SMS Picture messages won't save to my phone!

Hi!
I am currently using my BlackBerry Curve 8520 on Virgin Mobile, and when my friends send me pictures of me when I click "Save Image" I click "save" and it says that it all saved well. But when I go to check it on the Media folder or put it as my profile pic in BlackBerry Messenger, when the list of pictures come up it does not show up!
I am not sure to do as I have saved the image around 4 times and yet it still doesn't show up!

TIHNGS YOU WILL NEED : YOUR ANDROID DEVICE, USB CABLE TO PLUG TO THE COMPUTER, AND COMPUTER.
***sd card must be installed on your phone...
1. CONNECT ANDROID DEVICE TO COMPUTER VIA USB>PROGRAM YOUR PHONE AS USB MASS STORAGE> WINDOW SHOULD POP UP ON COMPUTER. MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR SD DOCUMENTS BY COPYING EVERYTHING TO A FOLDER ON YOUR COMPUTER(FOLDER SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE). ONCE THATS DONE.
2. GO TO SETTINGS> STORAGE>UNMOUNT SD CARD> ERASE SD CARD/FORMAT. ONCE CARD IS FORMATTED. MOUNT SD CARD, AND COPY ALL THE FILES BACK INTO YOUR COMPUTER(TIME WILL BE NEEDED DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND HOW MUCH SUTFF YOU HAVE ON YOUR SD CARD.)
3. LET MEDIA SCANNER RUN, ONCE DONE, GO TO MESSAGES> PRESS & HOLD ON THE PICTURE OR RINGTONE YOUR TRYING TO SAVE, AND CLICK ON SAVE/SAVE ATTACHMENT TO SD CARD.
IT SHOULD WORK, IT DID FOR ME, I WAS GOING CRAZY FOR A WHILE, CALLED LG AND TMOBILE AND NO HELP. UNTIL I DECIDED TO DO IT AND IT WORKED. HOPE IT WORKS.

Mozilla Thunderbird hangs all the time, won't download messages, won't save messages,

Hi,
I have been running Mozilla Thunderbird since the beginning of the year.
I have always had problems, but it seems to be getting worse.
It won't download messages, it won't save messages at the time you send them, instead a window runs for ages saying:
"Copying messages to saved folder"
Then it says
"There was an error saving the message to sent, retry?"
You hit cancel and then it comes up with:
"The message was sent successfully, but could not be copied to your Sent folder. Would you like to return to the compose window?"
Then there is the problem of downloading messages, basically it doesn't all the time, it hangs and I have to either restart the computer or download them on my iphone.
It can take upwards of 20 minutes to download a single message.
I had a look at the "Activity Manager" and it seems frozen as well.
It also sends up the messages that the server has been disconnected or timed out.
I've had a look through the trouble shooting guide but can't seem to progress this.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
I am running the latest version, and have Windows 7, 64 bit.
I am fast of the opinion I'd better shell out some cash and get Windows Outlook as Thunderfox is a nightmare.

Outgoing message won't save

I ported my AT&T number to Verizon last week.
1) I'm trying to record an outgoing message but it won't save
2) My visual voicemail is no longer available.

Let's ensure your device is running in top notch condition, rwhess! What device are you using? Are you receiving an error message when you attempt to save?

Downloaded ringtone won't save to my phone?

I just purchased a new ringtone for my Droid 2 Global and it was sent through a text message to my phone. When I open up the text message and try to save the audio by pressing down on it with my thumb, it gives me a message saying "error saving attachment." Is there a way to re-download the ringtone to my phone, or have it re-sent? I paid for it and want to be able to use it but it won't let me save it on my phone. It does play just fine though in the text message attachment. I have also tried to power down my phone, leaving it off for a little bit, and power it back on to no avail. Thanks!!!

My camera will take pictures but won't save them

I try to take a picture or a screen shot on my iPad but they don't save to my photo library. WHY!?

Grey text when you look at the content and lock symbol at the bottom of the screen simply shows that your iPod is set to automatically update. If you want to access your iPod directly, drag songs onto it, play it through your iTunes, connect it to a second computer etc. you just need to change the update method to manual in the iPod preferences. One thing to be aware of with manually updating is that the iPod also has to be manually ejected before the "Do Not Disconnect" message will go away. Safely disconnect iPod

Picture Messaged Won't Send?

I keep sending out picture texts on my Iphone 4 but none of them ever go through. I keep getting that red exclamation point next to it. It's been happening for days now, even after restarting my phone multiple times. Any ideas on a solution?

I'm having this issue with my GS4. When I had a Droid Razr my signal strength at home (if a Verizon rep comes in please don't tell me about building materials and devices around my phone because I very well know all about that stuff) was around 3-4 bars on 3G AND LTE. On my GS4, I'm getting 1-2, maybe even 3, bars while I'm at home...sitting at the same spot with my phone placed at within the same area so it's fluctuating between -137 dBm's and -97 dBm's but it mainly stays below -100dBm. Now changing the SIM card won't really do anything. Either something is interfering with the signals from within the device (i.e. software that's causing the inner workings to get all weird) OR the radio receiver is just crap.

HELP! My phone takes pictures but won't save them.

I have an iPhone 4, when I updated to iOS 7, the camera stopped working. Screenshots and taken pictures show up on the bottom left of the camera screen, showing that they were taken, but don't exist in the camera roll when I click on them (or in any other folders). As for video, the blinking red dot appears and goes away instantaneously, then the app crashes.

