Hi,
I have a question I am always seeing something new coming in Cisco field like different technologies and commands like for example ASA object group is new in ASA 9 or 8.4 version ..so .just amazed that how u all guys keep up with all these materials and things ?????
My mind stuck with all these ...still learning new things,,,but again I found something and something on net OMG !!!!!
Any expert answer for me ????What to do to keep up or ignore small points as I am not working in field have no clear idea....

Hi Anand,
For new features keep an eye on the release notes that are issued with each IOS update for you chosen platform.
Best practive configuration can be gleaned from the CLI configration guides that are released for each IOS/ platform combination.
Loads of real world knowledge an neat tricks can be found on this forum right here!
For now everything is new and exciting. Over time you'll establish baseline knowledge form where you'll work out what is new, exciting and relevant for choosen networking path.

You could also just use mpseal to seal your management pack:

Create a new unsealed management pack and store your overrides in it after imported to your SCOM environment. The references to the sealed mp will be created automatically.
Check which alias you have for your windows library reference. Use that as a prefix (before the exclamation mark. For more information about variable notations check this:

My question is that I want to buy the new Iphone 5C, but I want to use it here in Portugal. I was in the store menu looking for it and it appears that I have to stay with a network for two years, if not the price will increase significantly. I want to buy it online because the Iphone will only arrive in Portugal in December and probably it will be more expensive. The Verizon iPhone 5 is sold as unlocked. You can buy it full retail and use it anywhere you want. However, you won't get LTE in Europe and you won't be eligible for warranty service unless you take the phone back to the U.S. You won't be able to buy one on a contract unless you can pass a U.S. credit check. The minimum monthly cost would be $59.99 plus tax. I assume that all of this information will be true of of the 5C as well.

I bet if just a few small but quality companies would take this idea seriously, it would develop its own "cachet" (this is a fancy French word for "appeal".)
And then, who knows? The big guys might start telling a few of their departments to join the consortium, just to make sure thay they too can cash in on the "cachet".

Your idea is nice one, but a I have a story on why it won't work.
I was working with independent consultant on a project. She mentioned one time she was at church explaining what she did for a living. She told minister about all the different places she worked at and consulting company manager she contracted through. The minister asked what his job was? She explained how he found her work and ensured that the company paid for her services.
The minister replied back to her so basically he is your <certain street profession held by males>. She replied back lauging and somewhat shocked yes.
This story is actually true and is probably a good assessment of the SAP consulting market on the whole. Until the business gets away from sharing a lot of similar characteristics with other street businesses, your goal below is less than possible.

Wrong date but good time!

I got a small but annoying problem.
I set "automaticly set date and time" and I have good time (I mean hour) but wrong date.. I know I can set it by myself, but if its automatic it should be ok, but it isnt. Where is the problem? Something with phone or maybe with network?

Unless it's confirmed officially that your phone is defective, then you can ask for a replacement. Or you have to live with you. However you can trade it for a new one if you don't care the price drop.

Background image size smaller but same quality?

I just released www.cloudformz.com, It's an advanced formbuilder (Dutch) and the whole theme is that it's a cloud service.
So,how surprising, I use a cloud background (1920 x 1080). My question is, how can I get the filesize smaller, but the same quality.
I am aware of the quality slider when exporting for web, but that decreases the quality sow much that you see artifacts.

Internet users expecting to use "cloud" services would normally be fairly well connected to the Internet, no?
Your background image, http://www.cloudformz.com/img/bg.jpg, is only 64 kbytes. That's already almost inconsequentially small for an image that size... It's a fairly highly compressed JPEG with no color profile info or metadata in it. I don't think you're going to get it much smaller than that without seeing quality loss.
However, one thing to try, with a large graphic containing open spaces and pure, solid colors, would be to save as a PNG, which can be very efficient for such files. However, any noise or gradients in the image at all will cause a big increase in size.

Nothing but good to say about 5G...

I know "help" newsgroups such as these only mention doom and gloom and are geared for solutions to problems people may be experiencing with a product. I would like to say I have nothing but good to say about my 5G.
1.) I took it out of the box and put a Belkin PDA screen protector on it (cut to size). This will remain on it until a proper case comes out for it. The sleeve that comes with the 5G was a welcome addition- I wish my Nano came with that.
2.) Everything works as expected on the 5G. I lot of people here in these forums are having problems converting video and transferring them to the ipod. I should say, most people are having encoding problems. I am using the newest version (0.8.1) of Videora iPod Convertor. I didn't monkey with any of the default settings and just read the instructions (read the god da#* readme, people). The software (which is FREE, I might add) converts an average three minute song in about 60 seconds on my computer. The default settings (the settings I am using) are : MPEG 4/320x240/768kbps stereo/128kbps
3.) Importing the finished video to the 5G was a little tough to figure out, but I did, eventually. The trick is to get the video to appear in the video section of itunes. To do this, open itunes, click File, then click "add file to library." The video will now be imported into itunes AND will show up in the video section. The video section has subcategories as well, such as music videos, movies, podcasts, and tv shows. To get your newly imported video to show up in the proper subcategory, click on "ALL", right-click the video you want, select info/options/video kind. In video kind, a drop-down list will appear with the categories.
All the videos I have converted with Videora play absoleutely perfectly. No pixelation, no stuttering, and the sound is wonderful. I can't understand why everyone is having so many problems. Just make sure you ahve the latest version of the software.
The ONLY complaint I have is with Apple's software. I purchased QuickTime Pro 7 to encode my videos for my 5G. Well, QT7 Pro only encodes like 5% of the video, the program than doesn't respond and eventually crahes. This REALLY pi%*es me off and I kick myself in the a*s for spending 30 someodd bucks for this shi*%y software when FREE Videora does what I need for free. I am going to see if I can get a refund (fat chance, I know).

I Love the New V-iPod and so far two of my movies are playing just right.

I am using Health app on my Iphone 6 every day since 6 month and since i upgrade, i got ridiculous number for kilometers for example 0,4 and 8453 steps ...i have walk approximatively 6 kilometers.
I have noticed that the speed display for weeks, months, years was very good after the upgrade , but there is somme trouble with tracking …
Any idea ?

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the steps taken are not being updated in the Health App. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Design for a small but secure installation

Good afternoon, all!
My company is starting a migration from dovecot on Linux using OpenLDAP to Microsoft Exchange using Active Directory. We have fewer than 10 employees, want to self-host and want a secure design that won't break the bank. I originally thought
to have the mailbox server running on one of the two domain controllers and the client access running on a separate server in the DMZ. I've started to re-think this in favor of two independent servers.
Is there a design document out there on options for where to place which server in different scenarios? I see lots of information about large enterprise installations but nothing much for the small but secure installation. Management is set on having
Exchange in-house, so hosted Exchange, no matter how much "more better" that would be, is not an option.

According to your description, I know that you want to migrate to Exchange server on AD from IMAP server.
If it is the case, I suggest check following articles:

Please notice "IMAP migration" session.

These links applied to both Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.
Exchange Online is held on Cloud by Microsoft. If you want to hold Exchange server by yourself, On-Premises server will be the best choice.

I chose the twangy electric or the distorted strat but i only hear clean sounds. No matter what kind of guitar sound i chose in the library it only produces clean guitar. How can i make it sound like it supposed to? Did i miss something i should do?

This definitely has me stumped as I'm unsure as to why your guitar can be heard, but with none of the channel strips plugins applied to the sound.
On the record enabled channel strip that contains your guitar input, is the "I" button located near the "R" active? Also, if you record your guitar, can you hear the FX applied to it when you play back the recorded track?
