Smartforms: main window side by side at the same page

Hi friends,
how can I print the content of my main window side by side at the same page?
In SapScript is very easy, I just make two "page windows" of the main window and position it.
Do I need to do this control manually?

Hi,
I think this is not possible as we have to use MAIN window if our data is going to over flow into other pages.
Even if we use templates and loop nodes in secondary windows, then this will do fine for one page. But the data is not going to over flow into the next page if we have more data.

Printing from the main window -- song order is not the same as playlist ??

Let's say you have a album with 18 songs. The songs are in the exact order of the album, from 1 of 18 all the way to 18 of 18. (track numbers are also correct, in order). You view by album (constrain the results window by searching for album title)
Now, print. Select any option, (I tried both cd jewel as well as song listing -- doesn't matter which you select).
The ORDER of the printed song list (or jewel case insert) DOES NOT MATCH the order of the songs in the album.
What good is that?
I can recreate this with various albums.
This NEVER happened before version 10.
Anyone have any info on this?
PS -- if you create a PLAYLIST and then copy the album into the playlist, it prints just fine. The issue is printing from the main window when in album view mode.

Try changing X postion to not equal to zero something else for example.

Smartform - Main window

Hello,
I need to create a smartform with the following behaviour:
When the page shown is the last one, the main window has to take half page. On the other hand, when the page shown is not the last one, its main window has to take almost the whole page (I need a bigger main window).
When only exists one page, the first page is also the last one.

Its Possible, as I feel.
Just need to design 2 pages.
PAGE1: Keep the header and item part as you want to.
PAGE2: copy the MAIN WINDOW of PAGE1 to PAGE2.
             Increase the size of the MAIN WINDOW in page2 .This is the flexibility that smartform gives and
             we don't get this main window resizing facility in SAPscript it remain same in first and second
             page.
Navigate to : loop->table->footer.
Create folder and under folder create window to display your footer details.
And please unckeck the check box "On page break" in the footer condition tab.

Data to be continued in the same page instead of next

Hello All,
I want data to be continued on the same page on right hand side instead of extending to the next page as below.
Is this possible at all? I am using an RDF report (10g) and on R12.

Thanks for your reply. But I think I did not explain the requirement correct. Right Now the data appears as below

3.............
4............
5..........
6.............
7............
And it goes to the next page as the ID increases. But I want the data to be printed on the right hand side of the same page instead of in the next page. And if the right hand side is filled too then it should go to the next page.
I was wondering if anyone had this fulfilled before.

How Do I Change Trackpad Settings on the "Windows" Side of the MBA?

Happy to report that I succesfully installed Windows XP on my MBA SSD. However, I can't seem to find the options in Windows XP to change the trackpad settings (e.g., click with touch, speed, etc.). I see mouse, keyboard, etc. settings but no touch/track pad. Any direction would be much appreciated.

My understanding is there is no hardware driver written for windows side for the hardware in the MBA. I wish there was, I love my MBA - but I use it primarily as a windows XP machine.

TS3276 On the left side of the mail page there is an "On My Mac" header with several folders included. One of the folders, in white, is one called "recovered mail" I don't know how this got there and am not able to delete it. Not receiving any email now.

set the wake-on lan on the main computer
The laptop's too far away from the router to be connected by ethernet. It's all wifi.
No separate server app on the laptop, it's all samba
The files are on a windows laptop and a hard drive hooked up to the windows laptop. The windows share server is pants, so I'd need some sort of third party server running. Maybe you weren't suggesting to use Samba to connect to the windows share though?
I'm glad that you've all understood my ramblings and taken and interest, thanks The way I see it, I can't be the only netbook user these days looking for this kind of convenience, and I certainly won't be once chrome and moblin hit the market.

How to print horizantal lines in smartforms main window table

hi ABAP gurus,
i am faceing the problem in smartforms main window, i created the table, in that header, main area, footer is coming and i am created the line type in that five culamns, i am specifing the header and main area data, after the printing the header information, in main area 5 record or more than 5 records,each record after one harizantel line, it will be print a table maner i.e 5 culamns and more than 5 rows in a table.

