Anybody please provide the seetings to find what is the smart for used.
Actually i tried to print TO using LT31. I need to know the customizing path, where the smart forms are configured.

Please goto SPRO > Logistics Execution> Warehouse Management> Activities> Define Print control> Execute
Click on the print code tab. You can find smart forms assigned to the Warehouse + Print code combination.

I am new to smart form printing.I want to make a smartform along with print program that will show PO Details.It has to be created as an o/p type in ME23N. What are the standard programs for the PO outputs . I am looking for the smartforms and the driver program .
I searched and found that IN ECC 6 , we have to install OSS notes .
Gurus, please help me . Let me know what all oss notes be implemented and how to proceed from here .

How to block the Form Settings for Main Menu to use ONLY "My Menu"?

Hi everyone:
Our customer wants to define an User Menu (My Menu) for each B1 user within the company and restrict the Modules at main menuu2026
How can I block the Form Settings for the Main Menu?... It is possible to give an user Only access to My Menu and denied Authorization to the Modules?.

Hi,
'My Menu' refers to the third tab on the Main Menu, and the
authorization of 'Organize My Menu' works as below:
- Full Authorization: Allows the user to access the Organize User Menu
window (Tools -> User Menu -> Organize) and customize the menu.
- No Authorization: The user cannot open this window.

Email Form Settings for Array

I am using David Powers 'Training from the Source'. I now have the emails working.
It has worked with a Basic Form and Resetting Forgotten Passwords.
However I had a slight problem with the Travel Inquiry section. The array (Destinations, How many, Interests etc) appeared OK in the browser but they are missing when sent to my email inbox - only have name and comments.

Have you tried the "Copy Form Settings" function in "users - Setup" window? You can copy the form settings for one user to other users.
Prerequisites
You have write authorization for the Users – Setup window.
All other users are logged off from SAP Business
One.
All SAP add-ons to SAP Business One, including ISV
add-ons, are disconnected.
All other SAP Business One related tools (for
example, EarlyWatch Alert, database administrator connected to SAP Business One
via server management tools) are disconnected.

We use Tcode FBCJ for the making of Cash Payment . To Print the Cash Payment Receipt , we first select the Payment Line Item then Click on Edit --> Print Receipt .
This call a Smart-Form and Payment Receipt get printed .

Need to show three diff sheets in a smart form , first to be printed twice

I need to show data in a smart form where I have 3 different sheets
     Process order request
     BoM
     Assembly
where the first sheet will be printed twice .
as header in each case we have order no , produced material order qty , qty produced etc with the title changing for each sheet . main window we have diff data depending on each form like it will b changing for process order req, bom , assembly .
how to do that & I need to print each layout in 2 diff language.

Create three pages . The first and the last are static and the second variable.
The first page repeat with a loop twice. The headers of the second pages and next has a window static (the header) and other variable .
If you have two languages repeat the operation. Call the smartform with a parameter called language by example

Smart form assignment for fb60 document

Hi Experts,
I have one issue pertains to smart form, my client wants to take print with his logo at the time of FI invoice document.
Once user post the invoice in FB60, the using the document number we need the details in a form.
For this abaper developed a smart form, but i could not find where these form will be assigned for print, and requirement is that in the FB60 transaction itself if user press the print button then taking this developed form to print.
Please suggest that how to make these assignments?

HI,
I don't think you can call the form developed directly from FB60 after posting the document.
I would recommend to use the functionality of correspondence.
After posting the document in FB60 from Menu --> display document and from there you need to generate the correspondence request and then print the form from F.64.

Generally in cheque printing the calling program will be a standard one and will be set by the functionals.
for this we need to see the functional settings in SPRO.
Goto SPRO -> SAP reference IMG ->FInancial Accounting -> Accounts receivable & Accounts payable
-> business transactions -> outgoing payments -> automatic outgoing payments -> payment media
-> make settings for clasasical payment medium programs -> Assign Payment medium program for payment method in country
when u execute the last one, you will get a popup asking company code of the cheque and you will find the program name..
Mostly it shud be 'RFFOUS_C'.
and regarding the form name goto F110 -> Pmnt methods in cpmpany code -> here you have to select any compant code -> Form data
now you can see the Form name.

