Smart Business : Analyze Sentiment

Hi All,
We have installed and configured Analyze sentiment app in our landscape as per link
http://help.sap.com/fiori_bs2013/helpdata/en/f9/956752127bf55fe10000000a423f68/content.htm
We have configured Web dispatcher and when we try to access application from Fiori Launchpad link, we are getting below error.
When we debug, it shows "400 Bad request". Please find the screenshot below.
When i check the link, it says the below error.
The number of keys specified in the URI at position 52 does not match number of key properties for the resource 'sap.hba.apps.snta.s.odata.sntmntAnlys.SrchTrmSntmntTrendInSoclMdaChnlQryType'.
We are in latest SPS in all systems (Gateway, ERP, UI Component, FIOrI AddOns).
Kindly help to resolve the issues.

I'm facing a problem in the Project Report in FIORI Smart Business Application. My problem is i can't visualize the progression of my project in the progress bar of this application. All other progress bar works fine.
Are there any missing configuration in the ECC / KPI Workspace ?
Where can we visualize the project progression in the back-end ?

However, to be able to access this catalog, the HANA user needs the role sap.hba.apps.kpi.s.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_RUNTIME
If the user has to model KPIs, they need sap.hba.apps.kpi.s.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_MODELER.

Multiple HANA systems connection for Smart Business Fiori Apps

Hi Experts,
I could configure and run standard Fiori apps through launchpad and able to configure all type of Fiori apps through web dispature and single HANA system1 [retail]
As per the recommendation from SAP, we have separate HANA system2 for finance.
Now here is the tricky part.
I have added HANA system2 in web dispature. Also I have the trusted connection in my front end gateway server for transactional apps.
Transactional apps from HANA system2 db is working fine. Now, I would like to configure Finance related Analytical apps from HANA system2 views. For this I am not able to get KPI IDs for evaluation and drill-down configuration.
The path for Smart Business KPI modeler in both the HANA systems are same. Is this causing issue to bring KPI IDs and HANA views into modeler?
How to get both views in single KPI modeler tool to configure the KPI tiles?
Please let me know how to proceed?

For our smart business cockpits, we have following issue in our administration (launchpad):
Invalid configuration for catalog/Web dispatcher

When I check our console client, the only error that we see is following message:

Does someone already saw this issue before? I noticed that we only have those issues on REMOTE CATALOGS.

Does the FPM can be integrated with smart business?

There is a system solution like this:
The data maintain and calculation is done in FPM applications (SAP ECC), while the data analysis is displayed in Smart Business (SAP HANA).
So comes to the question: In the FPM applications, does the smart business can be presented for end-users? otherwise end-users have to open the smart business in launchpad.

Problem in Starting Business Analyzer (NetWeaver 2004s) in Excel

Hi,
we have a problem in starting the Business Analyzer. Excel Started, then Macros Enabled and the the NetWeaver Picture are shown with the following Error:
"A Critical Program Error Occurred. The Programm has to Close. Please Refer to the Trace for Further Information."
Where are the Trace, i didn't find it?
We use NetWeaver v2004.

Hmm that did not solve the problem? Any idea? Now i have implemented newest version of

- GUI PATCH 6.40 21
- SAP BW 3.5 AddOn Patch 10
- SAP Netweaver 2004 BI Addon Patch 902
thats what i did. The "sapbex.xla" (v3.5) works without failure but the "BExAnalyzer.xla" (v2004s) did not work.

BOXI4 SP2 P12 - No Business Layer Sent Back From Server

Hi All,
Have created a new multi-source universe using the Information Design Tool.
Published the Business Layer to the repository successfully.
When trying to create reports with the universe I now get an error - "No Business Layer Sent Back From Server".
Have checked CMC permissions to the Universe which are fine and the Connection permissions which are also fine?
What else could be causing this error?

Hi Gary,
If the issue occurs only on Webi Rich client and not on webi from Infoview, then check the note 1620509.

Check also your BI4 version. If you are using a version below Patch 2.5, then it might be interesting to update your environment as some people experienced this error message on previous versions and not after updating. cf note 1622652.

Hello Jamie,
Yes, went through the help documentation and reached the Analytical apps documentation.
Above screenshot is on the Analytical deployment option ,where we get to see the KPI Framework setup with the HANA XS Engine setup.If i am not wrong the Analytical apps and the SAP Smart Business apps share the setup of HANA XS engine and KPI Framework only (in Smart Business Apps).
So would like to confirm if the below installation link steps remain the same for SAP Smart Business apps too!

