Slow reaction when texting or typing messages, and even when I put in my passcode number. Gets slower every time I sign in.

Everything else is working fine since I've updated the phone to the new iOS7, but when I am texting or emailing, or even putting in my passcode, the reaction on the screen is very slow, and I have to wait a few seconds between each word. Is there anyway to fix this? As a writer, it's going to drive me crazy for sure!

Just found the solution, buried in another list of questions. I went to settings-General-Reset All. Doesn't remove any of your info, but it resets everything to work properly. Hopefully, this will be helpful to someone else having the same problem.

Oops - for some reason, this problem now seems to have gone away. May have had something to do with Flash. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I would like to know the exact error message when you sign in, in the meanwhile please try the following steps assuming its Windows, let me know if its a MAC:
1) Go to Start button>> Control panel>> Uninstall a program.
2) Check if you see Browser safeguard there, if yes then uninstall it.
3) Open Internet explorer>> Tools>> Internet options>> Connections>> Lan Settings>> and it should be like this.

Thanks for the question. You can configure what address you start new conversations from on both devices:
iOS and OS X: Link your phone number and Apple ID for use with FaceTime and iMessage

Please note that this will only work for new conversations, and will also be affected if another iMessage user starts a conversation with you (ex. if a friend sent you a message to your phone number, you will still receive that on your Mac, and you will be replying from your phone number).

Are you connected via wifi? If so, and it is an option, try connecting using a ethernet cable. It sometimes seems to help as it can give a more reliable connection for the 5.3gb download.
If you do manage to download it you may want to make a copy of the installer file - which gets downloaded to the Applications folder - before running it as it self-deletes on successful installation. It may save you another monster download in the future.

You can both share the same Apple ID for purchases but i suggest one of you use another email for the use of iMessage, Facetime etc.
It is easy to do, the easiest way is to set up an iCloud email directly from your iPhone. Once set up one of you will use this for iCloud services but both still use the existing Apple ID to make purchases.

Maybe it's set as a login item:
- System Preferences: Users and Groups:
- Highlight your user account in the left pane/list
- Click "Login" tab at the top.
See if you have an Automater action on the list
- Note, you can select it, then right-click, and can then select "Reveal in Finder". That way you might have an idea what installed it.

Does the username and password you try to use have administrator privileges? You must input an admin username and password to install.

Try a Reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

What are the image’s Color Mode and bit depth?
Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels visible?
Does Window > Adjustments not raise the Adjustments Panel?
