Slow Response when right click - properties on Computer

Question

Within any collection, I browse to see all the systems present (all systems collection).  I right click and the menu displays.  I select Properties.
It will take 40 to 45 seconds consistantly to display the properties.   I have no right click tools installed.  Runs the same time if I run the console on a primary or on another server.  Its the same if I select a different collection. 
The enviroment is very new CM12 R2 CU2.
Not even sure where to start? 
Any suggestions?

Found the error in the SMSAdminUI.log  (no right click tools ever installed)
