Hi fernandofromaventura,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Mac after a recent Yosemite install. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature or scope of the slowness you are noticing. If you continue to have issues with general slowness, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful:

Very slow iMac after installing internet security software
I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac and since installing it my iMac has been painfully slow, from turning on, to opening Apps or just viewing documents.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?Antivirus software is NOT needed if the Mac you are running is only running OS X. Antivirus apps interfere with normal performance and operation of a Mac because they program too many controls into the main OS X system software impacting general performance of your Mac.
Here are some of my tidbits of advice on how to avoid viruses in the future, if you encounter a virus, again.
Some anti-virus solutions can slow down your Mac, but to be honest, the best anit-virus app is you, the user and your brain.
Don't visit questionable websites or website you are unsure about.
Don't use Torrents or engage in "Torrenting"
Don't install pirated software or software downloaded from a questionable or unknown websites or untrutsted sources.
Java is still a vulnerability concern, if you do not need it, don't use it.
Use a browser filter and pop-up blocker
Don't open email attachments from email addresses that you do not recognize.
Install security updates when they become available
Educate yourself as to what threats are common and active.
In effect, use your own brain as the antivirus filter.
Follow that advise and in MOST cases, you will be fine and won't risk your Mac to potential Trojans, malware or viruses.
If you feel you need some baseline virus protection that is minimally invasive on the Mac OS X system, install
ClamXAV

Creating a Mavericks USB boot drive after the horse has bolted. Can I create a bootable USB drive from my iMac after installing Mavericks without saving the Install OS X Mavericks.app file? Do I need to re- download the whole 5.29 Gb from the App Store again? My problem is my 4Gb/month allowance on a 12 month contract. I cannot purchase a data block from my ISP and although my speed is theoretically slowed to 64k after reaching my 4Gb, it actually ceases to download in reality.
HI tasclix, it depends what you mean by an OS X boot drive.
If you want a recovery disk from which you can reinstall (by re-downloading) or recover from a time machine backup, then nbar is correct.
If, however, you want to boot and run the OS X installer from the USB drive (so that you don't need to download again), then you will need a copy of "Install OS X Mavericks.app"; see this article:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5856
Before downloading again, search your system to see if the installer is still there - it's usually in the /Applications folder unless it has been deleted, but check your whole system for it anyway, you never know, you might still have it somewhere.

Slow down after installing Lion OS
My Macbook pro later than 2009 model slowed down after installing the new OS Lion
any suggestions to speed it upFirst suggestion ,there have been a number of identical user questions like yours, in the Lion Community. If you want to talk to other MacBook Pro owners, try the forum they have.
http://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro
What you do not need is some gizmo to "speed up" or clean caches etc.
Maybe you need to make more room on your hard drive, or add more RAM.
For now, hold down Command-R and run Disk Utility to check the health of your system drive (Lion Recovery Mode)

Slow operations after installing Mavericks. How can this be changed to faster operations?
jlgapple,
whenever a new version of OS X is installed, Spotlight will spend some time reïndexing the boot disk to update its metadata on the updated files in OS X. If Spotlight has finished its reïndexing, have you ensured that all of your third-party apps, plug-ins, kernel extensions, &c. are compatible with Mavericks? -
Very slow boot after installing 10.10.3
insanely slow boot after installing 10.10.3, it takes 10times longer compare to 10.10.2, using MBA 2014
Open System Preferences, select Startup Disk, and make sure your internal drive is selected as the startup disk. Then click restart!
This worked for me, personally with the same issue.
Good luck! -
OS X Yosemite v10.10.3 Update - I had problems with my iMac after installing the previous update and I removed that update. Have there been problems associated with this update ?
I've been using it on all of my computer without any problems. Remember you won't see any positive comments here. Everyone here is complaining about a problem. If you want a good experience with any upgrade or update first make a backup from which you can boot the computer. If you are installing an update, like 10.10.3 for example, always download and install the Combo Updater - OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update. Before you install any update or upgrade over an existing system you should do this:Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions:
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu. -

Slow iMac after 10.5.2
I have a problem with an older intel iMac after updating to 10.5.2. After it first starts up the computer is very unresponsive and slow. It lasts for about 3 min after startup and even after this time it is abit slow. I have repaired the disk, permission and reinstalled the update. This hasn't helped. The iMac was upgraded from Tiger and has worked perfect with 10.5.1. What should I do to fix this.
