Smartform for Shipment Doc with program RV56TD00

I know, there is Sapcript form SHIPMENT_DOC avaible for shipment printout with program RV56TD00. I am just wondering whether there is standard smartform and relating program for this?!

It looks like we have only SAPScript upto the latest version. I couldn't find any SMARTForm for Shipment doc.

To check if there any smartform exist or not for that .
First try to findout the output type and application for particular transaction .
Then go NACE Transaction and select application. after selecting that one
go output types after selecting that one select processing routines.
then u will see the driver programe and routine and form for transaction.
Assign points if useful.

SAPFM06P driver program for all type of PO.
If you want to know this... check here...
Goto NACE T-code
Select EF Purchase Order,
then click output types button in toolbar,
select NEU Purchase order ,
then doubleclick Processing routines folder in left side,
thn there u can find the details of PO related script forms and driver programs.

Quick Office for Word docs with tracking

Can I use Quick Office for iPad to view Word docs and see the tracking changes? I don't think so, but thought I'd ask. I did a search and didn't see this posted but I could have missed it. If I did, apologies for the redundancy.

From what I've read on here, none of the Office apps are able to track changes.

Print smartforms for service order with printer, not a spool in CRM WebUI

Dear Experts!
We have a long list of different print forms for a service order. We would love to have a list of these forms appearing when clicking on "Print" button to choose from.
We have made appropriate settings in SPRO (CRM -> Basic Functions -> Actions -> Actions in Transaction -> Change Actions and Conditions -> Define Action Profiles and Actions & Define Conditions). Option "Print Immediately" is set, and the Output Device is set to local printer. So now we have the following results:
- When clicking "Print Preview", a window appears where one of the possible forms may be selected to be shown as PDF.
- When clicking "Print", one of the forms is being moved to spool. So, you may only enter the spool in GUI and send the document to printer.
There is only one help topic about printing, that says:
Prerequisites
Actions are displayed on the Print pushbutton if the following criteria are met:
-The print action is set as relevant for the toolbar
- A print smart form is defined as the processing type
- The action is set to Execute immediately
- The action is inactive, that is, it is set to be executed manually
Please, give us a hint on how to make customizing to send document right to the printer.

This Business Add-In (PRINTER_DETERM_PPF) is used in the Actions (CRM-BF-ACI) component. It enables you to determine a printer more flexibly than the standard Customizing activity allows you to. For example, if you want to print an e-mail confirmation from a local printer in your office, and not from the usual printer for your entire department, you can use this add-in to do so.

Screen Exit for MB1C transaction with program :SAPMM07M and screen 410

I am working on a requirement which is to enhance the Functionality of transaction, MB1C. In Mb1c item details screen I want to add some additional text line (about 7 to 8) for client Materials. The requirement is to add details of drawings which we have to enter at the time of GR. One item text field is available but that is not enough. As the drawing specs, spool no, ... etc., have to be entered. My question is there any screen exit for MB1c Transaction?. If not how to proceed?. Could someone answer my query. I am working on ECC 6.0.

Batch job for shipment and shipment cost doc

Dear all,
In case of our client, shipment docs and shipement cost docs are created using a batch job. There are some documents that have not been processed with this batch jobs as expected. Now i want to analyse the job log for thosse failures. For this i want to know the batch job names which i am unaware of. In SM37 i am unable to trace in a generic way.
I know that we can filter batch jobs using ABAP Prog. My question is that which programs have to be used here. are these RV56TRGN for shipment docs and RV56TRSL fir shipment cost docs?? Plz help as the issue needs serious attention ffom my side. also suggest how further i have to rectify this issue.

The ABAP programs you have mentioned are correct and you can enter these in SM37 to check the job names, status etc.
RV56TRGN - creating shipment docs
RV56TRSL - Shipment costs
Check the spool for messages which will have the error docs.

Calling smartform for PO from ME22n

Hi all,
I had created a smartform for PO and print program for the same.
My requirment is that I want to call the PO smartform from ME22n and all the details ie PO number,supplying plant,doc date, PO qty etc will be displayed on the smartform but I am not getting that.
I had gone to Tcode NACE and in the processing routine of output type ie NEU I had entered the Form name and printprogram.But I am not aware of form routine whether I ve to write separate Form Routine for the driver program.
Pls tell me the necessity of form routine here.
Pls experts its an urgent requirement and help me out regarding the same.

The routine name is the the soubroutine in your print program.
For eg in Script:
If your print prog starts as
FORM entry USING return_code us_screen.
CLEAR retcode.
xscreen = us_screen.
PERFORM processing.
IF retcode NE 0.
return_code = 1.
ELSE.
return_code = 0.
ENDIF.
ENDFORM.
Then "entry" will be the routine you are looking out for.

Want to expand columns on planning screen for shipment

Dear All,
I need to expand 3 Z-field columns on planning screen for shipment. With Note# 400368, I need to add my Z-fields in structure VTTKD and apply them to the ALV grid with modifications of FM RV_SHIPMENT_VIEW, however, in my project, we cannot do any system modification that will affect by importing R/3 support package or upgrades...
Any other solution that I can take to expand 3 Z-fields to the ALV report?
I am looking for GuiXT tools, however, I don't know whether GuiXT can modify standard ALV report or not.. If anyone has experience with GuiXT, could you please show me which command I want to use in this case and how?

We should know that “HDR=No” is used to configure whether the provider considers the first row to be column name or to be a normal data row. There is not other approach to set this configuration.

With the oledb provider, it is not possible to avoid insert these header, my suggestion is that you could open the target inserted excel sheet, and remove first row manually which is fast and easy. Or to remove the first row through using Excel.Interop.dll.

Smartform for RFQ

Hi
I want to customize RFQ layout. Standard program for this is SAPFM06P & sapscript is MEDRUCK.
I want to use smartform for the new layout.
Can this be done using smartform for the same driver program, as in NACE we can also attach smartform for the program SAPFM06P.
What is standard smartform for the same?
Is it /SMB40/MMRFQ_A
If yes , I am not getting this form in my system? DO I need to download any service pack?

To Send the Email to Ship to Party for Shipment Notification in SMARTFORMS

HI Gurus,
I am having a scenario to send the EMAIL for Shipment Notification using SMARTFORMS when processed through VT01/VT02N transaction.
I general process, the email is going to Forwarding agent Email address. But the user wants to send the notification to Ship to Party email address.
Is there any IMG settings to be done or should we handle using Custom Driver program.? If yes, can anyone help how to achive this.

We are currently on 4.7 version and in this version we dont have a Smartform for VT01N transaction.
Can somebody in higher version check if they have standard Smart form and driver program for this transaction.
