Smartform Priniting in F-58

Hi,
Standard uses SapScript to print F-58 form. I want to replace it with my smartform. Can anyone help out how to do it?

Dear,
Usually you need not to deduct TDS at the time of F-58 because TDS on invoice must have been deducted.
If you still want this then make sure when you create invoice for vendor in F-43 and when system gives you pop up, you must enter payment withholding tax type and tax code which will deduct TDS at the time of F-58.

I m priniting the smartform for the Customer statement and i m using SFSY-PAGE and SFSY-FORMPAGES for the page number and for total number for pages. There am facing the problem of * in SFSY-FORMPAGES..

Changing script to smartforms fro chk priniting

Hi ,
I have to do a check priniting using the F110 transaction.
We were previously using a Script but then as per one requireemnt where in the number was to displayed in a white colour in a black box ;as this functionality cannot be acheived using the script, I was think whether we can use a smartform and assign it the corresponding print program.and use it in the F110 transaction.

How to avoid blank lines in smartforms?

Hi all,
I am using an INCLUDE TEXT in a smartform. The problem is it is priniting with the blank lines entered in the standard text.
I couldn't find any option for avoiding these blank lines using the respective smartstyles.
Is there any option to avoid the blank lines ? Please help me.

Hi,
well if the blank lines are present in the include text.
then you have to modify the standard text.
in the smartform the text is printed as it is.
you need to make changes to the standard text.

Prinitng smartform tables in full sheet

Dear All Gurus,
This is my request. I need to print a customized smartform (ex :GRN) according to below.
Format of Smartform(1 page Smartform) :
Header Windows (Adress / LOGO)
Table Data
Footer window (signatuees / agreement texts)
(If the smartform prints 3 sheets (due to a lot of rows in the table) -
1st sheet should show the header windows & table
2nd sheet will carry out printing rest of the table data without priniting Header window (The total page space should be taken by table)
3rd sheet will print the last rows of table & footer windows )
I have designed the smartform & prints pages as above. But I cant figure out the way to expand the size of the table in the 2nd page to print it in full page.

Kindly note that this smartform is 01 page smartform. (I have designed everything in single page.)
Header Windows (Adress / LOGO)
Main window (Table Data )
Bottom window (signatuees / agreement )
What happens here is if the table has 5 rows of Data, it is printed perfectly in a single A4 sheet according to my requirement because space is enough to print everything.
But if there are 500 rows of Data in the table, what needs to be done is from 2nd A4 sheet onwards the table should acquire the total space of the sheet (including space given to LOGO, Address windows & bottom windows) until the loop ends.
How do I get the total space because the table doesnt expand the size in main window of the smartform.
Can we get that by expanding main window in 2nd page as you said?

Smartforms - SD order confirmation (urgent)

I am customizing the SD order confirmation smartform SMB40/SDORC_L. I need the following changes to make:
1. In sold-to-party & ship-to-party window there is "Company" prinited. How can I remove this "Company".
2. What is the database table and field to get the ship-to-number.
3. how to add terms-of-payment.
4. Need to add New account group = 'consignee' in Ship-to-party window.
5. how to print delivary date in words like(jun 1st 2006).
please try to respond to any of the above questions. full points assured even for single answer. thanks

1. As you are customizing the standard form, you need to remove the company text element that need to be removed.
2. Look at VBPA where all the partners for a give order are stored. You need to choose the right partner type for the Ship to party.
3. Look at the INCOTERMS field at the header level and item field of the sales order tables (VBAK / VBAP)
4. You need to change the window to add a text element where you have the text CONSIGNEE.
5. You will have to split the date and and write the date manually using a text element. Write program lines where in you can split the date and get whatever format you want.

