect photos from the slideshow. It happens with any day selected for the slideshow and random photos included.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

That icon means you must connect the phone to your computer so iTunes can restore it. The phone's software is corrupted.

Removing the 'music note' - Can i control what album cover is displayed as the cover album under the artists tab in the Music app?

Ive searched for the longest and havent found a solution to removing the 'music note' . For example, i might have 10 albums under a particular artist, 1 of which i have no cover art for and it seems that thats the album chose to display. No matter the year or particular order the album falls in under the artist. Most artists that have a missing album cover dont show it but the ones that do still annoy me. I know im not the first to ask this so what can be done? Help me out
P.s. this is an issue ive had since the ipad 2 as the music app hasnt changed. Im running the latest software (5.1)

Its not the cover art itself, I know how to ADD album art.. Some albums just dont have cover art for whatever reason - problem is, that these albums are randomly chosen as the first album cover of an artist in the music library on my ipad. For example, i have a local artist album with no cover - he has 4 albums but the one thats diplayed at their name is of course the music note indicating theres no album artwork.
So why the **** does it choose the ONE album with no artwork and is there a way i can designate which album i want displayed for a particular artist?

happened to me the first time i used the i pod app after the i tunes update. simply back all the way out - (double hit the home button - the ipod app is one of those things that seems to continue to live in the multitaking bar). When you restart the i pod app, it should dome back fine. I do not think (but maybe I did) that I needed to do a full shut down - just fully close and reopen.

Display full-screen controls NOT visible

I exported my keynote presentation as a QuickTime full-screen movie. In Preferences, I have the controls checked to display full-screen controls and to never hide them. They do not show up anywhere. I also set the presentation as a slideshow to control the presentation using the arrow keys and they do not show up. In the Guide it states that as long as "Display full-screen controls" is selected in QT Player Preferences, you can make hidden controls appear by moving the pointer. They don't.
Any help out there would be appreciated...I have a deadline to meet!

O.K. I may have something that I said I was going to try...I unlocked the file, changed *_My* permission_, the Staff and Everyone else to "Read Only" privileges, then locked again. I then zipped it and sent it to my son this morning. He said he could open it, change it but it would not allow him to save it! I'm going to test it further somehow but I don't know anybody else that has a Mac w/Keynote '08. Do you have Keynote 08? Can I send it to you to test (it would be alot easier) or to someone in the Keynote discussion area?

When this all began, I searched discussions in Keynote on this and found nothing with a concrete answer, only that you cannot save a keynote presentation as password protected. *Back to your area of expertise and my original question!*... Can you still look to see what key commands force the HUD for me for my QuickTime Movie as Slideshow? I know they could not change that, but the arrow controls would have to be displayed. I don't know what HUD means but I'm going to search too... Could you take a look and see if this is what I need? I do have Mac OS X v10.5.4 and QT v7.5 and my Preferences window does not have a recording tab but my Full screen window looks that same. When I view my A/V controls it also doesn't view as in figure 1-8. I'm confused again! QT 7.5 is the latest version, isn't it?

Some graphs don't display in OEM Grid Control 10gR5 (10.2.0.5)

A number of the performance graphs (e.g. Top Activity) don't display i.e. there is nothing but if if you right-click in the empty area you get a small pull down with Print, Settings, About Adobde Flash 10.
This has all happend after upgrading to 10.2.0.5. OMS and client environment is:
Windows 2003 SP2 (32 bit), IE 6 with Flash ActiveX 10, Flash Player 10.
Anyone got any ideas or anyone got it working fine.

Select the root of the Service Manager navigation pane, and under the Server Summary click Configure IE ESC, which is part of the Security Information section.
A dialog box appears, letting Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration be enabled/disable separately for normal users and administrators.

I did the latest update on my iphone and now I have a displayed white usb cord with an arrow pointing to ITunes with the circle with the musical note inside. I can't turn off the phone nor can I get beyond this display. Phone goes to voice mail..no ring

I installed the latest update to my iphone 4 and now all I have is a display of the white usb cord with arrow pointing to ITunes with a clue circle with the musical note in it displayed. I can't access my phone at all. I tried calling it and it says unavailable. I don't know how to restore it...it says it is in recovery mode but when I try to recover, it says no iphone found.
I have no idea how what to do to restore my phone. It's fully charged.

My music not playing with slideshow

Since updating my iPhoto to version '11 version 9.5, the music I select to play with my slideshows does not play. The canned theme music does play however.

I had problems with some 3rd party slideshow apps when I had the library on an external HD. However, I'm not sure I moved it there like I told you to do.
If you have Quicktime Pro there is a fairly easy way to add your music to the slideshow. It goes like this:
1 - export the slideshow from iPhoto without the music.
2 - if you have more than one music track to use join them together into a new file with an audio editor like Garageband, Amadeus Pro or Audacity.
3 - open your music track with QT Pro 7.
4 - Open the slideshow movie with QT Pro.
4 - in the slideshow window type Command+A (select all) and then Command+C (copy).
5 - go to the slideshow window in QT Player and select Edit->Add to Selection and Scale.
6 - save the merged item as a self contained movie.
This will add the slideshow to the music and scale the slideshows length to match the music. Don't do it the other way around as the music timing will be altered changing the speed and pitch of the music.
With this method and if you have more than one track you can overlap and fade between tracks eliminating the dead air that often results between tracks. It also will assure that the music will end with the last slide. NOTE: I add a blank, black slide at the end of my slideshows so the last slide fades to black and the music ends on the black slide.

Logic Control plays music notes!!!

Hi. My Logic Control behaves fine with audio tracks and midi tracks , but on Audio Instrument tracks (eg Sculpture , ES2 ) anything i press of move on the Logic Control plays the softsynth. The transport , track arm etc , all buttons behave like a keyboard. Even the channel faders play music notes. Its behaving like a Midi keyboard controller!
What am i doing wrong.....what should i do.
Also , the Logic Control does NOT show up in the Logic Setup assistant , nor the Audio Midi Setup. Though it shows up in Logic and works fine with audio tracks , the LCD displays my midi tracks just fine etc etc.

You don't say what version you are using, but LV6.1 added remote control
of panels.
If already using LV6.1, look it up in the help and try out the examples.

Yes, the tracks were purchased in the iTunes store. I'm sure that DRM is the culprit. Seems like an obvious answer now that I think about it.

This category is for iPod shuffle. Is that the type of iPod you have, because your description of the problem does not sound like it's about a shuffle? If it's not a shuffle, what is the iPod model...?
There is music there and I can play it connected to laptop.
Are you doing the playing using the iPod, or are you playing the music using iTunes on the laptop?
All mucis icons read "No music" and this is not correct
Do these icons with "No music" appear on the laptop's screen, or on the iPod's screen
