Small video screen on iPhone 4

when someone send me a mms video it is real small, with alot of black background on it, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AND CAN I FIX THIS

I'm not sure whether it's possible on iPhone 4, but on iOS 7 you might just need to tap the screen with three fingers (twice)!
That's the default way to change between 100% Screen / 300 % Screen.

No small video screen showing when minimized

Whenever I am calling with my friend and we both enable our videos, typically i would minimize my skype and still be able to see her through a small window which replicates her video. Now, this small video screen is gone. The small popup is still present, however, it is as if her my friend isnt enabling her video. However, she does enable her video and i can only view it when i open skype.. it has really grown to be a huge annoyance towards my skype experience. Also, my friend's profile picture appears beside my video and i find it really annoying. I've attached a screenshot where it clearly shows my friend's video being on, but skype not showing her video on the small popup.
I would like to revert back to the previous skype version if possible. This problem is just very annoying. I am running skype version 7.5.0.102

In several previous similar cases this behaviour was observed when the contact was on outdated Skype version, especially older Skype for Mac.

Can I merge small videos taken with iphone to play back as one longer video

Is it possible to select short videos taken on my iphone and play them back as one uninterupted longer video?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Websites and third party Apps need enabling before they will allow AirPlay of Video content. Some Website/App developers have not enabled their products, some simply haven't got around to it yet, others have stated that they won't be enabling AirPlay (likely as a result of licensing issues).

How can I have small video embeds play full screen?

I have a design with embedded videos (pulling from my photo album).
In the design they fit inside other elements, often at a reduced size.
When I tap them in a presentation, I'd like them to go full screed instead of playing at their "native" embed size.
Tap, full screen play, tap, return to page and pause.
Much like a website does in a "lightbox" mode.
Is this possible?

Image size of iPhone 5S is smaller than screen size

When I click any picture with my iPhone 5s, the image size is always 20-30% smaller than screen size. Its like a picture clicked from iPhone 4, is this an issue or is it designed in that way?? Coz Images clicked in potrait mode are always cropped 20-30% and I am not liking it..

If auto adjust to fit with the Default Full Zoom extension isn't working then the pages may be using absolute values for elements and in such a case you would have to zoom the pages manually.
Can you post a link to a few pages where it isn't working properly?

While I was watching a video using VLC then a small black screen appeared.

I was watching a video I copied from a VCD onto my iMac. While watching a small black screen appeared blocking the way. I could drag it out but it gets annoying at times. Like while watching 2012 this screen appeared while Jackson and others were in the small plane. Anyways, this small screen cannot be closed unless I close the program and relaunch it. By time this same small screen appeared. I don't know why. Not only my iMac has this problem, even my dad's Macbook Pro has the same problem as well.
Can someone tell me what to do and how to prevent this?

Hi is there a possibility to record my iphones screen on video mode? most likely Androids have this app? Why apple always needs to be complicated. I need this app anyone knows???

Im not going to be a great help as im on OS X, bit Ill have a go:
For a number of reasons, iTunes and the iPod/iPhone only support a handful of types of video file. Mainly a file type called .mp4 which is normally h.264 with embeded metadata. This isnt a special Apple video file, and as long as it doesnt have DRM, can be played on many modern devices such as the Xbox360, PSP, PS3 etc.
The only limiting thing you have to watch out for is the resolution of the video as some devices will not be able to play the higher resolution content such as a 1080p HDTV stream on an iPhone, it just wont play!
So what you need to do, if you have videos in many different file types such as realplayer, wmv, and avi etc, you need top convert them to mp4, and then optionally add cover art and tag the file with show name etc.
None of this is built in, partly because Apple wants you to buy content rather than get it elsewhere, and partly as itts a little more complicated than making an mp3 at the moment.
On my Mac I use a program called Handbrake (free) that can rip from DVD to an iphone version, and a program called VisualHub that can convert just about any video type to iphone format. After encoding the video, i use a program called MetaX to correctly tag the video fiels so that they are easy to find in iTunes and so that I can make smart playlists etc. Do this and the files in iTunes act just like if you had purchased them from the store.
Now, I dont know whats good for Windows, but I did a google search and found this which is free and for Windows:

1080i video looks good on iMac but not on small movie screen

I have a 1080i video that I exported as a default 1440 x 1080 @ 59.94 fps. If I play the video on my iMac, which is 1920x1080, it looks good, but when I play it on a smaller movie screen you can really see the interlacing. I tried highlighting all my film on the primary timeline, going to Info --> Settings View from the dropdown box at the bottom, and then setting:
Roles: Video & Dialogue
Timecode Display: Drop Frame
Alpha Handling: None/Ignore Alpha
Field Dominance Override: Lower First
When I export and play that it looks pretty much the same, if not worse. I'm thinking that Drop Frame probably isn't good, but it still has the interlaced look.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just imported it from the camera. Again, I messed up earlier as it originally imported at 29.97.

Well, that's interesting. I didn't realize it told me what the Field Dominance is. Now I know not to use Lower.
Why should I not change the Field Dominance? Also, I was reading another post where a guy tried copying his videos from one project, 1080i, to another project, 1080p, and he was not successful. Have you tried this or heard of anyone being successful doing this? Thanks.

what do you mean exactly by small and large. because iphone won't let you email videos with large sizes, it lets you to email just a sample of the video. if that is the case.
on the other hand while sending pictures it will ask you if you want to use small, medium, large or the actual size for email purpose

Open QuickTime Player (Applications folder).
Select "New Movie Recording" in the "File" menu.

Thank you but I got that figured out. The issues is in that the text from incoming Emails are so small it is difficult to read. If you increase the font size using what you suggested, incoming is easier to read but when you compose a new email it is like getting far fewer words on the screen because the text is so large.
Something changed in the new version of the operating system!

I thought that it would be a simple process to transfer the nice HD video from my iphone 4 on to my computer...... apparently not!!
really whats the point in having a nice HD camera when you can only watch it on a tiny screen?!

Its very simple, you can download pixelpipe to upload it straight from the phone, or just connect your iphone to your computer (if you have a mac, then go to iphoto, and the video should be there). I'm not sure how you would do it on a pc.

Use Spotlight to find it. It must be on your iPhone.
To access Spotlight, swipe down on your home screen, starting somewhere below the top of your screen. Type "App Store" into the resulting search bar.
