SNP Transport Load Builder

Hi Experts,
Need your urgent help on below Issue:
In the planning book we have PR's (Distribution Receipt Planned) for 7/12(Sat), 7/13(Sun), 7/14(Mon) as you can see below.
When we run TLB Program /SAPAPO/RMSNPTLB in Simulation mode, Shipment #3 lumped the PRs that have the same Demand Date but has different Availability date.
Now I have modified the Standard FM ‘/SAPAPO/MSNP_TLB_CALL’ in order to create 2 shipments where Demand Date + Availability Date are both considered. It is working fine in Simulation Mode.
But when User is Running same Report without Simulation Mode, 2 Orders are created with Demand Date 12.07.2014 but Delivery Date and Availability date for both Orders is 14.07.2014. 
As per User Expectation for one order Delivery Date and Availability date should be 13.07.2014 and for Other 14.07.2014.
As 13.07.2014 is Sunday, it is considering Monday (14.07.2014) for Both the Orders.
Could you please help me how can I get delivery + availability date as 13.07.2014 for one Order?

Hi Rajesh,
As in SAP help, it did not mention specifically on prioritisation of TSP via deployment optimiser, I would suggest you can try maintaining TSP relevant in "Means of transport" in Transportation lane and then creating TSP for means of Transport in the third tab which contains priority field.  Once you maintain, try whether it is doing prioritisation.

  • Unable to transport Integratin Builder objects from Dev to QA correctly

    Hi,
    System : Pi 711 SPS03
    SLD 7.1 with  latest model and content
    We are trying to transport Integration Builder Objects from Dev to QAS, but the SID translation from DEV to QAS is not working.
    The interface is being imported as the source SID.
    We checked the SLD configuration for Transport targets, that is when we realised the below issue.
    Unable to Assign Business Systems in respective Business System Groups
    The expected configuration of the SLD is as below:
    UKD_400  - Integration Server for Dev PI 711 server
    INTEGRATION_SERVER_UKQ - Integration Server for QAS PI 711 server
    XI_QA - Business System Group for all Quality Systems in the landscape
              1) UKD_400
              2) UC1_ECC_60
              3) UED_400
    XI_DEV - Business System Group for all Developement Systems in the landscape
              1) INTEGRATION_SERVER_UKQ
              2) UC2_400
              3) UEQ_400
    We are unable to put the business systems in their respective groups
    All the Business systems are either being assigned in XI_QA or XI_DEV
    Please let us know if this is a product error in SLD 7.1, could not find any relevant notes

    We  have already  assinged the Integration server to their respective business system groups while creating the Business system groups.
       BSG: XI_DEV --> UKD_400( Integration Server DEV )
      BSG : XI_QA  ---> INTEGRATION_SERVER_UKQ( Integration Server QA)
    As per documentation, the business systems should be automatically assigned to their respective Groups based on their association with Integration Server.
    But, we are not seeing this behaviour, both the Integration servers are being assigned to the same Business System Group.
    Please help me understand if i am something in the configurations.

  • MM-PUR-OPT-LB Load building without Retail solution

    Hi,
    has anyone tried to set up automatic load building (module MM-PUR-OPT-LB) in Release ECC 6.0 without using the retail solution? The optimization routines are available but do not work in a non-retail environment. It seems that some retail-related tables have to be filled before the optimization can be executed.
    Please contact me, I would like to exchange experiences in the customization setup.

  • In Stpo transport, load and goods issue line is not appear

    I am creating the STPO's (Different company codes) in items details -> Del.sch-> transport, load date and goods issue is not appear. The Delivery date is 25.02.2008. next day the user as change the del.date from 25th to 26th. transport,load date and goods issue is appear.
    Anybody plz tell me how its happen like this, and tell the root cause.

  • Auto load building

    I am working in P2p with auto load building
    I have run MRP, Assigned pr to source,
    While running WLBA analysis tool for load building i am getting green message stating that no issues in automatic tool loading.
    while working in WLB13 tcode for automatic load buliding i am getting the red mesages as a result inturn it wont create the automatic PO in WLB4.
    whare is the error / mistake?

    After executing in WLB13 results were shown
    if it is error free system will give messgae in green color, now it is red color and telling that " result lists : no entry is appearing in REd color.
    the next stage of the is WLB4 whare the matl selected for auto  load building along with PO no will appear.
    this is not happening?

    As there seem to be no replies to my previous question, I  would like to pose another query wrt Order proposals which are generated in SAP F&R and then transmitted to ECC. Since an order proposal is a type of purchase requisition. Can the order proposal quantities be added to a Manual Purchase order without generating a PO for the Order Proposal for the same vendor as this would result in not generating two PO's for the same vendonr. Can someone shed some light on this area.

    We have done the Development SOAP to RFC scenario. We are trying to move the chages to QA system through CMS transport, we did't find the SC in Add SC, for that we have updated the CMS and tried to load SC configuration while doing this we are getting

    Enter Name of SC configuration file
    Last month i have done one created one track at that time i did't get this type of message.
    could you pls suggest me what i need to give here.

    Hi ,
    With in the CMS ,you need to add your Software Component from which you need to transport the Repositiry Object.
    Software Component Can be added from Landscape Configurator of the CMS.

    In interactive Demand planning...selection....while loading the data..following error occurs???
    "Conflict identified between selection and key figures to be read"

    Hello,
    This error comes when the selection you are using is not in sync with the aggregate-key figure combination in the SNP Planning area. For eg: if you want to load a Material/Combination selection then you will get this error if the KFs being loaded are not assigned to the 9AMALO (Material+Location) aggregate. So check if the KFs you are loading are assigned to the aggregates as per selection.

    Starting from a demand plan, Supply Network Planning determines a permissible short- to medium-term plan for fulfilling the estimated sales volumes. This plan covers both the quantities that must be transported between two locations (for example, distribution center to customer or production plant to distribution center), and the quantities to be produced and procured. When making a recommendation, Supply Network Planning compares all logistical activities to the available capacity.
    The Deployment function determines how and when inventory should be deployed to distribution centers, customers, and vendor-managed inventory accounts. It produces optimized distribution plans based on constraints (such as transportation capacities) and business rules (such as minimum cost approach, or replenishment strategies).

    Starting from a demand plan, Supply Network Planning determines a permissible short- to medium-term plan for fulfilling the estimated sales volumes. This plan covers both the quantities that must be transported between two locations (for example, distribution center to customer or production plant to distribution center), and the quantities to be produced and procured. When making a recommendation, Supply Network Planning compares all logistical activities to the available capacity.
    The Deployment function determines how and when inventory should be deployed to distribution centers, customers, and vendor-managed inventory accounts. It produces optimized distribution plans based on constraints (such as transportation capacities) and business rules (such as minimum cost approach, or replenishment strategies).
    The Transport Load Builder (TLB) function maximizes transport capacities by optimizing load building.
    In addition, the seamless integration with APO Demand Planning supports an efficient S&OP process.
    Supply Network Planning is used to calculate quantities to be delivered to a location in order to match customer demand and maintain the desired service level. Supply Network Planning includes both heuristics and mathematical optimization methods to ensure that demand is covered and transportation, production, and warehousing resources are operating within the specified capacities.
    The interactive planning desktop makes it possible to visualize and interactively modify planning figures. You can present all key indicators graphically. The system processes any changes directly via liveCache.
