SMS dissapears after a phone call

Hi all
Today I was middway through typing a text message when my phone rang. After the call ended the phone went back to SMS mode. The name of the person was still there but my brilliant text had gone. Is this a bug or just me?

Looks like this is a feature, not a bug. At least an intermittent one... Like the one that the text is gone as soon as you return to the sms thread overview and then go back to the sms thread you were typing on. It is my impression, that sometimes the text is still there, and sometimes it is gone.

I've also had the same issues, after upgrading to IOS 6.0, the apps in my iPhone 4 were crashing and the battery life run out very fast.
The only solution worked for me was to remove all mail accounts (Exchange/Gmail) from my iPhone (in settings) and then add them back.
The crashing were stopped! also the battery was back to normal.
I found the solution by first looking at the crash logs (in IOS 6). you can find them at Settings -> General -> About (at the bottom of the About menu you will find the option that opens the logs).
There i saw many logs about Low Memory crash. 99% of the logs were pointed that the largest process (use the most memory) during the crashes is "dataaccessd".
I search in the web and found that this process is a deamon process that reponsible the Mail accounts (like Exchange/Gmail) and contancts list.
I've installed the app "System Status - activity monitor" which shows important system info like CPU usage, Memory usage and running processes.
Before apply my solution (deleting the mail accounts) i saw that the CPU usage was very high which consume the battery very fast. Also i saw that the memory (RAM) was run out.. which probably what cause the crashing..
After deleting the mail accounts (at Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars) i check again with the System Status app, and saw that the memory and CPU were back to normal.
Adding the mail accounts back, still everything work ok

3G Network unusable after a phone call

My 3G network tend to disappear after a phone call and I have to switch on and off my 3G to make it work again. I am using bb 9360. Anybody experience this?

Notifications Profile changes after a phone call

I have created a custom profile and set my notifications to this profile but After either an incoming or outgoing phone call the profile switches back to 'Normal'... why is this happening?

How are you ending the call? You can end a call two ways, one is to hit the End Call button on the screen when you take the phone away from your ear, the other is pressing the top of the phone.

Favorites on screen after unlock after a phone call

ever since the last update, every time someone calls when my phone is locked and i unlock my phone, the favorites page is on the screen. it really annoys me because rarely am i unlocking my phone to make another call. is there any way to get rid of that?

i am just unlocking my phone by clicking on it and then sliding the button over. i know i am not double clicking because this happens every time i unlock it after someone has called. i know i am not the only person who this happens to because i've asked all my friends. here is the sequence of my actions... i clear my phone out to the homepage. phone is locked. someone calls. i hang up the call. phone locks automatically. wait 5-10 minutes. unlock my phone. favorites screen.
the problem is that i never went to the favorites screen. i don't want the favorites screen open, i want the homepage to be on the screen.

Wont wake up after a phone call.

Per settings, my phone will auto lock every 5 minutes and will require a pass code after 15 minutes to log on back. When the phone is locked and if a receive a phone call and after I disconnect the call, the phone does not wakes up for sometime. "Slide to unlock" will look like frozen. But after a minute or two, it comes back normal.
I tried restoring to factory defaults as well...but no luck. Any clue? Does anyone else have this problem?

Responsible Agent after transferring phone call CTI

CRM 5.0 SP11
Using CTI, when a phone call is transferred between 2 agents we would like the responsible agent to automatically become the person that took over the interaction without them manually having to change the responsible agent partner function or forward the interaction in the Inbox.
Have been looking at the following classes but not seeing where the code it getting touched in the actual transfer between agents.

CL_CRM_CUCOPROCESS_IMPL
Anyone with similiar requirments.

ITunes doesn't return to full volume after a phone call

At work I use iTunes on a 32-bit Windows 7 machine. We use Microsoft Lync for phone calls.
My settings are set so that Windows reduces the volume of applications by 80% when I have a phone call. This works just fine. If I leave the music playing during the call, then when I finish the call, it will return to the normal volume.
However, if I pause iTunes during the call, then the volume does not return to normal, and I have to use the volume mixer to fix it. Is there a solution to this?

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

After every phone call I have to reboot

After any call I make, the screen shows "App Error" then I have to shut the phone down and reboot. (In Polk county, there is no service center that has offered to help or has been available to help. Very dissatisfied with service) HELP!!

Browser is non functional after receiving phone call while streaming audio

If I browse to a site that streams audio and play that audio, when a call comes in I am able to answer the call and hang up but when I go back to the browser it appears that the Quicktime window that plays the audio is in the background behind some kind of black modal window except for a thin space at the top of the screen. About the same size as the window for an active call if you do other things with your phone while in a call. I can still hit the Done button on the top left hand corner but that is the end of it. I can't use the browser anymore until I reboot the phone(which I find myself doing quite frequently since the iOS4 update...it reminds me of my Windows Mobile 5 phone it replaced).

I already tried that and didn't work.

I haven't heard of anyone having that issue before, that is pretty odd. I would try checking for carrier setting updates, go to: Settings>General>About then if there is an update available it will prompt you to install it. If that does not work try Reseting network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
Note: If you reset your network settings it WILL disconnect you from your Wi Fi routers and bluetooth devices and you will need to reconnect to them, but no data will be erased.

check if the correct apple id is entered in your settings (settings > itunes and app store), because you must loged in with the apple id with which you downloaded the audiobook before.
and you just see the purchased articles on the device who you purchased them, but you can contact itunes store support. the advisors from this support can maybe offer you a redownload for free on your device

Sms sprint while phone call blackberry 8330

I think if you use the memory cleaner regularly, it will allow you to sms while on a phone call. It's under options/security options. Change to "enable". And If u want, show it on the home screen. Its somewhat like a cache for the actual phone not internet. I think this will help.

Verizon iP4S signal loss after phone call

So, I'm new to Verizon, long time ATT customer. So, I have a 4S, wife has a iP4. After i get done with many, but not all, phone calls, my phone completely loses signal and the carrier banner says "Searching." using 5.0.1. Wife's using iOS 5. I have done the *228 PRL update. Same thing, after many phone calls, loss of signal, have to wait to reacquire before making another phone call. Any hints or tips?

settings - general - reset - reset network settings.
also do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
If the above doesn't work, then suggest you contact your cell phone provider and let them know about your cellular data issue.
