SMARTFORMS - want to Change Editor - For 'Code'

Dear Friends,
I can work on Report & Screen efficiently.
But, I learned Smartforms as Trial & Error - also developed a few.
For Smartforms - In 'Code' - I have to write no. of lines ( a lengthy code).
Is it possible u2013 to change the editor (like u2018textu2019) or display the Code in full page.

HI,
If you want to change the code of smartform, Open the smartform and go to Global Definitions -> then click on initialization tab. Click on pencil button to change it to write mode.
Alternatively,
After activating the Smartform, Go to Menu -> Environment -> Function Module Name ->Click.
Copy the name of the FM including slash. open SE37 and paste the FM name to display the source code of the Smartforms.

Apple does not take trade-ins. In a few countries Apple does work with a company who will give you some return on an existing device; for the US, see:

Similar programs are available in a few other countries, and some dealers may have their own trade-in programs. But you most probably can get more for your device if you sell it yourself, as Eric suggested.

Smartform-Want to change addtext to password protected form

Hi Experts,
There is one customized smartform.Want to change/add new text to page but its showing message 'The document is password protected.
Special restriction in effect.You may only insert comment to this region.' and not allowing me to change text.
Please suggest the steps to chenge the text.Its very orgent so please reply soon.

Hi,
You have entered the smartform in display mode.
Just come out of smatform and enter into from 'SAP Smart Forms: Initial Screen' in change mode by clicking on Change button.

Want to change template for an application

I made my first test application on oracle's provided platform.
I chose the template with No tabs. Now I realize I need the tabs. I dont find a way to change the template assigned to an application.
Is it really allowed or not ??

Raghav,
If you just want to change template for that particular page, go to edit page and in the Display Attributes select the template that you want, by default its Application level default. For changing the application default template go to Home>Application Builder>Application #>Shared Components>Themes>Create/Edit Theme and there you can change the default values.

Go to utilities > general > restrictions and enter the password. Then click on Disable password. Next click on Enable Password. Enter the new restrictions password and repeat to confirm. Make sure you write this down somewhere, because if you forget the Restrictions password, the only way to remove it is to restore the iPod to factory settings.

You have to move everything from one computer to the other, then sync.
Migration assistant can do this, you can use your back up for this.

In ck40n transaction,material bom valuation is depnding on mixed ratio.
My requirement is to change the logic,Iam debugging the ck40n transaction for costing,but iam unable to getting the right position to change the logic for mixed costing (average).

In solution 1, I had a procurement alternative and mixing ration in plant 200 and a special procurement type for costing in plant 210.
Before calculating the mixed costing in plant 200 I had to eliminate the spec.proc.type for costing in plant 210 otherwise, the calculation got into a loop.
Without the spc.proc.type in plant 210, I got a correct mixed costing in plant 200.
Then I enter the spec.proc. type for costing again in plant 210 and calculate the cost price. This copies the mixed costing from plant 200. So far, OK.
But as soon as I save this cost estimate in plant 210, the reports in CK11N or CK13N get incorrect for the first calculation made for plant 0210 while costing in plant 0200 is overwritten by this result. Now the report gets into a loop and you can drill down endlessly.

Mass Change Of Vendor Code in Purchasing Info Records

Hi All,
I have one query and I already search a lot for it but didn't find any specific solutions.
I want to change a vendor code in around 1000 Purchasing Info Record, I had already tried for Mass Maintenance Through T. Code - MEMASSIN, But I found Vendor field in New Values as Grey Field.
Is there any other way to mass change of Vendor in Purchasing Info Records.
Why vendor field is showing me as a grey Field?

Pl correct me if i am wrong....EINA-RELIF field is to check and uncheck for regular vendor...It will not change the vendor ID...
EINA-LIFNR...is the field to change vendor no.., but i can not see this field name is not there in the table...
Still i think that we can not change the vendor id's once it is created for Info record...

Formatted Search that will change the Tax code in SO.

I have a requirements that will allow me to change the Tax Code column via formatted search. Like for exmaple, i have 50 line items in SO and the tax code is ZO. If i want to change the tax code, i will select it for individual items. Anyone can help me to have an alternative solution that will prevent me to change it per item.?

You can have a work around for this....
Just create a UDF say U_Tax at Header level...
Just Create a FMS for Tax Code say..
SELECT * FROM OSTC T0
Save this tax code FMS to thus UDF.
When yo select a particular Tax Code in this Field through this saved FMS
this Tax Code gets copied to each and every line say for 100 lines also.
For this you have run other FMS which is below...
SELECT $[ORDR.U_Tax.0]
Save above FMS in tax Code field say in Sales Ordr form.
Now when you do this you can see if you have 100 line items and you want to copy same tax code in a single click you have to just select single tax code via FMS in U_Tax as i suggested.
The moment you select this Tax Other FMS will be fired and the same will be copied to other 100 lines....

Facts:
Define tax code,
Assign it to bill & ship to customers,
I do all setup in oracle receivable guide for defining tax
Examples: I navigate to order management to create order
First I select the customer and order type after that I navigate to tab line
I enter the item in the first line the tax code coming by default
I enter the second items line also the tax code coming by default etc three ,four, five until line 40
Now I want to change the tax code for all items but not by enter and change it in each line? No,
I want the way that I change Tax Code at order header after that the change is reflect in all items line
Business Impacts:
Suppose I create order include 40 items , I want to change the tax code that coming by default , that require me to enter in each line to change tax cod 40 times ,this not logic and not acceptable from my customer

The defaulting rules apply only for the first time when you are adding new lines on to the Sales Order. Respective field vaues will be defaulted from the SO header level.
In case, if you want to update all the 40 lines for Tax Code in one shot, then please select all the lines on the sales order, try Mass Change.
(Navigation: Tools->Mass Change).
