Smartview indentation no longer working with upgrade

We are currently running HFM and Smartview with Office 2010. We have updated Smartview from version 11.1.2.1.x Build 271 to 11.1.2.2.310 Build 247. The Zoom In function is no longer working properly.
In the prior version:
1. Zoom In = Next Level
2. Member name Display = Member name and Description
3. Indention = Subitems
4. Ancestor Position = Top
The new version has the same settings however since updating to the new version the indentation no longer happens.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a workaround?

Unable to use smartview column suppression features with an Essbase connection.
- Start up excel and then go to the smartview menu -> Options -> Data Options -> Suppress Columns section is active
- Establish an Essbase Shared Connection
- Go into adhoc mode or just double click on a database to bring up the metadata.
- Now go to smartview menu -> Options -> Data Options -> Suppress Columns section is grayed out.
The above feature works fine with a Planning connection.
Is this an Essbase connection limitation?

Installed the Smartview 11.1.2.1.103 (Build 100)
Solution
The following was mentioned in the 11.1.2.2.310 version of the Smart View User's Guide. The description for Suppress Columns was updated as follows:
To streamline the grid, you can suppress columns that contain types of data that you do not need to view.
Notes:
-- In suppressed columns, cell references to Excel formulas are not updated.
-- The Suppress Columns options are not available when connected to an Essbase data source.
So from the above, it is not a supported feature when using an Essbase connection.

Third party contact form widgets no longer working with upgrade - PHP errors

PHP seems to be even more screwed up with the latest update/upgrade to Muse. The previous upgrade started producing the following error message when I uploaded my site via FTP:
"1 Warning - Connection to PHP file failed. Unable to check if this web server supports PHP needed by Muse forms. Be sure the domain name entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct."
However, everything worked and in participating in some queries here, it seemed to be an oddity versus anything serious (things still worked but an error message popped up for no real discernible reason)
Since the latest update, however, widgets that I have from two different companies for the purpose of emailing me through the website, sending messages, etc, are no longer working and the following message is displayed upon hitting "submit"
" Form PHP script is missing from web server, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check if the form PHP script has been uploaded correctly, then contact your hosting provider about PHP configuration."
In checking with my web host provider, I was told
"the page appears to use the script form-u31652.php which does exist on the
server.
Unfortunately that error is not specific enough to point us in the right
direction. PHP is indeed working on the server. However, looking at the
apache web server error logs I can see that the contact form appears to be
looking for a file that does not exist.
To trouble shoot this issue you will want to work with Muse to determine
why the sites coding is looking for the file
/usr/home/NAME/public_html/WEBSITE.com/null."
Any ideas what this means and how to solve this would be great. I've tried re-uploading the entire website, figuring that maybe something wasn't being uploaded via "Modified Only" but it still is happening

That isn't what ended up fixing it, Sanjit. Thanks to this article PHP FAQ for Muse Synchronized Text and help from an online representative from Adobe, was able to troubleshoot with my web provider. Turns out the problem was that a while back Muse deleted the fcgi-bin directory (probably during the previous upgrade, as that is when the PHP errors started to surface with me and others). And it was never put back by Muse even during a clean/full reupload of the website. Had to have my web provider do it manually.

Moving songs around on iPod no longer works with upgrade to iTunes 7

Hi.
I just upgraded iTunes 6 to 7 on Win XP. I used to be able to move songs around on my iPod, but I can no longer do this with the newer version. All of my songs have now been rearranged in a different order than it was originally and I can no longer rearrange them.
Is this a known bug? Is there something I don't know about the new version? I've scanned all the menus and cannot determine if and how this can be done.

Has anyone else had a problem with automounting of flash drives since the upgrade to Gnome 2.30 and udisks?

I have this problem too. Devices are mounted properly in /media, but there is no icon in nautilus/on desktop. Also there is no icon in gnome-mount applet.

Selenium no longer working with upgrade of Firefox 22

I just upgraded to Firefox 22 from 21 now all of my Selenium tests are breaking. Is anyone else having this issue and do you know how to fix it? Thanks

3Dee here again. I was able to solve my problem by upgrading my Selenium. Fixes were made to Selenium to support FF 22.

At first my keyboard did not work with Citrix Receiver after upgrading to OSX 10.9.5 and I found the workaround by using "cmd + tab," however, once my keyboard work within Citrix, the "command, control, and option" keys no longer work. Does anyone have a remedy for this?

