im working in verion 6.0 . how to import styles in my smart form.
in 6.0 im not finding the label styles were we import the styles. so plz experts help me in this.
plz show me the path step by step.

Thnx for ur early reply .here in 6.0 i cant find the styles option .yeah in 4.6 or 4.7 we find in the output options.but in 6.0 im unable to find so plz help me.

Object Style Manager: How to import styles into CP8 from CP7

Here's my problem:
I open a Captivate file created in CP7
I save it as a different file name in CP8
I create a new Object Style - say for a Text Caption
I export the Style - I've tried just the new style, all styles, all styles for all objects.
I create a new CP8 file, save it.
I try and import the styles exported in step 4 and get the error: "Cannot import Styles.The style file you are trying to import was exported from an earlier version of Captivate"
I don't get it. I opened the CP7 file and resaved it with a new name in CP8 in a different location.
What's the problem?

OK finally I have an answer:
Open CP7 File with Default & custom styles
Copy all slides
Create new CP8 file & save
Paste all slides to this new file & save
Object Style Manager : Export all styles of all objects
Create / Open a CP8 file
Object Style Manager : Import styles created in step 5

How to import SPD created list forms into VS WSP projects

Dear reader,
I'm working on a SharePoint 2013 project. At the beginning, I use SPD 2013 to create custom list and created customized New/Edit/Display forms on the list, by utilize jQuery to make more interactive web page.
Now I'm using a VS2013 project to build a WSP package to deploy the site, starting from an empty project. I have created the list in the project, but now I have to build the custom form from zero and modify the Elemnts.xml.
Is there any methods to export the forms I made in SPD and add them into my prject to avoid redundant work?

Hi John,
Thank you for you advise. I did this before, VS imports all 6 list forms, 3 original ones, 3 custom ones made by me. The name of the list is Vouchers.
And the problem is, VS combines all 6 forms into one Elements.xml file under a foler called 'ListVouhcers_Pages', which is in side 'Vouchers' list. Like this:
And the code in one form is a DataFormWebPart declaration like the editable region of a form in SPD standard mode. The code is to generate content which will be inject into a place holder on master page called 'Main'.
According to other post on web, if I need to add a custom list form, I have to add a new ASPX file onto a list, change its Deployment Type to ElementFile, and code the page.
So is it mean I could copy the web part code in Elements.xml directly into a ASPX file to generate new custom form? Or can I just copy the whole 'ListVouchers_pages' and the Elements.xml to my own VS project to reproduce the forms?

I've spent so much time with cfc's and flash remoting that my basic html/cfml skills have dwindled.
So...I have a form in a .cfm page. The ' form action' sends my variables to a mysubmission.cfm for processing e.g. dumps data in db. What I don't understand is, how do I get back to the original page (where I made the submission)? An added question: Once I get back, how do I clear the input field?

Smart forms- how to get the copies of form in other pages as duplicate

i am facing problem in smartforms.
one copy is ready for me.
i have to take that one in 4 pages as 1st page original,
2nd duplicate, 3rd triplicate, 4th quadriplicate.............
how to get them....
all theremaining data is same ....

U can achieve this with the help of NAST table,
in that table field ANZAL is the field for number of copies of the output.
Suppose u have a smartform which will print 3 pages for a Purchase Order,
and u want 4 copies of the same. (totally 3*4 = 12 pages)
U need to handle this in the smart form ifself with the help of ANZAL field, it holds number of copies to be printed on the output device.
if ANZAL = 1
    print 'original'.
elseif ANZAL = 2
    print 'Duplicate'.
elseif ANZAL = 3
    print 'Triplicate'.
elseif ANZAL = 4
   print 'Quadriplicate'.
endif.
or else u can handle the same with CASE ... ENDCASE.
I think, it may solve ur problem.

How to import style from mx.DataGrid into my DataGridExt (copy-paste from mx.DataGrid)

Ok, I managed to create the DataGridExt (copy-paste from mx.DataGrid). Don't ask me why I did this, it's a long story believe me.
But it is styleless. There's no skin set and that is what I expected.
The thing is, is there a nice/magical way to tell the DataGrid skin to be applied to DataGridExt?

Creating Forms: How to use Printing to Submit Forms?

Hello,
I am using Acrobat 9 and I am new to creating forms. I would like to create a form for users to fill out. Because the form will contain some sensitive information, I would like the user to print out the form and then mail it or fax it to us. I want to make sure that all of the forms sent to us have every field filled out.
So my question is, how do I create a form such that the user can print it if and ONLY if they have filled out all required fields.

There is no way to stop the printing. There is a "Will Print" action that will allow one to modify fields and perform other actions except cancel a save or print. So you can add the necessary script to check that the required fields are completed and if not issue a waring and display a hidden field that indicates the incomplete status. You can then use the "Did Print" action to once again hid the field.

You can create additional fonts and style with transaction SMARTSTYLES
This can then be define in the paragraph and character formats, which you can then be assign to texts and fields in the Smart Form.
The character formats includes effects such as superscript, subscript, barcode and font attributes.

How to Mask URL in Smart forms

i wanted to mask the URL in my smartform so that it is concise and readable, like suppose url is like this http://www.myurl.com/pages/abcd&attr=19093 i wanted to create text which is something like click here on clicking click here it should take me to the desired page which the above mentioned URL ( http://www.myurl.com/pages/abcd&attr=19093 ) actually navigates.
How can i achieve this Smart forms??

Thanks for your answer, Just got an alternative solution, when i got XSF output from smartform function Module, the same XSF output (me->sf_job_output-xmloutput-trfresult-content) i used in below method to convert to string.
CALL METHOD cl_hrrcf_cs_sf=>convert_xsf_html_to_txtstring
        EXPORTING
          content     = me->sf_job_output-xmloutput-trfresult-content
        IMPORTING
          html_string = me->doc_properties-output_c
          html_tab    = me->doc_properties-output_c_tab.
later i realised that URLs in the smartform has got corresponding HTML code as below in the (me->doc_properties-output_c_tab).

when i changed the link in the debugger https://www.google.com which was inside
<span> </span>
to "Click Me", the output was as i expected in the E-Mail which showed me Click Me and when i click that it took me to google web site.
so i decided that i would change this table(me->doc_properties-output_c_tab.) for every URL in code, though it did not seem like right solution, as suggested in this forum there is no straight solution for this, i have no other option.

We can create bullets in smartforms.
For this change the editor to text editor and then
goto insert->characters->SAP Symbols and select the
symbol you want.
This may help your requirement.
You cannot see the bullets in print preview, it'll
appear only on a hard copy.

Command in your Sapscript
/: INCLUDE Z_YOUR_LOGO OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE E
These are the steps to be followed for uploading graphics in R/3 system
1.   First save the file as BMP
2.   Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and
      make it Zoom as 100% and save as *.TIFF
3.   Open SE38 and execute program RSTXLDMC
4.   Give your TIFF file path name
5.   Select Bcol (for Color)
6.   TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.
7.   Inplace of * write your own logo name (ZCOMPANYLOGO)
8.   Execute the program
9.   Now Goto SE71 create your ZFORM
10. Create logo window
11. Goto text element of logo window
or
In 4.6x :-
1. Goto SE71 Change the mode to GRAPHICAL
2. Choose the Graph Tabstrips
3. Now type in some name for the LOGO WINDOW
4. Press the IMPORT BUTTON (third button from left) and then IMPORT the BMP file from your DESKTOP
5. The code will be written automatically. You just need to drag and drop wherever you want
     the graphics to be.
