Is there any way to see in SCC the DCN requests sent from EIS (e.g. SAP) to SMP?

I don't think you can see in SCC, but the server logs should show you this information if you have logging switched on for the PUSH component.

Hi Guys,
We have created a custom package where in we are trying to call the standard API's of Oracle projects i.e PA_PROJECT_PUB.When we are trying to call these APIs we are facing the below issue.
We have tried testing in two instances ,Initially it worked in both instances.
Using the same API's multiple times we tested the same data set in these instances.
For the first few runs it works fine.But when we go on using the same API's again and again for our testing we face now and then the below issue.

Patch 12415211 was applied to one of two web/form nodes in out EBS R12.1.2 environment long time ago, by using OPatch I believe.
I do not know that since the previous apps DBA left the company, and just followed Doc ID 761566.1 to apply patch 12415211 to the two nodes by using manual copy steps. Now. when I start all services on the node that had it applied before, I can not open the Request log and output html page. It gives below message. But, when we only use one node that did not have the patch applied before, all works fine. THe message is

This is a stub library which can be used for linking only. It must *not* be used as a runtime library. Please make sure this library is not found in LD_LIBRARY_PATH
How can I fix the problem? I run sqlplus and start services without problem.

When i try to access the file manual i also get a 404:

Which is the version of Cordova and Kapsel you are using?
Your cordova version should be 4.2.0 and Kapsel version should be 3.7.1.

SMP3.0 Kapsel Hybrid App without SAP backend

Hi experts,
we want to develope a hybrid app using SMP3.0 and Kapsel. SMP should mainly be used to deploy the app to Android and iOS, no SAP backend is needed.
Therefore we have the following questions:
How to deploy an app to SMP
How to register/send app to devices
Is it even possible to work with SMP3.0 without using SAP backend at all?
We were searching a lot for this but all tutorial and how to's were incomplete or didn't illustrate everything we need to know.

SMP 3 lets you develop Hybrid and native app using Odata as interface. The hybrid apps are based on cordova. Cordova helps you do develop apps for different mobile OS using web technologies. Cordova is an open source project that has a lot of plugins in the market. Based on our requirement we can add these plugins in our project. Kapsel is a set of plugins developed by SAP that satisfies enterprise mobile app requirements, ex. encryption of data, push notifications, automatic app update etc. The final product of the project is an install able file for mobile OS, ex. apk for android and ipa for IOS. These files has to be deployed to devices manually to devices. To assign apps to device remotely without intervention of users you have to use a MDM.

Created a Hybrid App Designer (Flow Designer - navigation) and Screen Design. Ie MyApp.xbw created the file.
How to turn this into a Hybrid application APK file from android using Phonegap?

HWC and MBOs are proprietary solutions used in SUP. SAP is discouraging this way of development since SAP's recommended way of app development is using Odata. Odata is an open standard protocol. SMP 3 (will be released soon) has only Odata based mobile app development (existing MBO based apps are supported by a sidecar (SMP 2.3)), so you need to consider Odata in your future developments. SAPUI5 is also going to play a major role in future in the case of hybrid and web apps, SAP Fiori is a good example for it.

Application version : UNKNOWN in Request log file

In the request log files for the programs registered with our custom applications, the application version is printed as UNKNOWN(first line of log file, next to custom application name).
Initially FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS did not have record for custom application. But even after inserting the record with the version info,the log file still shows "UNKNOWN" .
How to solve this?

From what I can see, we've added this to the coming 10.1.3.4 patch release:
