SMQ1 - SYSFAIL - Middleware

Dear Gurus,
I'm working on CRM 5.0 and I'm creating a BP. After create, when i check transaction SWM01 the BDOC is wating(yellow) then I check transaction SMQ1 and the is an error in the outbound queue. The status is assigned as SYSFAIL and when I check the details there is an error in FM CRM_UPLOAD_TRIGGER - Field symbol has not yet been assigned.
Can anyone help me?

I am also facing the same issue----
I am trying to replicate BP from CRM to ECC. I have already succeeded in replicating customer from ECC to CRM. I have maintained all settings in PIDE in ECC. On CRM side I am creating BP in role Sold-to-party and I have mapped it to a Z-Account Group created by copying from standard Acc Group 0001 Sold-to-party. When creating the BP, a Bdoc is generated in yellow status. The queue is stuck in smq1 outbound queue with SYS FAIL.
I can also see errors in SMWP dashboard.----
I am facing some errors under Runtime Information in SMWP.----
1. Runtime InfoData Exchange using qRFC QueuesqRFC Queues in CRM ServerData exchange with R/3 BackendR3A* Load Queues R/3 OLTP -> CRM --Blocked queues: Client 201 Blocked inbound queue: Client 201 Q name R3AD_CUSTOME status SYSFAIL dest carnation3_DEV_00 -

Hi ,
When we create a BP in CRM , The BP Queues R3AUBUPA* has are stuck in SMQ1 in CRM with status SYSFAIL . The detailed Error description is " Function module "CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_NUMRANGE" not found"
We have already maintained the following entry in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU in CRM with call indicator set.
Event Object Item FM
CRMIN BUPA 50000 CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_NUMRANGE
Do we need to maintain this FM somewhere else?
Help us to solve this issue.

Not able to Debug in SMQ1 - CRM MIDDLEWARE

Hello Experts,
There is a failed queue in SMQ1. But we are not able to debug the queue which we were able to do couple of days back. Clicking on the DEBUG icon results in the same error message which we get when we just reprocess it.

Hi Laxmi,
Txn. SM59, Browse to ABAP Connections and locate the logical system you need to debug from your CRM system. Eg : Assuming your data is flowing from CRM to ECC whose logical ID is ECCCLNT100, then search for this logical name ECCCLNT100 in the list of connections, double click on it....browse to the 3rd tab "Logon and Security" and edit the user maintained in the Logon area. This user should be a dialog user.
For an inbound queue SMQ2, all FMs are executed at the CRM itself, so you'll be able to debug them...but for debugging SMQ1 you need to have a dialog user which has an access to the ECC.

SYSFAIL in qRFC Outbound Queues - You are not authorized to logon

Dear Guru's,
I am new to BASIS. During health check for my company, I came across T-Code SMQ1 and found many Queue Status "SYSFAIL". Error message "You are not authorized to logon to the target system (error code 0)".
The souce system:
SAP 7.0
Component: CRM 5.0
DB : MSSQL 7.0
Kernel: 700
The target system:
SAP 7.0
Component: SAP ECC 6.0
DB : MSSQL 7.0
Kernel: 700
Firstly,
1. I login to CRM Quality Assurance Client 600. Execute SMQ1. Enter the Queue Name. Below is what I found.

2. Once I Choose the row, I found the below error.

3. I thought its an authorization issue so enter T-Code PFCG and added user COLACOM to Role Z_TRUSTED_RFC and do a user comparison. To my surprise, He was already given the authorization before!

Ok you need the folowing options in your word document:
1 .Start Word without any EWA.
2. Menu Extras=>Makro=>Security
2.1 Register "security level"=> the last or 2nd last radiobutton
2.2 The other Register = Set Checkbox "...Visual Basic Project ..." =true.
Then it should be work...

Middleware SYSFAIL error in SMQ1/2

Dear Experts,
We are implementing CRM 7.0, with the view of creating BP's in CRM and replicating (vendor/sold-to-party) to ECC 6.
I have run trnx R3AS but whenever i check transaction SWM01 the BDOC is wating(yellow) then I check transaction SMQ1 and there is an error in the outbound queue.
The status is assigned as SYSFAIL and when I check the details there is an error in FM CRM_UPLOAD_TRIGGER - Field symbol has not yet been assigned.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program
    The current ABAP program "SAPLCRM_BUPA_MOBILE_OUTBOUND" had to be termi
     because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
    You attempted to access an unassigned field symbol
    (data segment 32771).
    This error may occur if
    - You address a typed field symbol before it has been set with
      ASSIGN
    - You address a field symbol that pointed to the line of an
      internal table that was deleted
    - You address a field symbol that was previously reset using
      UNASSIGN or that pointed to a local field that no
      longer exists
    - You address a global function interface, although the
      respective function module is not active - that is, is
      not in the list of active calls. The list of active calls
      can be taken from this short dump.
I am not sure where the call stack is on the short dump analysis. Hope the above helps, if not please let me know.

