SMQ1 and SMQ2 queues stuck

Hi All,
We are using ISU and CRM system for Retail business, Always work flows and lot of business transactions will perform in those systems and replications will happen in both systems.
Due to this reason lot of entries are present in SMQ1, SMQ2 and SM58 will present. We are continuously monitoring though some times some entries are are found in sysfail status. due to this lot of entries are piled up and queues becomes very high amount.
As a work around, If we unlock the queue ( sysfail entry ) two to three times the entry will go and the remaining entries will start move.
Currently our requirement is can we do this kind of this as automated ? I mean as per conditions it will unlock the queues automatically ?
Please suggest me in this case.
Thanks in advance.
Pavan.

Hi Dustin,
Thanks for your reply. I had gone through the mentioned notes and say about it is not recommended to use regular basis. Here our requirement is need to check the sysfail entries in the queue. Need to unlock the queue twice or thrice to re-process the entry. If any data issue our CRM middle ware team can handle.
The major purpose is to unlock the queue entries which can re-process automatically without manual correction.
I like to proceed with Deepanshu suggestion to check with ABAPer. before that I need to check with our CRM middle ware team to get the list of error which can process through unlocking the queue.
Will keep you posted the updates. Thanks a lot for your time and response.
Thanks,
Pavan.

    Hi,
In CRM Middleware, I am trying to do some Master Data upload of Sales Orders from CRM to R/3 but a queue  MCEX11 gets stuck on the R/3 side with 1 entry and status NOSEND
Can you please tellme how to get rid of this? Also how can i avoid distribution locks on a document.
On the CRM side also certain queues were stuck in the outbound SMQ1 with status NOSEND. How to process these  queues manually?
I checked note 431345 and other related notes also. Would appreciate if someone can help me on this.
    Thanks.
    Rgds
    Priyanka

    Hi Priyanka,
To clear the no send status entry, go to R3AS, select the object say for BP (Bupa_main) press enter and then execute, then open R3AM1 enter object name as Bupa_main and select Running and done and execute.
Now you can open SMQ2 and click on each entry with nosend status and then click on activate queue in the top toolbar, this shld change the status to running and then click on refresh.
The following is the list of Queue extensions that are used in CRM, all the queues start with these extensions:
    <b>Outbound queues</b>
CDB*     Start queues for loads CRM -> CDB
CRM_SITE*     Load queues for Mobile Clients
CSA*     Send queues of CRM Server Applications
EXT*     Start queues for loads CRM -> Ext.
R3AI/R*     Start queues for loads from ERP Backend system
R3AU*     Load queues CRM -> ERP Backend system
    <b>Inbound queues</b>
CRI*     Initial load queues CRM -> CDB
CRM_SITE*      Load queues from Mobile Clients
R3A*     Load queues ERP Backend  -> CRM
CSA*     Send inbound queues of CRM Server Applications
    Hope this answers ur query.

  • Not getting entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2

    Hi,
I have implemented the concepts said in the below said blog.
    /people/community.user/blog/2006/11/04/how-to-serialize-idoc-xml-messages-fed-into-xi
Still I'm not getting the entries in SMQ1 (R/3) and SMQ1(XI) systems.
Can any one tell me the problem in my case?
    Regards,
    Thiyagu

    Hi,
    >>>How to bring entries in SMQ1(ERP)? Currently I could see Queue name
as SAP_ALE_MYNAME in WE05(in help dialog box).
    what can I suggest...
you wouldn't happen to have one of those:
    www.sap-press.com/product.cfm?account=&product=H1935
queued IDOCs described in both ways XI - ERP and ERP - XI
    with screenshots in my book
but basicalls you just need to specify queue name in WE20
and in receiver adapter case additionally queue processing in IDOC channel
    that's all there is
    >>>And I am using qRFC for this scenario. So, how can i see entries in SM58?
this was just to check if you actually configured if correctly and we're
    talking about the same thing

  • SMQ2 Queues Stuck

    Hello All,
I have a problem of one of the queues in CRM 5.0 is struck with SYSFAIL error. The queue name is R3AD_MATERIAFAYB401007. When I double click the queue entry I get the error on FM  BAPI_CRM_SAVE with the remote user of R/3. The statustext is is 'Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)'.
Does any one knows how to set this queue right ?
    Regards
    Rashit

    Rashit,
You probably are missing product categories in CRM.
    Follow this process,
    1. Run initial load transaction R3AS for object 'DNL_CUST_PROD1'. Make sure source is 'OLTP' and destination is 'CRM'
    2. Monitor the request load using transaction R3AM1 and make sure it completes
    3. Go to SMQ2 and double click on the Queue in SYSFAIL status. Select the Queue and click on 'Edit' and click on 'Reset Status'.
    4. The Queue should start Running and material should be updated in CRM
<b>Please award points if it helps.</b>
    Regards
    Haseeb

  • What is the difference among RSA7, SMQ1 and SMQ2?

