Slow responsive and cannot connect google play store

after updation of software my experia got slower .
i could not connect google play store,everytime i open the app ,it says ' no connection retry".
even mac cafee scan goes on persisting till i abort the scan.
please help me to resolv ethese issues so that i can enjoy my smart phone.
iam adddicted to it,if it doesn't respond well, i feel disturbed.

Cured the problem! Reinstalled an earlier version of itunes from oldapps.com (version 10) now everything works as it should. I would suggest that if you are experiencing these problems that you do the same. I must say that it is a brave business decision on behalf of apple to effectively lock out all windows 7 users from their products and sales channels and I can only wish them luck in this very shortsighted policy.

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo. -
Apple TV doesn't show main menu and cannot connect to iTunes store
I've been using my Apple TV almost everyday for the past week and i've had it for awhile and all of the sudden it only shows the "computer" and "settings" buttons. It looks like it's connected to the internet because it has an IP address, but it still doesn't show any of the usual buttons on the main menu. When I go to test network it says "cannot connect to itunes store," and says the same when I put in my username and password. I just entered same same username and password in my itunes with no issues so I know the username and password are correct. I've restarted my apple tv a couple of times. I tried to restore it and it says "the update was not successful. The apple tv update couldn't download at this time. Try again later." Agh! I don't know what else to do! Any suggestions are appreciated!!!! Thanks!
A reboot will reset the connection to the network, as those 2 icons are the only ones that don't require an internet connection they are the only ones that will show up in the event of such an issue.

Can anyone please help! I haven't been able to connect to the iTunes store to purchase music for some time now. When I click on the iTunes icon my music library appears, but when I try to connect to the store (top RH side of window) I get a new window saying cannot connect to the store an erroe -3221 has occured.

When you say "her email address" do you mean that you set up a separate Apple ID for her using her email address as her Apple ID? If so, was it ever verified by Apple? Did she get the email verification?

I've tried all the troubleshooting documents for iTunes for Windows and nothing works. The Help files in iTunes do not display - just blank windows. Ran the diagnostics and they say that a secure connection to iTunes store cannot be established, but the Help button brings up a blank window.
No error is ever displayed. It just continues to say "Accessing iTunes Store..." forever. Just got a new iPhone 4s and would love to sync it, register it, etc. but no luck there.
Any ideas?

I have a MacBook - I am unable to connect to App Store - I have no problems using the internet to connect to anything else. I have checked out all the suggestions - Apple Preference and time, date, location etc. they are all correct. I cannot think what else I should do. Any suggestions please Cynthiafromgrayshott.
If you don't see any messages, not have anti-malware running or the Firewall on, try installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.6.8 (according to your profile).
Restart your Mac after the combo in installed, try the App Store.
Also... if you have an app called Little Snitch installed, that can prevent a connection to the App Store. -
The Daily App -- "not logged in" and "cannot connect to itunes store"
Hello,
I subscribed to the Daily App for 1 year. It shows under my itunes subscription.
Two problems: When I log into the daily app, I get "Can't connect to itunes store" 2 or 3 times. I can just hit ok and they'll go away.
The second, and more annoying, is that when I do the crossword puzzle, I don't see anything on the leaderboard and at the bottom, below the puzzle, it says "not logged-in." But when I click the little settings thing, I am logged in. I'm able to comment on articles.
Any ideas?
I've rebooted, restored from backup, reinstalled the app.I have the same issue, I've tried the following and nothing has worked:
I am running the newest version of The Daily, iTunes version 10.2.1, Mac OS 10.6.7 on my MBA and iPad 4.3.1. I've deleted The Daily from both the iPad 2 and the Mac, rebooted both and reinstalled with no luck, it still gave me the same error message that it could not connect to iTunes. I then did a full restore with no luck. I just completed erasing everything on the iPad, deleted all of the iPad apps from my MBA and set up the iPad as a new iPad not using anything from my old setup, still no luck. I am still getting the same error message: "iTunes Error Cannot connect to iTunes".
When I go into account Information it does not recognize my email and password even though I reset it in iTunes. Everything else on the iPad works with that email and password including all the other paid apps I reinstalled trying to fix this issue.

I just loaded iTunes 10.5 on my new windows 7 and cannot connect to the store
It sees my phone, syncs, shows my tunes, but I get a blank screen when I try to connect to the store or the help page. When I click on "View My Account" from the Store tab, I get my account info, but only as a text list - no graphics. I ran diagnostics from within iTunes (passed every test) and sent screen shots to support, but was unsuccessful in getting anyone to respond. I'm sure it's a setting somewhere within Windows (maybe???) because I can connect from other computers at my office, just not mine!

There's a good solid hint that this one affects Safari for Windows page loads as well as iTunes Store loads. (Presumably, it's via interference with the webkit engine for both applications.) Just the one example to work from so far:

Just downloaded new itunes 11 and cannot connect to itunes store

When you save what kind of documents? Reader Touch or Reader XI do not create pdf files. There are all sorts of problems emailing pdf files. It recommended that you post a link to a pdf file save on the net and email the link.

ITunes 9.2.0.61 cannot connect to iTunes Store
To make a long story short, I have been through the forums and tried everything to no avail. I was asked to update iTunes in order to update my iPhone to ver 4. This was 3 days ago and I still have not updated my iPhone. I have updated iTunes to the above and cannot connect to itunes store. I have tried the forums which seems to have improved things but it is still not working. I have access to the iTunes store from my laptop and iPhone (Wifi) When I run iTunes and try to access the store it says "iTunes could not Connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again"
If I go to the iTunes help tab and Run Diagnostics, the Network connectivity test passes and verifies all ok???????????????
I am not an IT guy but to my way of thinking, something is pointing iTunes to the wrong place when it wants to go to the store. I have spent enough time trying to fix my PC after apple broke it and would like to just upgrade my iPhone 3gS. Edit > Preferences > Parental Control and check iTunes Store, Allow access to iTunes U and click OK. Try going to the store. Then go back to Preferences and uncheck iTunes Store
or the LAN settings..
After sitting at my computer for HOURS on Wednesday trying almost everything everyone suggested... I logged back into my PC Thursday & somehow my iTunes store was connected. I have absolutely no idea what I did. Point is you should probably try those, turn it off then turn it back on & see if that helps. I really wish I could help. I know exactly how much of a pain this entire issue can be.. Good luck! -
How to permit Google play store access for captive portal guest users?
Introduction : There could be occasions when we need to permit Google play store access for guest users, A common example could be a hotel environment where unauthenticated users are allowed to access the hotel website and directed to Google play store to download their Apps.
Environment : This article applies to all controller models and AOS versions 6.1.3.x and higher.
Configuration Steps :
The Google Play app store (play.google.com) is a cloud service, and the addresses it uses may change regularly. This presents a challenge to permit access to those ranges. The current solution is to permit these addresses that are known to be used by the Android Marketplace, as shown here:

Troubleshooting :
Make sure ip name-server, ip domain-name and ip domain lookup are configured on the controller.
