Hi,
If the Script is ready with all the programming done for data display, then it can be associated with Sales Order using transaction 'NACE'.
Goto 'NACE'.
Select Application as 'V1'.
Press Output Types button in the application toolbar.
Select any output type which u need to associate with uir Sales Order say BA00.
Double click on Processing routines on the left.
This will give u a table in which there will be multiple output options.
In the Print output, specify ur Driver Program and the Form Layout name.

Sap script for sales order

I copied RVORDER01 to Z, made changes. Now I need to convert it to landscape format. I did it in basic settings DINA4 L, but when I see in print preview of sales order, it still shows portrait. I see my changes but except landscpae. Do I need to do anything else to see print preview in landscape?

Sample script to insert into mtl_transactions_interface for sales order

Hi,
can any one provide me the script to insert into mtl_transactions_interface for sales order transactions. actually i have to create the transactions for all the assemblies/components of C* item (configured item). as per the standard functionality it will create only for the C* item.

If I understood your question correctly, your requirement is as follows.
You have a sales order for a configured item - say C*123.
The components of C*123 are A and B.
A and B as well as C*123 appear on the sales order.
When you ship the sales order, Oracle will create sales order issue transaction for C*123.
You would like to use the transactions interface to create sales order issue transactions for A & B.
That is wrong thing to do.
You should not create a sales order issue for A & B.
You need to BUILD C*123 by creating a work order. You need to perform WIP component issue transaction for A & B.

Driver Program is the program which is used to link the form and the ABAP program.
U have to use the FM 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME' to give the form name.
Here 'Z_TRNG_SMART_MUL_PURCH_T012' is the form name.

Fetch Vat and Octroi value for Sales Order Smartform .

I am using a copy of /SMB40/SDORC_A smartform for sales order creation . I have to pass the vat and octroi of individual item as well as on the final total and then give the final bill amount . Can anyone please tell bewhich fields should i use and which areas do i need to do the changes in the smartform.

New Smartform for Sales Order

Dear Gurus,
We need to Print Sales Order & we are creating new Smartform for the same.
The standard Output type for Sales Order is BA00, but we have created new output & assigneed the same in Output determination.
Now to the best of my knowledge, the Output type (e.g. BA00) calls a particular standard SAP Program (e.g. RVADOR01) & subsequently that Program transfer Sales Order number & othre data to the SAPScript which Prints the out in required format.
Now that we are creating a new Smartform our ABAPers are facing a problem on how to import the Sales Order Number in Z-report.
Can anyone please help...

RVADOR01 is for SAPscripts only, there is a different program for Smartforms. Unfortunately, we don't have it right now and I can't remember the name, but you can find it through the SAP Marketplace or on SDN.
Even if you have created a custom Smartform, you can still use the standard processing program, as long as the interface is the same. But if you have to develop a custom output program, it probably makes sense to make an exact copy of the standard one and then only to change what's necessary. For example, take a look at the Smartform program for billing output RLB_INVOICE, it wouldn't be much different for the orders. In NAST table you'll get the document number and partner data and you can go from there.

Form routine for sales order adobe forms

Hi Friends,
I have a requirement to create z adobe forms for sales order for customized output type.
When i checked, there is no form routine designed for calling the adobe forms.
So, i am planning to copy the standard print program which is available for script and smartforms and creating a z form routine to include the function modules for calling the adobe form.
Can any one please let me know whether have you worked in any of the same kind of situations and my apporach is ok or anything else can be done.

Plz check your caller program for the same and just find out the output type. for that purpose use the Tcode: NACE for finding the output type than proceed accordingly.

Table for Sales Order BOM

Hello Friends,
I would like to know the database table which stores Sales Order BOM details.
Actually I want to print the BOM Header Text in my output smartform. For this, I am using the below data.
Language : EN
Text Id : KZU
Text Object : BOM
Text name : Combination of SY-MANDT 'K' and BOM in transaction CS62.
I dont know from where should i pick up this BOM Number.

check the tables STPO and STKO
you may find the BOM number for sales order
also use the Table KDST to link the Sales order to BOM
and also use the table MAST to find the link to MATERIAL BOM by taking the sales order material
