SMARTFORM: how to create 3 copy (each copy can print more than one page)
Hello everyone.
my user want to have form that print 3 copy.
such as 1 copy description = master, 2 copy description = copy 1 ,3 copy description = copy 2.
so i create 3 page . I copy from page 1.
and in each page there is main window which can have data more than 1 page.(such as have a lot of sale data ,it's take 2 page for show output .so it's take 2 page in each copy)
please help me.

Why can't I print more than one page?

I'm pring a lafge text:

That is I use one af:inputText with many rows.
To send it for pring I use JavaScript.

When printing it clips the text. If the text is more than one page it print only one page. I need to continue printing on the next pages (not to clip). When printing othe web-pages it distributes it onto several paper pages.

I have Acrobat and Reader 9.3.3. With either program I can't print more than 1 page of any PDF despite changing settings. What will fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Adobe strongly recommends that you should NOT have Acrobat and Reader installed on the same system. They have the bad habit on stepping on each other's files. You do not need both programs to read PDF files.
You should uninstall Reader and repair Acrobat. I also recommend that you restart after removing Reader and after repairing Acrobat.

How to read a tiff file that has more than one page?

Hi,
I use JAI to read TIFF image and get the pixels from a raster object. A TIFF file can have more than one image in itself. The JAI doc from SUN only mentioned that we can get the number of IFD (image file directory) by using
getNumDirectories() function but no description about how to get different images separately out of one TIFF file. Does any one know how to do it or some example programs implementing such function? Thanks a lot.

How to create a text which can support more than 500 chars ?

    In my interactive form, I have one text, the value inside this text is longtext, the length will be more than 500 chars.
    My problem is now , if there is more than 100 chars, there will be duplicated chars in this text.
    Can I make this text support overlap ? when the value have too many chars, it will display in next row ? is it possible ?

The 2 points are compulsory for multiline display.
Could you please let me know the following things.
1. Is that field is wrapped by any position content subform.If this is the case, try making flow content.
2. Is there any field below the text field and the 2 fields are wrapped in position content, In this case also make the subform as flow content.
Refer the example form FP_TEST_01 in SFP transaction.Check the subform and field properties.
Make a backup before making changes.

How can I print more than one page of an internet site?

When I try to print pages from internet sites (Facebook, Merchant Circle, Linked In, NBC.com, etc.), Firefox will only print the first page.
In order to print more information, it is necessary to reduce the scale of the print so more of the information will print on the first page.
How can I print out more than just one page of a website without having to make the print so small that I cannot read it when it prints?

Firefox has problems with some style rules.
First, it's always helpful to use any print-formatted or print-optimized version of the page. Sometimes there is a link for this.
Second, in some cases you need to use this trick: press Ctrl+a to select all content on the page, then Ctrl+p to display the print dialog, and click the radio button next to Selection.
Those tricks don't always work, but hopefully they will help.

I would use PL_SQL table versus a VARRAY for this purpose as you will have an advantage of joining PL_SQL table if you want to in your SQL statements in the procedure.
1. At the SQL prompt, create a type using,
   create or replace type myTable as table of VARCHAR2(100);
2. Pass the table to your procedure as IN OUT parameter,

myProc(pvar1 IN Number, passingArray IN OUT myTable) AS

        passingArray(passingArray.count) := 'what ever';
    end loop;

3. From your Main prog, you call Myproc

   --At this point, You would be able to Join the PL_SQL table
   --which gives you the power of using SQL with PL_SQL tables
   end; -- end of main program
4. All done!I have not shown how to use PL_SQL tables in SELECT statements, as that is not the subject here.
At the end of the story, I would say, if you know the number of arguments that you are going to pass to a procedure, Simply use "that many" IN OUT parameters to finish your task(9 in your case). Although the proc call looks large with this, it is much simpler. The above approach is VERY helpful if YOU DO NOT KNOW THE NUMBER OF ARGUMENTS that you are sending AND receiving From a procedure.

CUPS - can't seem to print more than one page

Most of the time, it actually doesn't print anything. There's nothing in the error log. The job simply graduates to finished state without printing. Or some times, if I'm lucky, it'll print the first page, and graduate the job to finish state.

How do you back up or go forward more than one page at a time? Older verisions list all the previous pages when you click on forward or back page arrows new 4.0 only lets you go one page at a time