Problem With Smartform Main window

Dear All,
I have a requirement in which I need to print a PO using Smartforms.
In this requirement we need to check a flag, and based on the flag we need to call the subsequent pages.
if the Flag is set then I need to print the first page 2 times and after these two pages Terms and conditions page would come.
In the main window of first page i have put a contition check for this flag.If the condition is true I am calling the First page as Next page and if the condition is not true the Last page(T&C) is called.
now, the issue is when the condition is true means when I need to call the first page twice then the very first page of the output is coming fine but when the same page is printed again the item details are not getting printed also the last page is not coming in this case.
please help.

When you are calling first page again (as Second page) based on your flag, it will copy the only the content of all windows except main widow.
To solve your issue, Put the same loop again in the mainwindow with condition which is used for trigerring second page.(Repeat page).

Smartforms main window is not printing

Hi,
I would like to ask what to do with this problem.
The smartform main window is not printing in all the pages. All the other windows, even the window with the total data is printing. The only problem is the contents of the main window is not printing.
Also, the problem only happens when the I've changed printer.
When I use LOCL as printer, the smartform is OK but when I change the printer, the problem is encountered.
This also happens when I change environment from development server to production server. In production server, even the LOCL printer is encountering the problem.

Hi Mike,
Have you checked the device type in transaction SPAD? Try to click on Full Admininstration from application toolbar and select device types.

In Firefox 3.6 on Windows you can hide the menu bar via "View > Toolbars" or via the right click context menu on a toolbar.
Press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the menu bar.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the menu bar or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide.

Putting two separate images side by side in the same document

Hello
I'm new to the community and hope I'm posting this question in the right area.
I've downloaded the 30 day free trial of Photoshop CC 2014 and I'm attempting to put 2 separate images side by side in the same document based on an instructional video I watched on Lynda.
I know of one way to do this but, the Lynda's instructor method made things look so much easier and quicker to do.
He didn't create a new canvas or make any image size adjustments.
He basically imported 2 images, used the move tool to drag the open image and drop it in the the tab heading of the other image.
After doing that, he ended up with two layers, the background layer and the "layer 1" layer.
He then was able to use the move tool again to position layer 1 in the document and then use the expand all option (I think it was) so both images were visible side by side.
He moved the layer 1 layer to the far left that it almost wasn't visible and that's why he used the expand all function.
The problem I'm running into is, I'm not getting the "layer 1" after doing the drag and drop.
The only layer I have is the background layer.
The odd thing is, that was the only layer he had as well after he did the drag and drop.
But, after he gave the tip of holding the shift key while the drag and drop was being done to center the images, it was then, the layer 1 layer appeared in his layers pallet.
I tried holding the shift key as well and I still can't get the layer 1 to appear.
I've watched the video a few times to see if I missed something he did and i can't see that I have.
How do I get layer 1 to appear so I can complete the rest of the process described in the video?
If any members here have full access to the Lynda videos, this is the one I watched:
The instructions for this particular process is about half way through the 4 minute video.
I've sent basically the same question to Lynda but it could take up to 3 business days for a reply and I was hoping someone here might have an answer sooner.

FF not printing right hand side of the web page using MAC OSX

FF is not printing out the right hand side of the web page. 1/2 to 1 inch i text is just cut off. Never had a problem in the past with this. Just happened, I believe after I upgraded FF. I am using MacBook Pro OSX.

I have had problems with Firefox printing pages through most of the Firefox versions. I have tried printing in different ways to no avail.
Among my attempts:
printing to pdf, printing selected text, scaling down the page, using the print mode if the art. offers one. None seem to fix the problem.
Not only does the right margin text get cut off but oftentimes only the first page prints, the rest of the article doesn´t. It just happened again so I went to Safari and the problem disappeared. I believe there´s a serious problem here.