SYSFAIL Error in SMQ1 (Outbound)

Hi Experts,
We came across the dumped queues in SMQ1 (Outbound) with SYSFAIL error which were specifically described as: Die laufende Anwendung hat bewußt einen Abbruch mit Kurzdump ausgelöst which means, The current application has deliberately triggered a termination with short dump.
One example is: CRM_BT_LRP4910739398ZDE1.
We tried RSQOWKEX to restart the queues but the attempt was unsuccessful.

We already tried to look for these queues in SMW01 but all of those queues are not found in middleware.
Is there any other way on how we can proceed?

Sysfail status in SMQ1

I have sysfail error in tRFC and qRFC (SM58 and SMQ1) Error message with function module not found and exception raised .Scenario is from ECC-XI-Third party system.
Checked for dumps in SAP XI where in I could get the following message " Error in ABAP Program "SAPMSSY1"and the program is terminated Probably due to an error in program .this is a standard Program and moreover this interface has run successful till april end
Please let me know your suggestions to clear off the sysfail status

Error ' SYSFAIL ' in SMQ1

Hi ,
When i m maintaining a relationship to BP . system is throwing the below error :
In SMQ1 , I m getting error " SYSFAIL " .When i double click on that it is giving description as ' Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION "
In SMW01 , it is showing BDOC error as SEE_TABLE_SMW3_BDOCQ .
I have checked the short dump error in target system and it is showing error description as CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING .
Could any one suggest me what could be the cause of error .

Sysfail in SMQ1

Dear All,
Today morning bw delta job failed due to SYSFAIL in R3 side.
I went to SMQ1 to check the status of job.But in SMQ1 status is SASFAIL.
I have chenged the Reset status also.
But same problem iam getting.
How to correct the job in R3 SMQ1?

You should hold the Authorization to change the qRFC or Outbound Queue status change( S_RFCACL), as far I know.

Please follow recommendation as per note 705650, update the CRM table SMOFPARSFA, if no change then proceed with the following:
You can also lock/unlock using a report/batch job by calling function module TRFC_QOUT_STOP or TRFC_QOUT_RESTART. You can also enter wildcards here. Alternatively, when Several queues may have an incorrect status and may no longer be processed. Start the programs RSQIWKEX and RSQOWKEX for all queues to correct statuses that may be
incorrect and to enable the qRFC scheduler to further process these queues.
In addition review the following:
Note 624921 - Activities after a system start (R/3 [ERP] or CRM)
Note 158346 - Periodic restart of work processes

Status SYSFAIL in SMQ1

We are getting an error message with status "SYSFAIL" in SMQ1 while replicating the BP from CRM to ECC and the message goes like "The current application triggered a termination wi th a short dump."
The BDoc status is in YELLOW status.

1. Read this note Note 430980 - CRM Server: Analysis in delta data exchange R/3->CRM
They have error status 'SYSFAIL'. This is only the case if there is a technical problem with the receiving system (for example, a database problem on queue tables QRFC, ARFC). The problem must be corrected on the CRM server, and then you can restart the queue. Generally, a short dump is then displayed on the target system, which provides more detailed information on the cause of error.

For the faster response you should be more specific. As you mentioned SMQ1 i.e. you are having issue in ECC outbound. You should also mentioned the queue type, i.e. the queue is for BP, material etc... and the error message details, message class, message number.
Search service marketplace with the details and you should be able to find some oss note.

Error in CRM Middleware- SMQ2-Sysfail-Message 999999.

Dear All,
I have a problem of one of the queues(in SMQ2-inbount) in CRM 5.0 is struck with SYSFAIL error.
The queue name is R3AI_DNL_COND_A005.
When I double click the queue entry I get an Error: Message No 999999. Log directory is full.
Even reseting the status does not work.
Please help.

Hi.
I have checked the tablespace of SMWBDOC, its just 79% full. Lots remaining. Will check out for the IPC log directory.
What could be the other reason, have searched for this error message in SDN/SAP service, but no success.
I have even tried to reset the status, but it again gives the same error.

This is a very generic dump which could have occured due to multiple reasons.
Can you check if you face the same issues while replicating other queues too (PROD0/PROD1 etc)

i'm having a proplem during starting initial load although i'm using the best practice documents C71 and B09 and all the configration was done by them .... could any one help ??