Business emails sent are being discarded from hotmail account, it's bona-fide, how do i register it?

Business emails sent are being DISCARDED (spam/virus - none present) when I send emails to my printer's hpeprint email address. I am sending them from my HOTMAIL account.
How do I go about stopping emails being discarded from printing from bona-fide email accounts?

Hi Andy, a couple of things to check :
When you're sending emails to your printer do you have any other addressees in the "To:" field? If so the service will reject these messages as spam. If you want to include other addresses on the messages use the BCC field
If you have opted to set the printers ePrint Settings to Allowed Senders Only, ensure the Hotmail email account you're trying to send from is included in that list of allowed senders.

C3 business cards sent as multi-media attachments

Hi, I have had my C3 for a couple of weeks and seem to battle with a number of functions. One such function is that when I am creating a msg and want to insert a number from my contact list, I dont have this option available. Instead I can select 'Insert Business Card' but when I do, the msg is automatically changed to a multi-media msg and the contact is sent as an attachment. My phone wont even send multi-media msg's so this is really frustrating, please help.

Do you have the option to send the card with or without image?
I don't have C3, but I have noticed in my C7 that business cards with images go as MMS, business cards without images go as SMS.

Smart mailboxes containing sent messages?

is there a way to enable a smart mailbox to contain sent and received messages? i would like to organize email conversations by viewing both ends of the dialog in the same mailbox. i've see it work this way in other applications like FirstClass.

There is a very easy way to do this, it is all about how you create the mailbox.
There should be a checkbox for "Include messages from Sent", if you check this it will include message from the sent mailbox.
You are also able to make multiple "rules" so you can have one be if I sent a message to 'Bob' or something similar.

No business layer sent back from server in Rich Client

Whenever user tries to open a universe from Rich Client, he gets this error while webi works fine for him. What could be the issue?

There are several cases for this issue to occur, as per your discussion it appears to be a user/machine specific issue
If the issue is machine specific:
Cause: SAP Business Objects BI Platform client tools was unable to make changes in the Windows Operating system registry due to insufficient access rights of a Windows user who used to perform the installation
Resolution:
Log on to the host with SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform SP04 Client tools as Windows Administrator (or a member of Administrators group)
Launch Web Intelligence Rich Client application
This will make entries in windows registry, further you will not get the error
It the issue is user specific: That is this user will get the specified error across all client machines for the give scenario
Cause:
Insufficient rights to the user/group on Universe Connection
Resolution:
Login to Central Management Console (CMC) using Enterprise Administrator.
Navigate to Connections.
Grant User/Group 'View on Demand' Access level to the Connection on which the Universe is to be created.
Login to the BI Launchpad with the user and create New Webi report.

BPS Layout in Business Analyzer Possible?

I am wondering whether its possible to open BPS layouts in Bex Analyzer,
if possible how can i do that, I would like to use some excel formula's in BPS Layouts.

FOX - use's BPS therefore does not read the Excel sheet but the Buffer data in the database. Also users would need to press this in order to execute the calculation etc, and if you have a number of different calculation you may end up with a lot of Buttons on your layout.
VB - Is quick but if you don't know VB it is a little tricky to get it working. It runs in real time therefore no need to press any buttons to calculate a value etc.
Whatever you do not have both as it will be a nightmare for your support team to maintain.

We are planning to setup Fiori MRP apps with the KPI drill down option and the planned sample launchpad as below
While looking for the "Service level " and "Uncovered Sales Items" apps, came across 2 Analytical apps with (slightly different) names
Projected Service level app which looks relevant to "Service level"

Once you have identified a candidate for enhancement via BDT (i.e. u2013 no SAP-provided dialog/screen exits), how do you find out what the application object is so that you can determine if it is an object registered for the BDT?
All BDT-enabled applications call function module u201CBDT_TBZ0A_GETu201D to find out specifically what, if anything, has been enhanced.
Put a break-point in the function module.
Execute the transaction that you are hoping to enhance.
When your break-point is hit, look at the value assigned to variable IV_OBJAP. This is your application object.
If the break-point is not hit, chances are that your application doesnu2019t use the BDT.
