Smartform in PCUI

Hi all,
We are using PCUI, on application CRMM_ACCOUNT screen we have created one button for saving Factsheet, we need to call a smartform which will show all the deatils of the factsheet data.
in that for a single view we need to reading data for all infoblocks assign to that view and need to display these infoblocks on smartform.
we need to call a smartform which will contain all fact sheet data in it when the user clicks the button,
if anyone knows abt how to call a smartform from PCUI or any other details
please share it.

Hi Bhargava,
I would suggest you to place a breakpoint at class- CL_CRM_BSP_IL method-READ and see if MAC is sending the et_screen_structure correctly filled in. MAC may not be sending the data to PCUI framework correctly. If it's , write further.

Hi all,
I have a new smart forms created for Billing Actions. Its coming up in SAP GUI. But when I go into Actions Tab of Billing in PCUI and click on add button, value help is coming up with no Smart forms in it. How to get that form in PCUI? Is any configuration I am missing?

You can read the attachment of the Quatotation using the CRM document library functions and extract the content of the documents. After this this can be put as part of the smart form.
Starting point will to explore CRM document library CLDocument should give you some hints.

Smartform not working in PCUI

Hi experts,
I'm facing this issue:
I created a Z* form for opp print, it works perfectly fine in GUI, but cannot open in PCUI.
There's an error like this: "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly".
Any suggestion on this?

Smartform not working for languages other than EL (english) !

I have a scenario of producing a pdf form(smartform) by clicking on a button in PC-UI portal .
Whenever i tried generating the pdf form (smartform) in any diff. language rather than english by logging in PCUI portal in that language , i found the following:
In the code, generated by the smartform, there is a function call to function ssfcomp_process_document.
It returns sy-subrc 1 and the error is FORMATTING_ERROR. , whenver other 4 languages are used instead of english .
Can anyone help? suggest possible reasons for this ?

Hi
I think you need to first translate the smartform into other languages. Before translation, it wont work.
Steps for translation:
1. goto Transaction SE63
2. in R3 Enterprise select form menu
Translation - ABAP Objects - Other long texts
3. select FS - SSF-Smart Form
4. Object Name: choose your smart form
5. select target language
6. press edit

I am an ABAPER working in CRM Module .Also working in PCUI . I got a requirement for CRM Portal where I need to display the Smartforms output in Powerpoint format when user clicks on Print button. Previously there are in PDF Format.Can anyone help on this ?? Please..

Your requirement is not specific ,weder you want the output saved in XLS format in the smartform....or u want to download the data in XLS format?
1. Function Module 'SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT' : from internal table to Excel file .
2. FM ''SO_DOCUMENT_REPOSITORY_MANAGER' : To attach this file as an attachment in a mail in this pass the file and other details of sender and receiver.

Quotations PCUI - Send Attachements with the Quotation-Smarforms

Hi Experts,
I've got a question concerning smartforms and attachments in the PCUI - Environment.
We've created a smartform in the quotation application and we starting sending this smarftorm with actions, that means if the Quotation is ready to send, we can choose sending via fax, e-mail or print it out with the actions. This works fine, but now we have the requirement to send all documents (normaly pdf - documents) of the quotation directly with the quotation-smartform (product-datasheet for example). Is this possible, do you have any experience in this topic?
We use CRM 5.0 - and Sapnetweaver 2004s portal...

Print activity in Maintain Activity: Which is the SAPSCRIPT o SMARTFORM

Hi to all,
to day a friend of mine have a problem with a print.
In the "Maintain Activity" (CRMD_BUS2000126 transaction) there is the possibility of printing the activity.
There is no immediate output but a spool.
We have to change the output, bue we don't now which is, the sapscript (and if the output is a sapscript)?
Do Anyone know about this?

