Snippets cause script error when placed in different order

In a new topic, I insert two snippets: SnippetA and SnippetB. All is well.
Now I want SnippetB to come before SnippetA, so I move it (or delete and replace it, or any other method one might use to get the order changed). Now in the preview or compiled file, the topic gives a script error:
Nothing is changed in the topic except the order of the two snippets and the ehlpdhtm.js file has never been touched.
I have come across this error under many circumstances, and I have never been able to figure out what causes it.
Any ideas?

Sorry it took me so long, it kinda slipped my mind for a week
The problem comes from the DHTML effect you applied in the snippets. I removed the DHTML effects (in HTML mode, the toollbar didn't work) and the problem was solved in the example topics you send me. It did work in the output however with WebHelp. My guess is that's because RoboHelp correctly applies unique ID's in the output but not in the preview. It didn't work in your output? What are you creating?

Firefox 21 and Firefox 22 running on Windows 7 have been reported to take a long time to "wake up" from sleep. I realize hibernation is different than sleep, but... this is the closest match for your description.
Some users have reported that this problem is resolved in Firefox 23 (currently in beta). Others have had inconsistent luck with minimizing Firefox before letting Windows sleep and other measures.

The fact that this just started recently suggests perhaps it is related to another program or update, but I don't think anyone has confirmed the exact interaction that causes the problem.

I contacted the vendor and their reply was "we were told that this looks like a script that is used by "Sticky Password", third-party software that must have been installed on your browser. However, our website did not install it and does not have anything to do with it." As far as I can tell, "Sticky Password" is not installed on my Firefox.
Same problem as above occurs, but with IE 8.0.6001.18702. Therefore, it is not unique to Firefox.
CAUSE DETERMINED: Have determined that this problem only occurs when Kaspersky Password Manager is installed. In Firefox, if the "Password Manager Autofill Engine" add-on is disabled, the problem goes away.

Scripting error when opening Interactive Form

Hi all,
I'm experimenting with adobe interactive forms (in web dynpro), but things aren't going as expected. I'm getting scripting errors when clicking (in Internet Explorer) on a link that opens a view with an interactive form. Please see below for details.
I've found a similar error description /thread/80059 [original link is broken], but the context is different. It seems to be related to namespaces, but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

It seems like an error in the WebDynpro-part, not in the Adobe forms-part. Please check if all your elements (views, windows, controllers, etc.) are in valid namespaces.
Could you try to create an application for the WebDynpro-project in the NDS, and try to <i>deploy new archive and run </i>? Does this work?
Perhaps you could even copy the project, and replace the Adobe Inter Form element by a static text, to test if it is in the WebDynpro part or that it really has something to do with the Adobe.

I am getting a script error when i Publish a Movie.But when
run the movie i dont get any error.

What could be the possible reason for this.
I have draged a combo behaviour onto a bitmap.I think there
is something wrong in that behaviour as it conatins many functions.

Unresponsive Script Error when Saving Changed Set in Flickr Organizer

I'm getting an unresponsive script error when saving a changed set in the Flickr organizer.
The problem started when using Firefox 3.6.8 or maybe an earlier version. It persists in Firefox 3.6.12
I've noticed the error only appears in the Organizer and only when saving a changed set or saving after deleting a set.
It does indeed save the changed set correctly before crashing.
It is not intermittent and happens every time I perform this save.
The error does not occur in Chrome or Safari.

Upgrading to 4.0.1 has corrected this problem.

It seems you use configurator. Is this happening in production or in some test instance?
If it is a test instance, when was it cloned from prod? Did you clone the configurator instance at the same time?
1) You should publish the configurator model from the configurator developer to this new instance.
2) Also, it is possible that the selections made during order entry earlier are not valid anymore due to ECO/BOM changes or due to configurator rule changes. Open the configuration, make any selections if necessary and then click ok.
This will repopulate the order lines then you should be able to book the order.

'Invalid Currency' error when attempting to deliver order

Hi Experts,
I have a sales order which cannot be despatched or invoiced because whenever I try to convert the order into a delivery note or AR Invoice I get error message:
Invalid Currency [Message 131-74]
I have also tried adding a delivery note and the Copy From function with no success.
The BP is set up to use All Currencies and the order is only in GBP.

You are managing an item with the FIFO valuation method. You have some open layers with zero cost. You create a Sales Order for this item and want to copy it to the next marketing document: a Delivery or an A/R Invoice. You receive the following error: Invalid currency [Message 131-74]

SAP plans to fix this issue in a future patch. See the info.txt file on SAP Service Marketplace to verify when the fix was included.

Html snippets and unknown error when publishing - the mystery deepens

Can anyone make sense of this?
I have been using iWeb for a year or so. Personal site with added extra goodies like widgets using iweb more.
Upgraded to iWeb 08 with a few formatting problems (which I chose to ignore for now) - after version 2.01 I replaced my iweb more extras with the new html snippet thingy and everything was fine - although I still didn't get around to sorting the formatting issues.
Now we are at 2.02 I decided to use one of the new themes and so I created a new page using golden rod and merrily cut and paste from the existing page. I was loathe to delete the old page until I knew the new one was fine - my plan was then to do a bit of page renaming and voila a newly themed home page. Anyway what I got was;
Unknown error - when the new page was being created.
Ok - deleted the offending page - site now publishes fine -so we know this isn't .mac.
Now I decided to build the new page a bit at a time to see what was causing the problem.
It turns out to be a html snippet (which works fine on my home page still);

(I have broken the tags by removing the 's so you can see the text itself)
When I added this to an HTML snippet the unknown error returned.

why do you use the snippet to actually add the thing? you can just place the image directly into iweb and then activate it as a link. (there are some errors in the script as well!)
if you want to use the snippet way, then id just change the code a bit:

Anybody seen this? Just started when opening any report, been working fine for over a week and now this error. Does not seem to harm anything, the reports still regenerate just fine. Only happens when starting the CR application. CR Developer 11.0.0.1282

3 or more folks here have had the same issue.....more than once. We got the original script error, it quit in the afternoon, and now has reappeared. (fails at a different line in the script though)
Someone posted a fix, though. Just uncheck 'Help', 'Check for updates on startup'   Worked for us.   Good catch...whoever that was!

Scripts are running on background when you clicks on any website to open them. They are process the data by executing themselves. In this case same thing happens .

So,let them continue untill unless they are executed fully. Type '''about:config''' into url and click yes when prompting "Next time,I will be careful" .
Now type '''dom.max_script_run_time''' and change its integer value to 20 .
PS: you can reset it anytime by doing the same except changing value to Reset.
Else you can Stop the script from running which cause not properly loading of page.
if this happens only with Facebook then Install [https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/4922 YesScript] after that restart Firefox.
type '''about:addons''' in url box and press Enter.
here in addon tab open YesScript and add an entry into its '''YesScript Blacklist ''' by typing the url of Facebook.
This will add them in blacklist of running script and they are no longer to run.

Script error when trying to edit Planning forms 11.1.2.1

When I click Administration -> Manage -> Data Forms and Ad Hoc Grids, I'm getting an 'Object Required' script error.
11.1.2.1, Windows, IE7.
Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Sorry I meant does it happen if you go directly to planning to see if it relates to workspace.
Have you tried on a different machine, different IE version, does it happen if you try from the server.

Caused by an incompatible extension.