I notice that RSA7 has more entries than the others.
    So what is their relationship?
    Thanks!

    Hi Christy,
Have a look at this document from August 2009:
    "Delta Queue Demystification"
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/40427814-376a-2c10-5589-bc1aaa6692c3&prtmode=print
It explains what you see in RSA7 and how it all works with the delta queues. Excellent document.
    kind regards,

  • SMQ2 - Found a queue with name "*" and all other queues stuck in STOP state

    Hi all,
We have a problem on the ECC side, on outbound asynchronous proxies. Sometimes a new queue appears on SMQ2 there with name "", and with status "STOP". At this time, all other queues stuck with STOP status... the only way of resetting all those queues to RUNNING state again is to delete the queue named as ""...
Some of you has any idea how this queue "*" appears there and stop all other queues?
    thanks
    roberti

    Hi Ravi,
Is not only about one queue stopped... the problem is this queue named ""... with status STOP, all other queues stops too with it. The only way to make things work again is to delete the queue named as ""... the problem is to discover what or who is creating this stupid "*" queue. I think that this is a procedural error on datacenter, but they are saying is not the case... I'm investigating, but if someone else has any idea about I would appreciate
    thanks!

  • Messages stuck in QRFC inbound and outbound queues by system error

    Hi Experts,
We faced a big problem in our PI server which stopped all the traffic in the iDoc to File interface. Both the QRFC queues (inbound - SMQ1 as outbound - SMQ2) where stuck by a system error.
In IDX5 of PI we saw two inbound iDocs on exact the same date/time of creation. Both iDocs are displayed in SXMB_MONI with the status "Canceled - Since Already Processed". The output files of both iDocs are generetad on the outbound side.
The output files are genereted with a date/time stamp in filename exactly as: "pi_20101106-221812-437.dat" and "pi_20101106-221812-438.dat". So it seems that both processes where running on exact the same time.
When looking into the system error we see the following details:
com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.DuplicateMessageException: Message Id 00505697-181b-1ddf-babd-68f1ac208528(INBOUND) already exists in duplicate check table: com.sap.sql.DuplicateKeyException: [200]: Duplicate key
This caused that the QRFC queues where both stuck in inbound as outbound with a SYSERROR, so PI stopped and the queues should be reactivated manually.
Does anybody have some idea of the real cause of this error. We really want to prevent such situation in the future.
    Thanks in advance!
    Best regards,
    Joost

    Hi Joost,
Are you using an adpater module to avoid the same file name processed by the receiver channel ???
If this is the case change the filename and retest flow otherwise remove the module (ex: localejbs/AF_Modules/MessageTransformBean - Local Enterprise Bean) from the channel check it whether the file getting processed or not...
OR...you have an incorrect module configuration in the receiver channel.
Do not remove the standard SAP module and make sure that you add additional modules before it.
    cheers,
    Ram.

  • SMQ2 queue is blocked and messages are in u201Cwaitingu201D status in RWB

    Hello,
A SMQ2 queue is blocked with XXX data and these messages are in u201Cwaitingu201D state in RWB.
    What could be the reason?
Im sure its not because of the space because all the messages which flow after that was there in the directory.
    Regards,
    Mathangi

    Hi Mathangi,
double click on the queue and click on the first message which will direct to MONI
--> check what exactly the error is and try to resolve the error accordingly
if you are unable to do that
Right click on the first message and save LUV it will be saved in SMQ3
then unlock the queue and execute again it will process successfully..
later you can process the message which is saved

  • Both Incoming and Outgoing Mail Stuck in Queue

Hi, I have an issue with a new install of OS X 10.5.8 Mail Server. It queues everything and won't let anything in or out. I feel like I must have missed something setting it up, but I followed the PDF pretty much step by step.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to getting a new mail server running correctly?

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to getting a new mail server running correctly?
    Yes. Read the logs.
There are approximately 2 gazllion and seven reasons why mail might not pass through the server and get queued. The logs should shed some light on the problem and narrow down the focus.

D for the delta data transfer
U for loading to the ERP back end

  • Running smq2 queues in debug mode

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to successfully run an inbound queue in debug mode.
    Following are the steps undertaken.
I locked the queue in SMQ1. The Queue is set to STOP state.
I then triggered an sBdoc flow into CRM.
I am expecting the sBdoc to be in an intermediate state, but to my surprise it is coming as Fully Processed.
At this point, setting Debug mode in smq2 and Unlocking the queue does not help me analyse the bdoc/process flow as the bdoc is allready processed.
Any inputs in this regard would be helpful.
    Thanks & Regards
    Ron.