Enzo,
This is actually quite simple to manage for business transactions. You can control the customizing for actions by using the transaction SPPFCADM. In here you have the customizing for all the actions related to the business transaction. You can alternately get to the parts of this screen via the IMG
CRM->Basic Functions->Actions->Actions in Transaction.
For activitiy it appears that the system is using the standard smartform CRM_ACTIVITY_BUSACT01. I believe you can either redefine the form being used or create a new print action if needed. I personally would recommend that you might want to create a specific action profile for what your users will be needing and assign that to your document type for activities. However I assuming you have copied the standard activity transaction type to a Z-document type for customizing.
Action processing is very flexible and can be used to do almost anything in the background upon request in the business transaction. Another benefit is that action processing works the same in the PCUI or SAP GUI so no need to worry about which one to use.
If you have any more questions reply back, but take a look at the IMG documentation and the wizard and it should be relatively easy to configure.

Abdul, is it not a valid option to translate your SAPScript to a Smartform? This is much easier to handle and also follows SAP's future development. Tiest.

Filename in Webdynpro for a PDF created with Smartform

Hi,
I created a PDF with Smartform in my Webdynpro-Application.
When I click the save button there is a default filename f.pdf .
How can I change the filename?

I am facing the same problem with ESS payslip (smartform/Hrform): my customer wants to have custom file name for download salery statements from the portal. Do you know how to change the default form name unknown.pdf to e.g.. "payslip_month_year"?
I spent a lot of time to find any possibility to get and change the file name but without success till now.

Sy-tabix for internal table in smartform

Hi friends,
How to capture the sy-tabix value for the entries in an internal table which has been looped into the loop of table node of a smartform?? I need to print something immedaitely after the end of the table
For every record the value of sy-tabix is showing 1 !!

Give ur sy-tabix at the end of the loop.
loop at itab.
//table node populations.
endloop.
give a seperate loop for this.
loop at itab.
sy-tabix.
endloop
get the total no and print it after the table.
If u r using do loop then give sy-index.

Dunning won't print to smartform

Hey all,
I've been trying to set up the Dunning process to print to the standard SAP dunning smartform (F150_DUNN_SF). Here's what I've done so far:
1. Used transaction BF31 to change the function module for dunning to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF.
2. Used transaction SPRO under Financial Accounting->Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning->Printout->Assign Dunning Forms to set the Form for our custon procedure for all 3 Dunning Levels to F150_DUNN_SF
3. I then run the dunning report out of transaction F150. The Dunning list shows that the customer should receive the letter.
When I try to print, the job terminates. When I check the job log in SM37, I get the following error: "Include text does not exist (object TEXT, ID )" (Message class SSFCOMPOSER, Message No. 610). Everything looks like it is set up correctly. Did I miss a step?

Seems that the smartform that you are using has a standard text which is not avaliable check the smartform for standard texts being used and check if they are all avaliable in SO10.

Hello,
I had thought that your 4th output of the Transaction is an output of a list and NOT from a SCRIPT.
Now, if it is a SAP SCRIPT ourput, it is quite simple as you have to get the OTFDATA from the SCRIPT. But you may have to make the correction in your SAPSCRIPT driver program.
Sample:
CALL FUNCTION 'CLOSE_FORM'
     TABLES
          otfdata                  = te_otf_table
     EXCEPTIONS
          unopened                 = 1
          bad_pageformat_for_print = 2
          OTHERS                   = 3.
Next you may EXPORT this OTF Data Internal Table to ABAP Memory.
In your program where you are calling all the 3 forms + the transaction which outputs the SAPScript output, the exported data may be imported and appended into the MAIN Interal Table and single PDF could be generated.
Secondly, The PRINT prieview of the SSFs could be generated by passing Export options of the SSF FM
SAmple:
ssfctrlop-no_dialog = ' '.
CALL FUNCTION l_form

         output_options     = ssfcompop

see my requirment was to print TM as superscript for HLL ,already smartstyle is there, and also a character format with superscript is also defined.
then aftet HLL how it prints as superscript.
for HLL we are using another character format and for superscript we are using the another character format.

HI,
If u use templates or table,then use borders to print the horizontal lines.
Eg : Create template-->Table painter->click select pattern button->Display framed pattern->select 3rd one.it will display only horizantal lines.
if want to print horizantal line under the text, then create one paragraph or character formate with Underline in smartstyles.Use that paragraph or character to u r text element

Hi,
if i remember correct <600> is the value for bullets.
you can insert this using sap system symbols ---> select bullets (before this place your cursor where ever you want the bullets.
eg:
P1 <600> test.
