SNAPFISH

Had a Snapfish account. When tried to register a new account in ePrintCenter, can't. Tried logging in using Snapfish account also cannot.
Can anyone advise?

Hi, APPA.
What happen exactly when you try to log in with your Snapfish email and password?  What messages do you get?

  • How do I make a single log-in for snapfish & eprint

After installing my HP Photosmart 6520 I set up snapfish as the HP setup directed.  All went well.  Then, as suggested by the HP setup process I proceeded to find out how to set up ePrint.  I entered my email and a password.  It stated the email was already in use (Duh!).  So I tried again and entered a new password.  Bottom line it stated the solution was to create a single login for both Snapfish & ePrint.  I saw this referenced in response to a similar forum question.  The person was having the same problem and the respondent stated they would create a single account for the 2 processes.  ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
    This question was solved.

    Hello,
Are you setting up the account on eprintcenter.com, or on HPconnected.com?
It sounds like you may have an existing snapfish account, and it wants that password to create the account. If you do not remember the password for snapfish, try doing a forgot password at snapfish.com. Once you have that instead of making the eprint account just sign in with the same email and password used for snapfish and it should create a unified account.

  • You helped me get my email photos in photo gallery, now how can I move them to Snapfish?

I tried reading everything I could find and nothing helped me move the photos so I could download them into a Snapfish album.

You probably need to save the pictures to your computer, and then open them up on "Snapfish".

  • Firefox 3.6.10 will not open Snapfish which runs with Firefox 3.6.9 so how do I get it to work.

Every time I open Firefox, it insists on upgrading itself to 3.6.10. Yesterday, I gave in and let it upgrade. To get my photo storage site to work, I had to "restore" my system before the download. Now it is still there wanting to upgrade itself, and I want to use Snapfish.
I admit that HP's Snapfish is always behind the times, but Snapfish remains an easy to use site. And too, I prefer to use Firefox than Explorer which works with Snapfish.

Looks that you need to open an iMacros sidebar.

    Hi there China2,
If you are using Windows, then head to Windows Explorer, plug your device in, select your device and you can copy the images over from the device to any location on your computer as normal.
On a mac, plug your device in, launch iPhoto, and click import.
    Hope this helps,

  • How can I share photos w/ people for free like using snapfish/kodak gallery

    Hello,
I am new to the world of mac and am having trouble with using i photo. I simply just want to share photos with family and friends like I easily did while using services such as snapfish or kodak gallery. Can this be done? I tried iweb and I'm confused. Also, if I can't do this from iphoto and want to continue using snapfish...if I try to upload photos form their website, it gives me two choices when I'm at iphoto...modified and original photos and I can't seem to have the photos I edited and the originals in one spot. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
    1. Don't attempt to access files in the iPhoto Library Folder - it's a good way to damage your library.
    2. Many sites have export plug-ins for iPhoto that will allow you to upload to them directly from within the iPhoto Window - check on the sites you prefer for more information. But, for example, Snapfish has information here:
    http://www1.snapfish.co.uk/helpuploading#quickuploadmac
or you can use an application like PictureSync.
Other than that: There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
For 10.5 users: You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Apple-Click for selecting multiple pics.
To upload to a site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. If you're using Gmail you can use THIS
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
Or, if you want to access the files with iPhoto not running, then create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use THIS
    Other options include:
    1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
    2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
    3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
    Regards

  • Firefox crashes when I try to upload photos onto a Snapfish site or when I'm in email I try to open or attach a document.

For a couple of months, I have had trouble with Firefox crashing anytime I am using Hotmail and I try to attach or open a document, or if I try to upload photos onto Snapfish.

In the address bar, type '''about:crashes'''<enter>.''' Note:''' If any reports do not
have '''BP''' in front of the numbers, click it and select '''Submit'''.
Using your mouse, '''mark''' the most '''resent 7 - 10''' crash reports, and
'''copy''' them. Now go to the reply box below and '''paste''' them in.
Start '''[https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode Firefox in Safe Mode]''' {web Link} by holding down the '''<Shift><br> ''(Mac Options)'' ''' key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

  • Why can't I sign in with my snapfish account?

