So how much longer have we got to put up with the non working Liveview ?

I am getting frustrated with the lack of support from SE regarding the Liveview on anything other than Sony phones.
so much so that i thought i would write a scenario as follows
A good friend pops in to see me , sees the LV
Whats that he asks ?
Oh it's a Liveview, it displays messages , vibrates on calls etc
What does it do? , so i would press the button and it displays the connection screen,
Whats that ?, it's just a connection screen it displays when it loses connection
Does that happen a lot ?, yep fraid so but someone from sony knows that it does this on non sony phones and they said they would look into it
Any news on when ?, To be honest i dont think that they actually are as we have nothing for ages
But when it's disconnected does it still vibrate etc, NO
sony do say it's compatible on the website with the HTC Desire but i suppose opinions differ, everyone other than SE thinks it means it works but they think it should just connect for a short while.

I'll call the phone and you can see what it does (calls phone)
did you feel it vibrate , Was that it just one tiny vibrate, yep but you can sometimes feel it when it's on your wrist, sony said they will look into that too but same as before not heard anything.
can you upgrade it ?, Yep SE have released a firmware upgrade 6 months ago but nothing since
whoa it just popped out of the clip, yep it does that but SE have released a new version that fixes that.
oh when do you get that , err i dont, SE seem to have no idea its out.
so if i buy one i can get the new version, dont know as most stores still seem to have the older one in stock.
i assume that you can get the new one from sony ?, err no, no-one from sony seems to know it exists, i have asked about it but again no news
but surely that's a design fault so even if you could buy one it should be supplied free, err yep but it's SE so i won't hold my breath.
so hold on this Liveview does not work with the phones it is advertised for, even when it is connected it does not vibrate properly and it has a design fault that although fixed is not available to buy let alone supplied for free, what a complete waste of time

this could and should have been an excellent product but at the moment it's a complete waste of time
there are reported workarounds about but the liveview software is awful and when having to autostart it it outs a big OK Button you have to press on the screen before you can use the Liveview or the Phone. and of course while disconnected it does not work
The Design faulty Watch Clip should be replaced FOC
And the virtually non existant support should be better than yes we know this is an issue ill pass it onto someone else that will bury it away.
If it states on the SE website that it works with certain phones then make sure it does and fix it
have we got recourse for refunds from SE under the trade descriptions Act ?

Well it seems that SE have sprung into action and delivered a fix that only SE can do
they have now taken down all of the compatible devices and put this disclaimer instead

so now my question is that I have purchased this going by the info on the website at the time that it was compatible with the Desire
now SE have decided it is not compatible who do i contact for the full refund ?
