Smartform Error : "Sytems Message 042 from WA SSF Composer Doesnot Exist "

Dear All,
I am having problem with smartform. Actually it was runnning Properly and I messed up something,
and Now I am getting a Message in status bar as <b>"System Message 042 from WorkArea SSF Composer Doesnot Exist".</b>
Where could be the problem, Please Help me in this regard.

Venkat,
I don't think we can't make anything out of the error message. You can debug and find out which element is giving the problem. Then you can probably can figure out what is wrong with that element.
Debugging elements is not going to be easy, you will have to be really careful with each element.

when i install the Oracle 8i on Windows 2003 then
it installed successfully and import and export data successfully wothout any Problem
But after that when i restart the Server then

i have got the answer for this question, i updated the registry with the correct file path, and then closed the registry, the services.msc file is automatically updated with the correct path
and then started the CSService, then went to the OEM setup i clicked Retry buton, then it went through.

The CREATE FM should not only create the entry, it should also EXPORT the key that it uses to create the entry. Is it doing that?
i.e. the CREATE signature is usually something like:
CREATE_BLAH
IMPORTING header TYPE header_row
EXPORTING key type header_row-key_field.
So the 'key' here should be filled by the FM and returned to DOE.

Transport request from a Client that doesnot exist.

Hi,
I want to make changes to a program. The program is under a modifiable Transport request (not released).
This transport request is created in client 10 which no more exists.
Now i need to do the changes in client 100.
I cannot change the owner, neither can i delete nor release.
Basis also cannot do it as the client 10 doesnot exist at all.
Any solution?

Hi,
1. one option is goto se09 and goto that request.
2. expand that request.
3. In that remove the object(program)
4. If that is successful, then it will allow to change the program and automatically ask for new request number.

Error "Operation in order 221234 doesnot exist" while doing confirmation

Hello Friends,
When i am doing the collective confirmation against the corrective maintenance order or order type CORR, by transaction IW44, getting the error message as "Operation in order 221234 doesnot exist".
Whereas when i checked in PM Order , in operation tab i am able to see the operation with control key PM01, and 1800 as work involved in the activity.
This order is having the status as PCNF. When i checked Documents for order - Document flow than i found that till date user has done the confirmation of 1026.8 actual work.
Hence unable to understand why system is not allowing to do the further confirmation and throwing the error message as stated above.

Found out the solution.
In transaction iw44 (PM Order Confirmation: Collective Confirmation), With Order Number, Act. Work, also have to give the operation number. If you maintain all these paramters than system doesn't throw the error message.

I have done a BADI implementation for ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and when I try to convert a PR to PO using ME59N in ECC u2013 AFS System I am getting below error message.
Data from Business Add-In ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not transferred.
I am trying to populate certain PO fields ( ekko and ekpo ) from PR fields. But the above error occurs when I update the Ex Factory Date manual that is EKPO-J_3AEXFCM.
I am updating this in the method PROCESS_ITEM and what I found while debugging is in the class CL_PO_HEADER_HANDLE_MM, in the implementation of IF_FLUSH_TRANSPORT_MM~START, the contents of field u2018my_iteration_countu2019 keeps increasing and becomes 10 and raises this error.
I read few of the related questions raised by others in this forum and understood that this can happen if I try to change the field that is disabled ( greyed) in ME22N. But this field that I am talking about is enabled.
I also tried to move my code of populating the field EKPO-J_3AEXFCM from the PROCESS_ITEM to the enhancement point just above the user exit EXIT_SAPMMO6E_018 but still it doesnu2019t resolve the error.
(We donu2019t want to use User Exit and hence we are trying with BADIs or enhancement point.)
Can anyone please help me with this. I also found an OSS note 1334046 but not sure if that can resolve my issue.

Hi,
You can do it via OBA5 transaction; enter the application code, and put an entry for the message setting the flag to warning. Keep in mind, that not for every message it could be done.

How to change P.O. duplication message type from warning to error for Order

I have a requirment to change P.O. duplication message type from warning to error for Order only not OrderTemplate. I can easily change message type in BAdI ISA_BASKET_MSGS, but I can't find the parameter to know if it's Order or OrderTemplate (DocType). If this BAdI is not good way, is there other way? and how to please?

The info for getting status from function is very clear and I followed you instruction and completed the coding in BAdI and tested it successfully .... Thank you very much. I need to learn where I can see the system status of the template, i.e. I1034 (Order Template) or Order or Quotation .....? if I need to filter out Quotation, I can easily do it in the BAdI. Could you please provide me more details?

This could be caused by a USB connection issue. Make sure the iPhone is directly connected to the Mac using the USB cable it came with. Also, try disconnecting all other USB devices.

we have implemented a synchronous SOAP-Call to RFC over XI. How can I get the message-number from the raised exception in the RFC-function Module to the SOAP-Caller?

Matthias,
For you to have an exception structure when an rfc is imported into Xi, the rfc should have an exception defined. Usually we define an ApplicationError as one of the exceptions.
The idea is that if there was an exception which you didnt handle in your rfc (BAPI return will be emplty), the exception will be returned to XI and shown in SXMB_Moni as hard error(of course there should be a message mapping avaliable in XI )
In all the other cases, since you are populating BAPIReturn which is tables parameter, you should be able see the filled structure in your response message from RFC.
