Smartforms output in list display

hi,
Table borders are not displayed in list display of the spool request.how to resolve this?

  • Problem in displaying data in the smartform output.

    Dear Freinds,
                    I have a requirement as per my requirement i have to display the employee dependents details in the smartform output.
    I have taken a table in smartform and collected all teh employee dependents details . Each dependents his own  details around 8 fields. so iam displaying in the smartform it is working till now no problem ........iam getting data as below

    These are the one of the dependentds details iam having till now , like this i have another dependts details. Now the problem i have
    to add some fields to this list ( to this internal table) ...........if iam adding one more feild data is getting truncated as i dont have any more fields to add to right in the horizontal line........how can i solve this issue and how can i add further fields to this list
    like date of birth of the dependents and gender
    please could any one tell how i can solve this issue.

    If this is a Tablethen only thing you can do is re-size the grid and font size to adjust your data. Like, displaying HEADINGS & DATAs in 2 rows instead of 1, etc.
    Nothing else can be done. Otherwise you have to trim down the data to adjust in one page.

  • Smartforms: Blank line is displaying in item list from page2 onwords

    Hi Guys,
    In Output messages(ME9K), using smartform to display list. First page layout and 2nd, 3rd .......pages layout is different.
    so i defind two pages. output list displaying is correct which is more then 2 pages, but from 2nd page onwords one blank line is coming in mainwindow at items list.
    2nd page i selected is mode:Page and overall page unchanged.
    can you suggest me please.

    I'd guess that you're getting an "extra value". The tenth parameter to select_list_from_lov can be set to 'NO' to suppress this but you'll want to determine why there is an extra value if you aren't expecting one.

    Try like this.
    Data : v_amount type i value 11200,
              v_final type string
    If u r getting currency, then check the currency.
    If Curr  eq 'USD'
    concatenate '$' v_amount into v_final separated by space.
    endif.
    Print V_FINAL where do u want.

    I think following should work
    Go to  transaction Data->Actions tab in CRMD_ORDER transaction.
    If action is already defined then you can select the action adn see the preview

  • Smartform Output Amount display in Parenthesis

    Hi,
    In a Smartform Output my varaible (X_VAR type p decimals 2) is printing out as 434543.65-.
    I want my output to be in this format (434543.65) rather than with negative Sign.
    Due to my requirement I can't change the type of variables.
    Any idea how to Show it on Smartform .Unfortunately Concatenation doesn't work with Variables of Type p.
    Any ideas?

    Omitting the Leading Sign:
    The ITCDP-TDULPOS field contains the value -100.00. The ABAP Dictionary definition for this field includes a leading sign.
    &ITCDP-TDULPOS& -> 100.00-
    &ITCDP-TDULPOS(S)& -> 100.00
    You might be getting syntax error since smart form editor
    is case sensitive. Try with all capital.

  • SMARTFORMS: 'OUTPUT CANNOT BE ISSUED error

    Hi,
    I have designed a smartform for Delivery document. One of the delivery has 700 lines of Packing for 1 single line item. When I execute this delivery, the output is not displayed The error message is "the output could not be issued".
    In debug mode I find that it is giving error in function module SSFCOMP_WRITE_TEXT for the 518th line of the packing list. The data in this line is similar to previous lines and there does not seem to be anything different in this line. The function module is returning sy-subrc = 2.
    if i reduce the packings to 517lines, then the document gets printed correctly. Otherwise it gives an error.
    I need to display the line item alongwith the entire packing lines.
    Please help.

    Hi Shilpa,
    First don't run thro the program.
    u just activate the smartform and then execute the Smartform. then u see the exception. the error belongs to window size is not enough space to write the text. Maybe it is overlapping the other windows.
    So correct the window size then u run thro the program.
    Otherwise it is related to Alignment problem.  That means check margins and positions.

    I want to get my smartform output in a word doc instead of PDF. I've gone thorough the previous threads for the same thing but couldn't find any exact solution. can anyone tell me how this is to be done?

    There is no standard possibility to do Word outputs in SAP.
    you can do manually..
    After the print preview, Select the menu Goto->List Display.
    Now select the menu System->List->Save->Local File.
    Now you can select the radio buttion Rich Text Format.
    Now you save the document as a .doc file (say test.doc)
    That is it!!!!!
    Anyway you can develop connection of Mail-merge technology of Microsoft and SAP ABAP class i_oi_document_proxy.

    I think you can do it manually.

  • Smartform output as .rtf file

    Does anyone of you know if it is posible to sent out a Smartform/Sapscript generated from a transaction document (e.g. PO, Sales order) by email in the .rtf (Rich Text Format) format?

    Hi Gaurav,
    To get the output of your samrtform in .rtf format.First execute your smartform now go to GOTO->List Display after this your layout is displayed in list format .Now again go to System>List>save>Local file-->now select rich text format option and say ok.Now it will ask you for the path where to save give the path and you will get your samrt form displayed in rtf format.But you cannot display LOGO here in rtf.

    Hi,
    I want to send the output of a smartform as html in email body.

    However I am getting the email as:

    my requirement is in selection screen i have 4 radio buttons . if i click 1 radio button it will duiisplay data and and its header. report is working fine. my requirement id when i click r_mssng radio button(missing radio button) it is showing data correctsly. here i want to show header as 'Missing details report'.

  • Hide delete option is not working in ALV List  Display- urgent

    Hi All,
    In my program i am displaying the output by using alv list display. after displaying the data i am displaying my own pf status here. in this i have few pushbuttons like
    selest all, deselect all, hide . first two options are working fine. when i click hide button selected records are going to be hide.but this is not happening in my program. any body cam send me the code plz.

    Hi,
    What do you mean by Hiding the records.
    Deleting completely from the screen.
    You can just delete the records from the internal table and pass to field catalog before displaying again.
    or serach in the slis structrue for hiding the contents of the output.
