Smartform BBP_PO VORSCHAU instead PREVIEW

This is the scenario SRM server 550 SP SAPKIBKT12, in PO 'Output preview' the system generates correctly the smartform, but with text VORSCHAU instead PREVIEW.
Where can I mantain this translation?

Thanks for the answer, but this notes are for sourcing cockpit, mi problem is in Purchase Order Preview, in Smartform BBP_PO.

How to customize purchase order smartform BBP_PO in SAP SRM 7.0?

Hi friends,
I am new to SAP, as well as to SRM world. Currently I have a object with me from purchase order smartform in SRM. My job is to copy the standard PO form named BBP_PO into "Z" form and to make customizations in the copied one. I don't have idea about how to proceed with it. Please give me some idea about required processing classes, methods, BADI's, FM's etc,.. Can anyone please tell me how to do this job? I am a fresher so if you help me in this means, it would be very helpful for me and for my future.

How to customize an existing Standard Smart form in SRM - Overview.
1. Copy existing Standard smart form in SRM, let us say, BBP_PO into "Z'' Smart form in Transaction SMARTFORMS.
2. Do changes in Z Smart form add Desired Logos in Smart form using SE78 and SMARTFORMS transactions.
3. Change in Jargon: Unlike ECC we will not have Driver program (in SE38), you will find Processing class and Processing method ( in SE24) for SRM Smart forms, where we write extraction logic.
4. So, In case of SRM we should replace the (word) "Driver Program" with (the word) "Processing Class" and Perform as "Processing Method".
5.Where to Link: Processing Class, Processing Method and Smart form? In SPRO, SRM Server -> Cross Apps -> Set Output Actions and Output Format -> Define Actions for Purchase Order Output -> Action definition -> Processing types, then select standard PO.
6. If we are using (Completely- New) Custom Smart Form instead of Changing Standard Smartform, then Do change any settings in Step5, Otherwise, if you are planned to modify existing Smartform, with Small logic changes, format changes and Logo Changes then, Just Implement BADI - BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF in SE19 transaction.
7. Put a simple code in BADI as... CASE IV_OBJECT_TYPE.
When 'BUS2201' .
CV_SMARTFORM = 'Z_CustomSF'.
ENDCASE
8. Don't forget, you already copied Std Smartform into Custom Smartform say Z_CustomSF.
9. I am using BUS2201 only becuase I was trying to change BBP_PO Smartform which is a Purchase Order Smartform.

Smartform doesn't show preview when the records exceed the main window size

Hi
When i print the smart form having line items exceeding the main window size on the page it does not show the preview. The internal table loop goes into infinite loop. Is there any means whereby if the records don't fit on the main window of the page will be continued to the next page. Right now I have no clue how it is to be resolved. I feel the problem is in layout, as when i remove the main window the internal table code works fine and it does not move in infinite loop. Please help me resolve this issue.

I have deleted the table from main window and instead inserted a loop.
Also i created the two pages. But the problem still persists.
But for my requirement my each line item in the main window has 3 lines.
Also my layout will be the same for all pages so is there a need to create a new page.
Is there any mechanism whereby if the line items dont fit on the mainwindow of the page will automatically continue on another page without having to define it.. please guide? Right now the smartform goes in infinite loop if it doesn't fit in main window size

Smartforms - problems with output preview when vedor has different languag

Hi all,
The output preview does not work when vendor has different communication language then english?
Exact description of the problem described by the functional people:
"For the Latin America countries that use the SMARTFORM today, we have noticed that if the vendor has communication language English, the PO is displayed fine in the Output preview in iShop. However, if the vendor has communication language e.g. ES maintained in the vendor the output preview fails. We would like to have it so that even if the the vendor has a different communication language than EN maintained on the vendor the PO should be able to be displayed in the output preview of the SRM system."
So has enyone encountered this problem before? All help is appriciated!

Well the problem was that the language pack with Sapnish language was not installed.

Creating SRM PO with Smartforms BBP_PO

I am creating a new smartform for displaying PO using copy of SF BBP_PO.
i have below doubts, could anyone plz clarify
1) can i write all the logic like select queries in the smartform?(I have different tables to select data). if i write select queries here, is it require to develop a print program or BADI again?
2) if not Where exactly i have to write the print program code?
     is it in creating a zclass and zmethod like
             Class = CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP
             Method = PROCESS_BBP_PO_PRN ?
    (or)
    BADI - BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF(ZChange_Smartform)
    Plz provide some inputs on this...
    Useful answers get full points.