Check the same printing in another printer
because sometimes it will happen due to printer also.
So check and confirm it
and also check the resolution of the graphic technical settings and the output options in smartform
see the steps correctly
1) In Smart Forms Editor, In left pane, right Click any Page (say Page1) and select Create -> Window, Give it a name and Description (Say Window1)
2) Right Click on Window (Window 1) and select Create -> Graphics, Give it a name and description
3) In general Attributes, Select Name, get search help (F4) , you will find a list of pictures
4) Select any picture and set its Resolution in DPI
5) Press F9 to open Smart Forms Builder, Select window (Window1) and In Output options window set, size and position of the Logo
6) Set any other parameters if required, save and activate.
7) If there is only 1 Window in the forms, set it as Main Window in general attributes.
8) Use TCode SE78 to upload new pictures and logos.

Equivalent program for SAPM07DR when i am using SMARTFORMS

Hi All.
Can any body please tell me what is the equvivalent program for SAPM07DR in samrt forms.
Background:
This is an upgradation from 46b to ECC 6.0. Using T-code MB03 we are now priniting the Goods accompanying document in SAP script. Now we want this to be developed in SmartForms the same existing program cannot be used for this.

Do you want to print Barcode label printing in smartforms?
You can do it by creatting character format in smartstyles. & Create a text in smartfrom & asign the character format to that particular field.

When I click the save button there is a default filename f.pdf .
How can I change the filename?

I am facing the same problem with ESS payslip (smartform/Hrform): my customer wants to have custom file name for download salery statements from the portal. Do you know how to change the default form name unknown.pdf to e.g.. "payslip_month_year"?
I spent a lot of time to find any possibility to get and change the file name but without success till now.

Sy-tabix for internal table in smartform

Hi friends,
How to capture the sy-tabix value for the entries in an internal table which has been looped into the loop of table node of a smartform?? I need to print something immedaitely after the end of the table
For every record the value of sy-tabix is showing 1 !!

Give ur sy-tabix at the end of the loop.
loop at itab.
//table node populations.
endloop.
give a seperate loop for this.
loop at itab.
sy-tabix.
endloop
get the total no and print it after the table.
If u r using do loop then give sy-index.

Dunning won't print to smartform

Hey all,
I've been trying to set up the Dunning process to print to the standard SAP dunning smartform (F150_DUNN_SF). Here's what I've done so far:
1. Used transaction BF31 to change the function module for dunning to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF.
2. Used transaction SPRO under Financial Accounting->Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning->Printout->Assign Dunning Forms to set the Form for our custon procedure for all 3 Dunning Levels to F150_DUNN_SF
3. I then run the dunning report out of transaction F150. The Dunning list shows that the customer should receive the letter.
When I try to print, the job terminates. When I check the job log in SM37, I get the following error: "Include text does not exist (object TEXT, ID )" (Message class SSFCOMPOSER, Message No. 610). Everything looks like it is set up correctly. Did I miss a step?

Seems that the smartform that you are using has a standard text which is not avaliable check the smartform for standard texts being used and check if they are all avaliable in SO10.

Hello,
I had thought that your 4th output of the Transaction is an output of a list and NOT from a SCRIPT.
Now, if it is a SAP SCRIPT ourput, it is quite simple as you have to get the OTFDATA from the SCRIPT. But you may have to make the correction in your SAPSCRIPT driver program.
Sample:
CALL FUNCTION 'CLOSE_FORM'
     TABLES
          otfdata                  = te_otf_table
     EXCEPTIONS
          unopened                 = 1
          bad_pageformat_for_print = 2
          OTHERS                   = 3.
Next you may EXPORT this OTF Data Internal Table to ABAP Memory.
In your program where you are calling all the 3 forms + the transaction which outputs the SAPScript output, the exported data may be imported and appended into the MAIN Interal Table and single PDF could be generated.
Secondly, The PRINT prieview of the SSFs could be generated by passing Export options of the SSF FM
SAmple:
ssfctrlop-no_dialog = ' '.

If u use templates or table,then use borders to print the horizontal lines.
Eg : Create template-->Table painter->click select pattern button->Display framed pattern->select 3rd one.it will display only horizantal lines.
if want to print horizantal line under the text, then create one paragraph or character formate with Underline in smartstyles.Use that paragraph or character to u r text element