Color settings for Photoshop prints

Not sure if anyone can help - I'm still working with CS2 but perhaps my problem has a simple answer.
I did a lot of printing several years ago but had to leave it behind for a period. I'm trying to get bak into it but i'm having trouble with my color settings. My prints are coming out with rather garish or exagerated. My brain is somewhat disconnected of what I need to be paying attenion to. Anybody with advice on where to start again?

Hi Petyer-2, welcome to the forum.
Chances are it's one or more color-management issues (having to do with profiles, monitor setup, etc.)
Are you printing yourself or sending the images out?
If the former, what color-management settings are you choosing in the Photoshop Print dialog?
If the latter, what color profile are you saving the images in that you're sending out for printing? What does the lab want?
Is your monitor calibrated and profiled? What profile is associated with the monitor?
Feel free to put a representative image up here if you'd like a judgment on whether the image itself is garish/exaggerated.

Is a smart form available for F.64 transaction

Hi Gurus,
I need a standard smart form that is available for F.64 (Maintain Correspondance requeststransaction).
My requirement is to print credit and debit memo using this transaction. But I found that this transaction calls a standrad driver program RFKORD50 which inturn calls a SAP script F140_INT_DOCU_01.
What I need to know is there any standard SMART FORM that is available for this transaction.
Answers will definitely be rewarded.

Hi,
In the program RFKORD50, above the OPEN_FORM function module, there is a BTE and a EXit also.
Implement the Exit and call the function module relating to the smartform. Call the function module in the exit and from the transaction OB96 remove the form attached to the program RFKORD50.

Using RSNAST000 program currently we are printing samrtform.
Instead of printing data in smartform i need to write into excel.
Please let me know the logic to do this i need to write 6000 smartforms(Invoice documents) data into Excel.

Ask him how he thinks smart forms can be embedded in Excel, and why he wants Excel (for which benefit, for using which functions of Excel?). He has an idea, for sure.
Technical possibilities of Excel to embed graphical documents are very limited, I mean 2 solutions: either storing the whole document as an image (rather easy), or split the document into pieces of text (into cells) and boxes and images (stored as Excel graphical elements) with a rather bad render (highly complex, I mean unfeasible).
- If his idea is to embed them as images (PDFs), then show him the result : 50 kb to 500 kb for each smart form = excel of several mega bytes. He will certainly regret. Moreover I don't see the interest.
On the other way, propose him to store smart forms in a single spool, so he will be able to display (it's then equivalent to preview) all of them at the same time. He'll surely agree that it's the most efficient way.
Propose him proofs of concepts.

Smart form issue for range input

Hi all,
i have print out five 5 po . each po in new form
i.e every po has to start in new page
i have created a smart form
loop at header .
wa = header
ssf... fm module
exporting wa
tables item details
call function fm_name...
endloop.
whats happening is when i execute the program i am getting a pop up window i click on preview , it prints the first p o and then when i click back agian i see the pop up window and again i have to select print preview then i see 2 po and again back button print preview to see 3 po
i want to click print preview once and i want to see all 5 po's
first po and new po in new page
let me know how to achieve this

there is no difference on samrtfroms printing in pre-printed or normal paper .
just you have to set text in small windows according to pre-printed page.

Can Users have their unique Form Settings for the List of Items (Item Search)?

When any user add and remove columns for the List of Items (Item Search) via Form Settings, these changes are automatically updated for all SAP users.
Is there any way we that each user have their own unique List of Items form settings?
This is important as users for different departments will be need to see different information as they are searching for Item Master records.

This is not Possible.
Form Setting of Item Master Data will apply for all Users.
For all Users different Form Settings not Possible but you can guide your users to see while Searching Master Data.
