Smartform graphic error

Hi,
I uploaded a color graphic bitmap correctly - 100 DPI and with 'reserve height aut' and 'resides in the printer memory' options checked. I can preview it on the T/SE78.
I created the graphic on the Page1 of the smartform with the same above attributes. However in the print preview of the smartform the graphic looks just like a one-color-square.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Sonia,
are you sure to have select the radio button to BCOL and not  BMON in the Graphic option in the smartforms ?

  • Themes invisible, blank pages, colours not right, looks like a graphic error, but isn't one

    hey there
Keynote '08 (used on a 10.6.8 Mac OS X) doesn't work anymore. The only thing that works and looks as it should is the window itself with all the buttons and stuff.
I choose a theme and want to start working and all I can see is a blank page...no background,no letters etc.
I cannot see what I'm writing (cause everything's in white), only when I mark the letters I can see them. When I start the presentation I can either see nothing at all or a very ugly version of the theme and words, that looks as if the graphic card of my Mac had crashed. I cannot even choose different font colours...everything's just white.
Some of the themes appear....but a theme that's supposed to be in blue appears green....and so on. It's so strange!
Already finished keynotes can be opened with the app, but look the same. Everything looks like a graphic error so to speak. Pictures look as if they were a negative of the original picture.
The only way to look at an existing keynote is by using "preview" in the finder.
I've already deinstalled the software and put it on again.
    Nothing changed...
I just don't know what's going on here....
    Any ideas?? :-(

I have the same issue. Can somebody help, please.

  • Late 2013, 27" 3.2GHz iMac random "graphics" errors with Yosemite

Since upgrading to Yosemite I am encountering random "graphics errors".
Sometimes happens with an Apple report, some times without.
In some cases, it causes a logout (not reboot or kernel panic).  After logging
back in the small "graphics error" box is there.
It is always happening at least once during a browsing session in Safari, often
more.  It is also not website dependent as going back and reloading the pages where
the problem occurred will work without the problem.
With Mail, it is even worse.  Simply getting email is not a problem.  It happens
if multiple apps are open and I try to create a Mail message.  This is when
I get the sudden logout situation.  The only way I can compose an email
is to close all other apps.
Memory is NOT an issue as I have 24GB installed.
Anyone having the same issues or clues as to how to fix????
NOTE:  Everything works flawlessly and as it should if I boot into
                 Mavericks.

same problem here screen random glitches while surfing the web with macbook pro retina 13 late 24 model. Just graphic issues *for example i may zoom in  photo on the web and it may appear a random line or glitch) yosemite is really bad

  • Graphical error after starting macbook

after updating to the new os yosemite, I had to notice a strange graphical error of the screen (picture below).
It occurs just sometimes, not everytime I start my macbook.
I don't know if it's a matter of the os, but I didn't have this problem yet. Maybe someone could help me ?

    Hi michiw,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I know that situations with your display can be both frustrating and concerning. In this situation I would recommend reading over the attached article and using the troubleshooting steps within.

  • Graphics Error: Unable to find suitable font!

I am trying to use the program rasmol (that displays molecules), and I get the error:
Graphics Error: Unable to find suitable font!
    I installed rasmol by
    pacman -Sy rasmol
    today for version 2.7.3-2
also did I do a system upgrade today:
    pacman -Suy
the section "Files" in /etc/X11/xorg.conf contains:
           ModulePath   "/usr/lib/xorg/modules"
            RgbPath      "/usr/share/X11/rgb"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/misc"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/75dpi"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/100dpi"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/TTF"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/Type1"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/cyrillic"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/encodings"
            FontPath     "/usr/share/fonts/util"
I have added all directories in /usr/share/fonts to be sure and restarted X.
I tried installing all font packages that I could find, but the error is still the same:
    #pacman -Q | grep font
    font-bh-ttf 1.0.0-2
    fontcacheproto 0.1.2-1
    fontconfig 2.3.2-6
    fontsproto 2.0.2-1
    gsfonts 8.11-3
    libfontenc 1.0.2-1
    libxfont 1.1.0-1
    libxfontcache 1.0.2-1
    ttf-ms-fonts 1.3-8
    xorg-font-utils 1.0.1-1
    xorg-fonts-alias 1.0.1-1
    xorg-fonts-encodings 1.0.0-1
    xorg-fonts-misc 1.0.0-2
    #pacman -Q | grep ttf
    font-bh-ttf 1.0.0-2
    sdl_ttf 2.0.8-1
    ttf-bitstream-vera 1.10-4
    ttf-cheapskate 2.0-4
    ttf-isabella 1.003-2
    ttf-junicode 0.6.5pre20051126-2
    ttf-ms-fonts 1.3-8
I removed the fonts.dir and fonts.scale in /usr/share/fonts and /usr/share/fonts/TTF and did mkfontscale and mkfontdir
    to replace them.
restarting X and retrying to run rasmol still gives the same error.
I have tried to search google for the error message but all I could find was the source code that probably produced the message:
    http://www.bernstein-plus-sons.com/soft … c/x11win.c
and some redhat binary file that gives some fonts seemingly along with the error message:
    http://www.bernstein-plus-sons.com/cgi- … smol_16BIT
    ...Options^@Colours^@Display^@File^@Graphics Error: %s!^@-*-*-bold-o-normal-*-14-*^@-*-serf-bold-o-normal-*-14-*^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@^@-*-helvetica-bold-o-normal-*-14-*^@Unable to find suitable font^@%x %s^@Comm....
which might be an indication for which fonts I need.
Could anyone please give me some assistance to get the program working,
perhaps by giving advise on how to install the abovementioned fonts
or anything else that I have failed to do.
I would really appreciate it , thanx