I have an all-in-one printer/copier/fax/scanner, HP Office Jet Pro 8500. The scanner no longer works with the Mavericks upgrade. Is it possible to get the scanner back in use? The printer and fax is fine, but I really use the scanner a lot. Please helap me.

All of a sudden, my 4th gen iPod Touch no longer works with my Apple TV, has Apple "upgraded" something to kill off this older unit? (IOS 6.1.2)

Firefox no longer working with Mac OSX 10.4.11

i'm using Mac OSX 10.4.11 and Firefox 3.6.12. As i understand it any of ur upgrades no longer work with this computer system. ( I tried to upgrade last week and ur site said upgrades no available gfor my platform version. Last week every time i conducted a search (default Google) i was redirected to http://search.creativecommons.org/?q=crossword+puzzles&sourceid=Mozilla-search.what gives? Have I been hijacked? also sites that I use daily are clipped and entire pages are smaller than usual . see www.shockwave.com

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Cmd+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
Firefox > Preferences > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
If you open about:crashes, you should get links to online crash reports. You could post some of the crash IDs for review by volunteers here.
Given the timing, another issue might be some ads or media in the page. There are some add-ons to block such things...

I have tried resetting it, ive restarted my browser etc. I tried to erase all data from my Ipad but I can't do that because it needs to sign into my Apple ID and use the Internet!

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Ring up iHome and ask them for a fix... And if they cant supply you with a fix... Then you should be entitled to a replacement or a upgrade, as firmware upgrades on your ios device should not affect audio products......

Use an earlier version of Firefox, use Safari, or upgrade to a later version of OS X. Any Intel Mac can run Snow Leopard.

A P Elements 3 no longer works with win 7

A P Elements 3 no longer works with win 7, crashes when I click on preferences and no sound works in editor. So I want to upgrade but not seeing any dates with newer editions. Whats the oldest I can go to work with win 7 64 bit? Like maybe APE 10? Or maybe there is an update to fix 3?

I have Premiere Elements 4 through 13 on Windows 7 64 bit, and all are working fine.
You really do not want Premiere Elements 10 on a computer that uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card.
And, 13/13.1 does not support Windows XP, Windows Vista, or OSX 10.7.
Do check System Requirement as well as computer resources.
How far are you getting with the Premiere Elements 3 install on Windows 7 64 bit? Depending on the answer to that question, have you been installing the 3.0.2 Update
after the 3 install?

Have you right clicked the desktop icon for the program, if you got that far, and selected Run As Administrator?
When you are trying to get Premiere Elements 3 on Windows 7 64 bit, are you at least doing that by ignoring the "not compatible" messages and moving onward through

Script no longer works after Upgrade to 10.4.6

The following script worked fine using 10.4 thru 10.4.5 but no longer works after upgrading to 10.4.6.
When I highlight a folder and then run the script the highlighted folder is moved to a specific "Achive" folder, depending on whether the highlighted folder has a ".0" or ".1" or etc in its name.
When I run the script using 10.4.6 I get an error indicating that the highlighted folder already exists in the destination.
Anyone else having Applescript problems with 10.4.6?

I, too, immediately started having problems with my scripts immediately after updating to OS 10.4.6. I put my scripts in "Library/Applications/..." so that the scripts associated with particular applications are available in the menu bar. I don't know if that has any bearing on the problem, but for me, it was not any particular script, but just about every one that started going funny.
First, I noticed that my scripts would typically work right once, but fail in some odd manner the second time I tried to use one. The second thing I noticed was that the modification dates of my scripts were changing to the time that I last executed the scripts, even though I had not altered and recompiled any of them in weeks. Finally, I noticed that the scripts that were failing were ones in which I had used property statements to initialize some of my variables.
What I think is happening is this: for some strange reason 10.4.6 is recompiling scripts every time they are run, and variables are being initialized, not to the values specified in property statements, but to whatever the variable was the last time the script ended.
I discovered that I could prevent this from happening by (1) recompiling all my scripts to make sure all the property statements were back in effect, and then (2) setting the permissions of all my scripts to read only. This seems to prevent whatever in 10.4.6 is recompiling the scripts from doing this each time the script is run. At least, the modification dates are no longer changing inexplicably, and all my scripts are running reliably again.
It's a bit of a pain to have to remember to reset script permissions to read/write whenever I want to make a change, and then change them back to read only before executing, but it seems to be a reliable workaround. I'd appreciate hearing if anyone else can replicate this phenomenon, or tell me if I'm on the right track.
