SNMPD won't start on OS X Client

Question

I am trying to setup SNMP on my MacBook Pro running 10.5.1 and recieving the follow entries /var/log/snmp.log:

My initial reaction is that this is not related to my snmpd.conf but I have included it just in case:

N/m...found my answer...I needed to change my /System/Libary/LaunchDaemonds/org.net-snmp.snmpd.plist to not disabled.