Also sync again to transfer any recent purchases to your iTunes library, then restore as you did before (by clicking on the name of your phone on the left side of iTunes, going to the Summary tab to the right and clicking on Restore). But this time, when you go through the setup assistant at the end of the process select Set up as New iPhone (see image below). Then take a photo and test whether or not you can see it now. If not, you'll have to make an appointment at the genius bar at a nearby Apple Store.
If it's working now, turn on iCloud syncing for calendars, contacts, etc. again (in Settings>iCloud) to recover your iCloud data (if prompted, choose merge), and sync with iTunes to transfer your apps, music, and other iTunes media back to your phone. You can sync any videos back to your phone by selecting to do so on the Movies tab of your iTuens sync settings., and put your imported photos into a folder and sync that back to your phone by selecting to do so on the Photos tab.

I have used iMessage on both my iPad and iPhone for successfully, using the same Apple ID. However since I upgraded to IOS 7.0 .4 on my iPhone recently, it has turned off iMessage. When I try to turn it back on again and login with my Apple ID, The message "could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again" appears. I have tried again numerous times. I have tried switching off iMessage on my iPad as well then try and switch on them both back on my iPad works but my iPhone does not. Can anyone help

-Deactivate iMessage on your iPhone
- Reset phone by holding both Home and Sleep buttons for about 10 seconds until Apple logo appears.
- If you have wifi where you are, temporarily disable it.
- Activate iMessage.
Tell us what happens next.

Pantech Crux cannot send picture messages

My Pantech Crux takes pictures, saves them to the memory card, but "fails" when I try to send a picture message. I tried saving pics to the phone, but it says its full, but its not. any suggestions?

A soft reset may resolve your picture messaging concerns. Remove the battery with phone ON. Re-insert the battery after 10 seconds and power phone ON. Allow phone to register applications.
If a soft reset does not resolve your picture messaging concerns, try re-programming the phone. Dial *228 + send, and select option 1. Allow phone to complete programming.
Additionally, ensure that your picture messaging feature is not blocked. You can block/unblock this feature online if you log in to your My Verizon account. If you are a secondary line in a Family Share plan only the account owner has the privilege to make this change. See instructions below:
Login to My Verizon.
Go to "My Plan."
Select "Add/change features."
Select mobile number from drop down.
Click "Continue."
Select the features you wish to add/change.

HI, I just got a Macbook Pro. It's great but my mail doesn't work at all. It will come up correctly, but take forever to download messages, then won't delete them, then won't save them to folders. Then when I go to quit mail it's like it gets stuck.

If you just got your new MBP you have phone support from Apple (which is quite good) call them. 800-692-7753 tell the automated answerer "mail technical support" you'll have human quite quickly. Hope this helps.

My iPhone 4 refuses to save pictures and at some instances, delete my existing pictures. I take a picture, and then go to camera roll and look, but it doesn't show up. The same thing happens when I try to screenshot things; it won't save.

My iPhone 4 is severely making me mad. It won't save any pictures I take. I will take the picture, then go to view it in the Camera Roll, and it just won't be there. The same thing occurs when screen shotting things on my iPhone. Some times it won't even let me delete the existing pictures I had on my phone before this all happened. I will click delelte, then it will pause, and eventually close me out of the photos app. However, when I go to settings, it says I have 440MB of pictures on here somewhere. But I can oly see 3 pictures in the camera roll. Also, it says in the camera roll app that it is 'Restoring...' then just sits and loads and won't restore anything at all. HELP ME PLEASE. I have iOS 7.1 currently installed.

Have you Tried Clearing the The Cache in the Camera or Gallery in your Applications Area.. Go to Settings--> Applications--> Manage Applications--> Select All--> Clear the Cache in Both the Camera & Gallery Clearing the Data however might Clear you Pictures in your Gallery but if your Ok with it Give it a Shot,

How do you select multiple messages/conversations on SMS/MMS to forward or save to memory card on Samsung Stratosphere?

How do you select multiple messages/conversations on SMS/MMS to forward or save to memory card on Samsung Stratosphere?
My screen is cracked and I need to replace my phone and I don't see a way of selecting multiple messages or even conversations one at a time to forward them to email or to save them to a memory card. I can delete thread but can't forward it or move it. Is there a setting somewhere that will move the storage location for messages to the memory card instead of internal?
If not, any suggestions on backup apps? I have heard of Txtract to back up SMS and MMS messages, and Titanium Backup to back up everything (SMS, MMS, apps, app data...). Anyone have any experience with those, or other suggestions?

I experienced in coding sending and receiving sms in J2ME. Besides, I also esperienced in coding reading a binary file in a applicaition jar. But I never done these both together. Hence Im not sure it works or not. Below is the example to open and read a binary file:

I have an iphone 3gs and i cant get it to send picture messages to anyone without an iphone? i already checked to make sure my sms setting is on and it is.

I just bought a used iphone 3gs, (very new to the smart phone thing), and i set the phone up as a straight talk phone. I can send picture messages to other iphones but not to anyone else? I already made sure that my sms setting is on and it is, so is my imessage , mms and group message. anyone with any advise would be greatly appreciated

More than likely the problem is with the provider. You will need to check with them to find out what settings need to be on the phone to support MMS. You need to contact Straight Talk. SMS and MMS are carrier functions. The only settings on the phone are the ones you have mentioned, with the exception of APN settings, which are generally taken care of by the phone's carrier settings. I'm not aware of a carrier file for Straight Talk.

Won't save message as Draft

Mail won't save messages as Draft
just says message cannot be saved.
Same after reboot.
In fact I am also getting an error message when composing emails "message cannot be saved"
any suggestions please

Not certain, but this can fix myriad Mail problems...
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move these folder & file to the Desktop.
Move this Folder to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
Move this file to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
Reboot.