    Hey,
i too get the same error that no suitable fonts could be found. I installed all the fonts mentioned in this thread. My Section "Files" looks like this:
    Section "Files"
    RgbPath "/usr/share/X11/rgb"
    ModulePath "/usr/lib/xorg/modules"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/misc"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/75dpi"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/100dpi"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/TTF"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/Type1"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/artwiz-fonts"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/speedo"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/cyrillic"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/encodings"
    FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/util
    EndSection
Still the error occurs. Does somebody know how to fix this?
    greetings koelle

  • Message "Graphic-error" and then i have white pages when i look in my pdf

Message "Graphic-error" an then i have white pages when i look in my pdf. But when i look the same pdf in "Preview" it is ok.
I have reinstall Acrobart but nothing change.

Is this a single pdf or all pdfs. What version of Acrobat are you
running and which version of the OS? The fact that you can see the pdf
in preview and not Acrobat 8, is no guarantee that the pdf is not
corrupt. It is quite common that what can be be viewed in earlier
version of Acrobat, is considered corrupt in later versions. Adobe
continually tightens the enforcement of pdf standards in rendering pdf
files. This is done for many reasons, but the best reason to do so is
security. People have found ways to use these loopholes to compromise
    the security of computers.

  • Album covers, graphics error

    Hi!
Even though album covers are shown, there is a graphical error: two rectangles filled with diagonal white or yellowish lines. I have updated my Direct X and graphics card drivers (Nvidia GeForce Go 440 64 M).
    Any ideas?
    Thanks.
      Windows XP

Thanks! This didn't solve my problem, but interesting enough: If I turn of DirectDraw in Quick Time, the display of the album covers is in the same grizzly way with diagonal lines as (with DirectDraw enabled) only the three rectangles below the album cover.

  • Graphical Error since 2.1.3 Update!

I'm using the Canon 5DMKII, RAW files at full size, I've worked on thousands of these files before and never had a problem using Aperture 2 before, but the first upload session I have after the 2.1.3 Update... I get this happening:
    #1
    http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z86/AFXREFLEX/Picture4.png
    #2
    http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z86/AFXREFLEX/Picture5.png

    #2
    http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z86/AFXREFLEX/Picture3-1.png
I can export the files as TIFF, JPEG or ORIGINALS (RAW) and they are fine, and as you can see it "loads" at the top of the screen in Aperture 2 and then once it loads the graphical error goes away. I also tested this in EOS Utility and DPP and the RAW files DO NOT do this in those applications, leading me to believe this is purely an Aperture 2 issue.
    Any suggestions??

    Highest Res Home remodel ever!
I've got a 5d2 as well and do not see this problem on my imac or macbook - does this happen on all your 5d2 raw files or just the ones you have newly imported? I haven't done a "new" import yet since I updated to 2.1.3 but have a shoot from last weekend I need to import soon, so I can check if this happens to me as well.
What system are you running and what graphics card does it have?

  • Icon graphic error

Hello everyone, my english is not very good but I hope you can understand me.
I have a graphic error in one of the icons at the system preference panel; in the second file (Hardware), my last icon (Mouse and Keyboard) appear very rare (it's like a rectangular button and the background is different to the rest of the file) and I can only read the word "Keyboard".
What's is the problem? How I can fix it?
    Thank you very much ^_^

Hi, godlakitu. Welcome to the Discussions.
Duplicate or missing preference panes, or corrupted preference pane icons, are usually caused by cache corruption. To resolve this:
    1. Quit System Preferences if it is open.
    2. Open your Home > Library > Caches folder.
    3. Trash the following two files therein:
    • com.apple.preferencepanes.cache
    • com.apple.preferencepanes.searchindexcache
    4. Empty the Trash.
    5. Launch System Preferences and all should be well.
    Good luck!

When I'm running Safari and pressing the Wi-fi button, batteri life button, spotlight or the time button in the upper right corner a graphic error occurs.
It persists after closing one of the menus again.
I'm running OS X Mountain Lion, Macbook Air mid-2013, Safari 6.0.5.
Does anyone have a clue about this problem?

  • Graphical errors

I get some weird graphical errors in KDE and I'm not sure why.
This was taken when I tried to listen to an mp3 in noatun.
When I switch desktops, most of the artifacts are gone.
Any idea what might cause this?

I have a Sapphire ATI RadeOn 9800 Pro 128MB and use the ati-fglrx 8.35.5 drivers.
(Un)fortunately, I can't seem to reproduce the error today.
Yesterday I could reproduce it as often as I wanted, even after rebooting.
I don't know much about how to set up the xorg.conf properly, tried my best,
so if there are mistakes, please enlighten me.

Have you tried Firefox Safe Mode to see if an Add-on is causing your problem?