I can't sign in to ePrint.  I have a snapfish account ([Personal Information Removed]) but it doesn't work.  I can't create an account, because it says one already exists with my email.
When I ask it to send my password, it asks me to type in my email address. I do, but then it pops up "type in the email address associated with the account".
This is either an infinite loop, or the email address associated with my account is not the email address associated with my account (??)
Either way, these are grade school mistakes.  Meanwhile, my printer prints out little reminders to configure with eprint. Please DO NOT harass me like this.

    Hi ahofer,
try logging in with the Snapfish icon below the Sign in Button. If you do not know your Snapfish password, you can select “forgot password” and an email will be sent to you to reset your password. Once you reset your password, go back in to the ePrint Center and try to sign in with this new information.

  • Nikon to IPhoto to Snapfish

I got a new Nikon digital camera (D40) and a macbook pro pretty much at the same time and tried to upload my pictures to snapfish (via iphoto) but for some reasons even thought the quality of the pictures was really good in the camera, by the time it gets to snapfish the resolution is scarily low and my pictures are more than disappointing.
Has anybody experienced the same thing?
Any idea where it is coming from?
    Thanks.

    sabyer:
Welcome to the Apple Discussions. How are you uploading the photos to Snapfish? If you're taking the photos from the Data folder in the library package then that's the reason. Those are the thumbnail files. See TD's treatis on file access for ways to access your full sized image files for use outside of iPhoto.
    Do you Twango?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

  • Error combining Snapfish and ePrintCenter accounts for HP Web Services

    Hi,
I'm attempting to log into my existing ePrintCenter account and I'm now being presented with the following message:
Your ePrintCenter account using <email> is associated with a Snapfish by HP account with the same email. These accounts will be combined into an HP Web Services account that will allow you to sign in to both Snapfish and ePrintCenter with one account.
This is all good and well, however when I provide my Snapfish credentials (checked by going through forgot password and changing the password) the login process rejects my Snapfish password.
How can I get past this in order to do some maintenance on my ePrintCenter account?
    thanks, Mark

  • How do I delete the Snapfish Plug-In from iPhoto 11 in the Lion Operating System?

I installed the Snapfish Plug-In for my iPhoto '11.  Unfortunately, it no longer works as Snapfish has been unable to figure out how to make it compatible with iPhoto and my operating system, Lion.  I would like to delete the plug in so when I go to export files out of iPhoto, the option to export to Snapfish is not even an option.
    Thanks!

Did you Look in your User/Library. In Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
It's called Snapfish.iPhotoExporter.  Download and run  Find Any File  to search for it.  FAF can search areas of the hard drive, like invisible folders, packages (applications), etc., that Spotlight.

  • I'm trying to use snapfish on my new iPad but it won't allow me to download adobe flash player, what should I do.

What can I do to use snappish on iPad

I'm not sure what snapfish is, but if it requires Flash you have several options:
    * see if there is a Snapfish app in the App Store
    * use a proxy Flash substitute such as Skyfire
    * use a computer
But there is no Flash available for the iPad.

  • I have set up my photos in Adobe Elements 12 organiser and wish to download them to Snapfish in order to create a photobook, but it seems I am unable to do this.  Adobe do not provide a hardcopy photobook service

I have set up my photos in Adobe Elements 12 organiser and wish to download them to Snapfish in order to create a photobook, but it seems I am unable to do this.  Adobe do not provide a hardcopy photobook service.  Can anyone help me please?  I don't want to have to reformat all my photos.  It has taken me the whole week to do it in Adobe Elements.  I was unaware that Adobe no longer have this service as it misleadingly appears that they do.

You are in the wrong forum.  We don't do Elements here.
This is the Photoshop proper forum.  There's no "Organizer" (American spelling) in Photoshop.
    The "Elements" forum is here:
Community: Photoshop Elements | Adobe Community
Incidentally you are not addressing Adobe here.
I've been using Adobe products for very, very close to 30 years, and I have never hear of an "Adobe photo book service".

  • Using iPhoto and Snapfish

I am trying to use Snapfish (www.snapfish.com) to share my photos with others and keep getting the message:
"The page “Snapfish: Upload Pictures” has content of MIME type “application/x-photocenter-upload”. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed."
Any ideas what this means or what I need to do to be able to use Snapfish? Thanks!

Read this response. Snapfish replied to request for help.