1) Yes, you can create a programming node into your smartform in this you can select all the needed data that isn't already provided for you. There are a lot of fields already available for use. A function module is automatically generated from your smartform when you activate it.
2) You can easily select your Z version in customising, no real need for the BADI if you only use one z version in your company and don't need any other functionality of the badi.

Smartform debug when no preview avail

How to debug the smartform when the form have no print preview option ,it is triggering based on order type . which is printing directly, its not have an option to see the preview.
Generally, when we select the print preview iption it goes to debug mode. but here is not be the case.

Pro CC stops suddenly stops showing video, instead previews and renders a black screen

Hi, I've been working on a video project for a few days now, and then suddenly, this morning, when I opened Premiere, all of my video was shown as black, and also rendered as black. All video files are AVI files generated by litecam HD, they are all at 30 fps, and all had been working mostly fine until today (there were a few incidents of premiere messing up the speed of a clip/showing a glitch in the clip that didn't exist in the original). None of the clips have audio, I have added a song on one audio track, which still works. I looked around online and decided to try deleting the PEK files in case they had been corrupted, but adobe hasn't remade them. I've tried importing the video into a new project, but the video is still displayed in the preview as black. I'm at a total loss and getting pretty pissed off at premiere right now. I do NOT want to have to remake this whole sequence from scratch.
Computer info, in case it's relevant:
i7 quad 2.7 GHz
24 GB RAM
Plenty of space on my SSD
Nvidia quadro K2000M

Update to original post: Premiere now won't play the avi files in question in any project, or any sequence. I'm trying some other encoders to see if that's the cause. Original encoder was Microsoft Mpeg-4 V3.

In main window if u r using a table element then goto data tab and see what internal table and work area u r looping at.

Print preview + sending smartform through attachment

Hello experts,
I have one smartform whose output is to be sent as email attachment.
THe porblem is that i need to have preveiw also with email funtionality.
When i give GETOTF paramter as 'X',it doesnot show preview and when i m passing it as blank,then it is not triggering a mail.
May we have both functionalities at the same time.
If yes ,how?

Hi Anurodh,
1. First call the smartform passing GETOTF as X and NO_DIALOG as X, by doing this you get the the OTF table which you can send as an attachment.
2. next once you are done with your mail send logic, call the smartform again only for preview
even this looks like a redundant one but there is no way out.

I am getting a blank line in a table display in smartforms. In print preview it looks good, but when it is printed it displays a blank line.But there is no data loss.

how u r ptrinin it using TABLE node ot LOOP node?
1.once check whether the ITAB contains any extra blenk line
2.if u r using the LOOP node then may be u r looping extra iterations

Printer Problem with PDF in Preview

After deinstalling virus barrier x5 of intgo with the deinstalling programme there are pdfs which are printed wrong from preview (Vorschau).
the letters look like Scelets and some of them have shaddows.(it is difficult to discribe, i should send some scans of printed documents). the font could be "Frutiger" but i am not sure. it is activated but pdf should deliver fonts with them , no?
yesterday it printed well, other pdfs are still printing well. is it a problem of preference items or a problem of fonts or what else?

Problem in PDF conversion of a Smartform

Hi Experts,
I have Chinese text and english text in the Smartform
When see print preview of Smartfrom the output is perfect
But when i convert the OTF to PDF using CONVERT_OTF FM and send as mail attachment,
The chinese characters are JUNK and conversion don't occur properly.
For english TEXT i use Times new roman font
For Chinese Text i use CNSONG
I have used other FM as well CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF, the results were negative.

Hello Davide,
We got this solution from SAP active global support.
I suppose it works in some cases only.
Our scenario is when we try to create PDF of the smartform using FM convert_otf and send as mail attachment.
We can able to see chinese chracters when giving the print preview of the form, but during PDF conversion we get Junk chinese characters.
Even if you have multiple languages in your form, SAP proposes to use 'ZPDFUC' as device type.
My question has the solution proposed by you works in all cases?
