So i connected my ipod shuffle to my apple computer and the status light on my ipod shuffle shows that it is charging but when i look for it on the pc dock or in itunes it doesn't show it at all.... so what do I do???

If you have not already, I would shut down (power off) your computer. Do this to Reset your shuffle

Start up computer. Run iTunes. Connect shuffle.
If you have added a new USB device recently (since the last time it worked properly), you may want to try disconnecting it to see if that makes any difference.

Place the iPod Touch into DFU mode. This will be similer to what the factory would do to install the iOS onto new iOS devices.
Placing it into DFU mode will allow you to "format" and install the current iOS for that device.
To place your iOS device into DFU mode.
First connect you iOS device to you computer.
Open iTunes if not already open
Now turn off your iOS device using the power swipe.
Press the home and sleep button on your iOS device for 10 seconds.
Release the sleep button but carry on holding down the home button. For another 10 seconds.
Your iOS device should now be on DFU. Click on restore and iTunes will download the lastest iOS for your device.
Hopefully that sorts it if not, you will have to go to a sevice centre or call Apple Care up and get them to collect it and repair it. (replace it) -

Welcome to the Apple community.
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
On my iPod touch it says on the settings i am connected to my home wifi but when I look for the 3. Bars beside the time they are not there this therefore stops me from using internet please help

Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. already suggested
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I ordered at around 12:30AM pacific and it does not show in my order history. When I look it up on the order status page, it just says "received and processing". Do I have any chance of getting it on friday?
It seems to depend on a variety of different things.
Verizon appears to be going by the process time of orders, and not the order time of orders. Your process time will be the timestamp on your confirmation email.
It also depends on which model, GB, and color you ordered. The 6+ were in high demand and low supply.
It also depends on which warehouse (order location) your order was being processed through. Verizon reps have told me that some warehouses have more of certain phones than others, and if your order went to a warehouse that doesn't have enough of that particular phone then you are SOL and will have to back for a backdated order.
There is a possibility you will get it, but if you ordered any of the 6+ models, then it is unlikely. -

Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. I had switches off my iPhone 5 at around 20 percent battery next morning I was not able to switch it on. I tried to get it charged but it didn't showed any sign of charging even when plugged in for about 2 hours. I had to take it to apple care centre but they refused to repair it after confirming the problem with the device as it was out of warranty and asked me to get it replaced for INR 22500. I got it repaired outside but after that also if I switch it off in the same situation it again happens and I have to take it for repair it has happened 3 times after that. Is it a inherent problem in iPhone that it uses battery even when switched off and if in that case battery drain out then refuse to get charged because this is the scenario i have experienced every time?
Apple told you it was unrepairable.... You had it serviced by an unauthorized party. It's now no longer eligible for out of warranty replacement by Apple.
There's really nothing else we can say about it. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new one. -
iphone 4 will not charge but when i hold power button it the batt comes on and the plug and the lighning bolt shows up. i tried different chargers wall and computer and tried soft reset, the phone died on its own it was jailbroken. but with the batt sing and the plug with the lightning bolt tells me the batt is still vholding charge.

It sounds like it starting to charge, then suddenly stops over and over. This can happen if the cable or adapter is bad or if your charing port has an issue.
Try using a different cable and/or wall adapter. If the issue continues, it's probably the iPhone. If it does not continue, then it's the cable or adapter. Continue to swap to see what's bad.

I just received a iPad2 Wi-Fi 3G 32GB, it is fully charged but when I turn it on no icons appear except Itunes and a connect cord. What am I doing wrong?
The screen that you see is trying to tell you to connect the iPad to iTunes on your computer with the cable that came with it. ITunes will then walk you thru the setup steps. Make sure you download the latest version of iTunes before you connect your iPad.

IPhone 5 won't start up, shows that it's charging but won't turn on.
I've had my iPhone 5 for a year and a half now and recently the battery has been having issues.
Last night my phone reached 19% and turned off as if it had no charge left at all, and when I tried to plug the phone in to charge, the battery symbol showed up on the screen, but the phone still hadn't turned on. The phone has been left to charge overnight and it still won't turn on, I've tried holding the home and the power button at once for a few seconds but nothing works.Hold the POWER and HOME buttons until an Apple logo appears. If you have held them for 30 seconds and nothing has happened your phone has a hardware problem, possibly a failed battery. Tabs keep showing that they're loading, but when selected show that they are fully loaded
Here's my problem - happens in Firefox 4 both at home and at my office.
When I open the browser some tabs fully complete loading, the others appear fully loaded when selected, however each tab shows the spinning 'loading' icon and says 'loading'.
I have to 'restart FF with add-ons disabled,' then close it and wait a minute, and then reopen and it's fine.
I've tried disabling and re-enabling one by one, and I've tried wiping them all out and re-adding them, I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I even went back to 3.6 and then updated to 4.0.

even tho the flash player says its installed it still wont work i have tried uninstalling the programs and removing all registry values for them (not all at once) i have tried every troubleshooting tip for both programs to resolve this issue

If you get a warning when opening the about:config page then you can confirm that you want to continue.
